        6개월 여아에서 일측성으로 발생한 급성 파종성 뇌척수염 1례

        A six months old female infant was admitted with an abrupt onset of high fever and prolonged left hemiconvulsion followed by left hemiparesis. She hand a history of an acute upper respiratory tract infection with improvement two weeks before the admission. On admssion, EEG showed lazy phenomenon in the right side and diffuse slowing on the right hemisphere. MRI revealed multiple patchy lesions of high signal intensity in the right basal ganglia and periventricular areas on the T2WI. There was no abnormal finding on the magnetic resonance angiography. She had recovered with conservative treatmen and the unilateral brain lesions were progressively disappeared on the follow-up MRI studies. These unilateral demyelination lesions might be considered as one of the causes of acute infantile hemiplegia or hemiconvulsion-hemiplegia syndrome(HHS) in infancy, and the ADEM should be included as a cause of HHS.

      • 미소영역 성층혼합기 유도를 위한 스파크플러그에 관한 연구

        This study proposes a new stratified charge system for low emission and over lean bum. Combustible mixture was induced around sparkplug using a spherical piston cavity and up-right straight port in the general method of stratified charge. In this study, a method of new stratified charge is to use injector-sparkplug. This system injects fuel of extremely small quantities and ignite mixture around sparkplug gap. Injector-sparkplug was fitted in the visualized constant volume chamber. The combustion characteristics was compared with conventional ignition method and this method. We examined combustion pressure and lean misfiring limit, visualized combustion !lame according to equivalence ratio.<br/> As results of this study, in case of using injector-sparkplug, initial !lame propagation speed was increased and total combustion period was reduced in the over lean bum the same equivalence ratio. These phenomena present more remarkable under conditions of lean equivalence ratio and lean misfiring limit was extended.<br/>

        인간 본성과 사회적 악의 현실 이해에 대한 기독교윤리적 응답: 마르틴 루터로부터 라인홀드 니버와 베벌리 해리슨의 서로 다른 이해를 중심으로

        모든 인간은 다양하고 두터운 관계성들 가운데 놓여 있으며 그 속에서 구체적 삶을 살아간다. 왜곡된 사회적 관계성들을 인식할 때, 도덕적 주체로서의 인간이 책임적으로 반응하면서 새로운 관계를 창출할 힘과 가능성은 어디로부터 나오는 것일까 질문해 본다. 본 논문은 기독교 현실주의의 흐름에 놓여 있는 마르틴 루터, 라인홀드 니버, 그리고 베벌리 해리슨의 인간 본성 이해와 사회적 죄와 악의 문제 이해를 통해서, 서로 다른 신학적 이해가 어떻게 실제적인 사회정의를 향한 실천으로 연결될 수 있을지 살펴본다. 루터는 인간의 본성을 의와 죄로 분리된 것으로 보지 않음으로써, 인간 실존의 역설적 상황 가운데 놓인 현실을 이해하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 하나님의 통치의 영역과 세속적 권력의 자율성의 영역을 구분함으로써 기독교인들이 타자와의 관계성 속에서 함께 사회적 책임을 수행할 공간을 창출할 가능성을 제공한다. 니버는 피할 수 없는 죄의 본성과 악의 현실을 강조하는데, 바로 이것이 자기비판의 힘과 더불어 급진적 희망의 동인이 될 수 있을지를 점검해야 할 것이다. 죄의 현실에 관한 적극적 이해가 무기력한 순응이 아니라 적극적인 역사 변혁의 급진적 동인으로 연결되어야 함을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 해리슨은 피할 수 없는 죄의 현실에 대한 강조보다 오히려 새로운 도덕적 관계성의 창출이 인간의 본성임을 주장한다. 기존의 규정된 관계들과는 다른 새로운 관계성의 창출이란 과제는 인간 전존재에 의해 중재된 구체적 지식과 경험을 통해서 가능하다. 신학의 중요한 과제 중 하나는 도덕적 주체로서의 인간에게 보다 정의롭고 인간다운 공동체적 관계, 즉 정의를 향한 요청에 책임적으로 참여하도록 이끌어내는 일이다. All human beings are located in various, thick, and complex relations and live their lives in the society. The question of where human beings as moral agents could find a possibility to create new moral relations when they recognize some distorted relations can be raised. The thesis examines how different theological understandings of human nature and social evils lead human beings as moral agents to actually participate into justice-making practices by focusing on the understanding of human nature and the problem of social sin and evil of Martin Luther, Reinhold Niebuhr, and Beverly Harrison, who are in the flow of Christian realism. Luther tries to understand human existence not separately but holistically in the sense that human beings are not only sinful but also righteous. While distinguishing the autonomous realm of secular authorities from the realm of God"s governance, Luther makes a space for Christians to exercise social responsibility in the relation to others in the society. Reinhold Niebuhr emphasizes the inevitability of sinfulness and the reality of social evils. It should be examined whether Niebuhr"s emphasis can be a radically self-critical power and at the same time a radical hope for social change in history. Finally, Beverly Harrison considers human nature as "radical moral creativity," which can make new relations in the society rather than a fixed understanding of human nature as sinfulness. The task of making new relations in the society can come from “body-mediated knowledge" and very concrete experiences of the human beings as moral agents. One of the most important theological tasks is to motivate human beings as moral agents to participate responsibly in a more just and humane communal relationship, that is, a request for justice.

