저소득층 장애모 가정 유아의 인지 및 사회적 적응능력의 발달

This study examined the cognitive and social development of children of low income, disabled mothers. Sixty-four disabled mothers and their 3- to 5-year-old normally developing children participated. Children's IQ, receptive vocabulary, and social adaptive ability were measured with Korean-Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (Park et al.,1996), Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised (Seoul Community Rehabilitation Center, 1995), and Social Maturity Test(Kim & Kim, 1995), respectively. Results showed that IQ and receptive vocabulary scores were lower than average and that verbal IQ was positively related to shared reading time and library use; verbal IQ was negatively related to duration of child-care attendance. Children's social quotient was higher than average and positively related to mother's employment status and amount of books in the home.
청소년의 자기조절능력, 갈등해결전략 및 자아존중감이 문제행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 청소년의 문제행동과 자기조절능력, 갈등해결전략 그리고 자아존중감 간의 관계성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 중․고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 246명을 대상으로하였다. ‘청소년 문제행동 검사도구’, ‘자기조절능력 평정 척도’, ‘갈등해결 전략 척도’, ‘자아존중감 척도’ 검사도구들을 통해 연구자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률상관과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 청소년의 문제행동과 자기조절능력, 갈등해결전략, 자아존중감 간의 부적상관이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 청소년의 규범성, 회피적 갈등해결, 집중성, 주의성, 부정적 자아존중감이 청소년의 외현화 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 내재화 문제행동에는 집중성, 대인관계, 규범성에 관한 자기조절이 유의미한 예측변인으로 나타났다. This study investigated the affects of self-regulation, Conflict Resolution Strategy, self-esteem on adolescent’s problem bahavior. Participants were 246 adolescent attending middle school and high school in Korea. It used the ‘problem behavior scale’, the ‘self-regulation scale’, the ‘Conflict Resolution Strategy rating scale’, and the ‘self-esteem scale’ in collection of data. Collected data were analyzed through the SPSS 18.0 program and Pearson’s Correlation and Step-wise Multi Regression Analysis. Findings are as follows. First, there were negative correlations between adolescent’s problem behavior and self-regulation, Conflict Resolution Strategy and self-esteem. Second, the normality, avoidance of conflict resolution, concentration, attention, and negative self-esteem of adolescent have been found to have an impact on external problem behavior. Third, the concentration, interpersonal relationship and normality of adolescent have been found to have an impact on internal problem behavior.