        In view of meeting the more stringent emission regulations that will take effect in Europe In the near future, there are still many technical difficulties to resolve in reducing simultaneously the NOx and Soot emitted from diesel engine. Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system has become a popular way for reducing NOx levels in internal combustion engine.<br/> However, the application of EGR is also having a problems which we have to solve. In particular, EGR system has relation the trade-off between NOx and Soot emissions, especially at high loads.<br/> Reducing NOx and Soot emissions from diesel engine, and improving fuel consumption<br/> simultaneously are important in meeting government regulations and society's needs.<br/> In this study, the effects of Cooled EGR on the characteristics of NOx and Soot have been investigated using HSDI(High Speed Direct Injection) diesel engine operating at various loads and speeds.<br/>

        16주간의 복합 신경근 훈련이 스키선수의 평형성, 전정안구반사 및 SEBT 수행력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate and verify effects of complex neuromuscular training on equilibrium, vestibulo-ocular reflex and SEBT in ski players. Subjects of this study were 14 Korean male ski players. Amongst the subjects, national-class players were assigned randomly as an experimental group(n=7) and the rest players as a control group(n=7). During the experimental period two groups had a same physical training which included weight training, interval training, circuit raining etc. Experimental group performed neuromuscular training(2 hours a day, 3 times for 16 weeks) which is inclusive of BOSU, wobble board, trampoline, exercise ball, plyometric training as an addition to physical training. This study also conducted physical fitness(muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, power and cardiopulmonary) test, chair rotation test, dynamic posturography test and Y-balance test targeting both groups between pre and post-test. Results of this study are as follows. As a result of dynamic posturography test, significant difference was found between groups condition 4(p<.05), and significant exercise effect on condition 1, 4(p<.05). As a result of chair rotation test, a significant difference(p<.05) was found between groups in gain .04Hz and exercise effect at 0.16Hz, but no significant difference was found between groups in phase. SEBT result showed a significant difference in left anterior(p<.05) and left posteromedial(p<.05), and experimental group marked higher grades as compared to control group. But right leg was not difference in three direct. Although subjects showing improvement of dynamic posture balance through 16 week complex neuromuscular training was considered to be of help to prevention of sports injury and had high probability of leading to improvement of game performances when considering results of advanced studies. In conclusion, 16 week complex neuromuscular training is considered a useful training method for enhancing ski players dynamic balance.

        체성감각계 중재가 노인들의 자세조절 능력에 미치는 영향

        Swaying and postural instability apparently associated with aging represent risk factors for osteoporotic fracture. To evaluate the influence of somatosensory input on postural control in old adults. Computerized dynamic posturography(EquiTest) was adopted to test equilibrium, balance strategy, and center of gravity(COG). They were each divided into two groups of mediation group (n=17), and control group(n=16) who have been participating in not regular exercise in 2 times a week. Results of this study were as following. First, mediation`s equilibrium score was higher than control group, and especially C3(eye open, base fix, and visual surrounded) were significantly difference(p<.05). Second, the result of balance score were gradually lower from C 1 to C6, and do not significantly difference between groups. Third, and mediation group were lower sway than control group in COG, and especially C4(eye open, base surrounded) were significantly difference(p<.05). It was concluded that elderly may improve their balance by somatosensory input. This might prove to be of great value in improving balance and thereby preventing accidental falls and subsequent fracture in elderly.

        8주간의 소도구 이용 근력운동이 고령 남성 농업인의 근력, 동적 평형성 및 보행 능력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 8주간의 소도구를 이용한 근력운동 적용을 통해 고령 남성 농업인의 근력, 동적 평형성 및 보행 능력의 변화를분석하고자 하였다. 대상자는 약 71세의 남성 농업인 31명으로, 운동군 15명과 통제군 16명을 무작위 배정한 후 운동군은 주 3회, 일 60분, 8주간 탄성 밴드와 스위스볼을 이용해 운동을 실시하였다. 측정 변인은 근력과 근지구력(악력, 30초간 의자 앉았다 일어서기), 동적 평형성(3m 텐덤 걷기, 3m 후방 걷기, 3m 왕복 걷기) 및 보행 능력(4m 보행, 10m 보행, 400m 보행)로 하였다. 연구 결과 근력(p<.001)과근지구력(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 보으며, 동적 평형성 중 텐덤 걷기에서는 시기(p<.01) 및 상호작용(p<.05)에서 유의하였고, 3m 왕복 걷기에서는 시기에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.01). 보행 능력 중 4m 걷기 속도에는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 10m 걷기(p<.001)와400m 걷기(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 8주간의 탄성 밴드와 스위스 볼을 이용한 소도구 운동은고령 남성 농업인들의 근력과 동적 평형성 및 걷기 능력에서 유의한 효과를 보여 고령 남성 농업인의 건강 증진을 위한 효과적인운동 방법으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes in muscle strength, dynamic balance, and gait ability of elderly male farmer by applying an hand-props exercise for 8 weeks. The subjects were randomly assigned to two groups, exercise group(n=15), control group(n=16). Exercise was performed for 60min/day with three times for 8 weeks. Measurement variables were muscle strength(grip strength), muscle endurance(30sec chair stand), dynamic balance(3m tandem walking, 3m backward walking, and 3m up and go), and gait ability(4m walking speed, 10m walking, and, 400m walking). As a results of the study, there were significant difference in muscle strength(p<.001) and muscle endurance(p<.001). In the case of dynamic balance, it was significantly difference in time(p<.01) and interaction(p<.05) on tandem walking. And there was a significantly difference in time(p<.01) on 3m up and go. There was no significant difference in 4m walking speed, however, in 10m walking(p<.001) and 400m walking(p<.001) were a significantly difference between time and group. In conclusion, hand-props exercise with elastic band and swiss ball for 8 weeks has significantly effect on the muscle strength, dynamic balance, and walking ability of elderly male farmer, therefore, it is considered an effective exercise method for improving the health of elderly male farmer.
