본 연구는 전국 150개 기숙형고교가 본격적으로 운영을 시작한 2011년 이후 이들 학교에 나타난 변화 및 성과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기숙형고교의 학교운 영 및 교육활동 성과를 투입, 과정, 산출로 구분하였으며, 투입 영역의 성과는 ‘학생유치’ 실 적과 ‘외부 재정지원’ 규모로, 과정 영역의 성과는 ‘교육활동’ 실적으로, 산출 영역의 성과는 ‘국가수준 학업성취도 평가 결과’와 ‘학교폭력 피해 응답 학생 비율’로 세분화하였다. 분석결 과를 차례로 살펴보면 첫째, 기숙형고교는 2011년 이후 매년 모집정원보다 많은 학생들이 입 학을 지원하였으며, 중학교 내신성적 상위 10% 이내의 우수학생 입학 비율도 크게 향상되었 다. 둘째, 2012년 이후 대부분의 지역에서 학교당 외부 재정지원 규모가 감소하고 있는데, 기 숙형고교가 안정적으로 학교운영 경비를 확보할 수 있도록 보다 실효성 있는 재정지원 방안 이 마련되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 기숙형고교는 매년 진로교육, 인성교육, 학력향상 프 로그램을 각각 4개 이상씩 개설?운영하고 있으며, 2011년 이후 그 수가 점차 증가하였다. 넷 째, 기숙형고교의 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 결과는 2011년 이후 크게 향상된 반면, 학교폭력 피해 학생 비율은 급격하게 줄어들었다. This study aims to investigate on the performance change of 150 Korean boarding high schools since 2011. For the analysis, performance of boarding high schools was measured by using the domain of input, process and output of 'operation' and 'educational activity' of each school. As for input performance measurement, performance of 'student enrollment' and 'external funding resource size' were used and 'educational activities' were used for measuring process performance. Lastly, as for output performance, students' result for 'national-level academic achievement test', and 'proportion of students harmed from school violence' were used. Followings are the results from this study. First, more students competed to gain an admission at boarding high schools since 2011 and the quality of enrolled students have improved significantly. Second, the size of external funding resource have reduced in most of the schools between 2012 and 2013. Based from this result, it can be suggested that the government needs to provide more effective financial subsidy in order for schools to secure their resources consistently. Third, boarding high schools offered 4 or more programs of career education, personality education and academic improvement program, and the number of these programs have increased since 2011. Fourth, since 2011, the national-level academic achievement test results of boarding high schools have improved significantly, and the number of students harmed from school violence has reduced drastically.

성인 환자의 전신 마취동안 사용되는 O2 와 N2O 의 적정유량

Background: During adult general anesthesia, we used 3~5 L/min of fresh gas flow(FGF) but low FGF are employed, the amount of anesthetic consumption and air contamination can be reduced. The aim of this study was to determine the minimal appropriate inflow rate of oxygen and nitrous oxide during semiclosed circle technique. Methods: We selected 40 patients, ASA group l or 2, scheduled for elective, nonabdominal surgery under general anesthesia with semiclosed circle system. Anesthesia was maintained with 50% oxygen, nitrous oxide and enflurane, controlled ventilation was used; rate of 10/min, tidal volume of 10 ml/kg. After induction and vital signs stabilized, FGF was changed to 4 L, 3 L, 2 L and 1L/min at interva1 of 30 minutes. We observed mean airway pressure and arterial blood gas tensions. Results: The changes of mean airway pressure did not correlated with fresh gas inflow rate. In arterial blood gas analysis, PaO showed a decreasing tendency significantly according to decreasing fresh gas inflow rate(p$lt;0.01) but there were no clinical hypoxemia in all patients. There were no significant changes in pH, PaCO₂ and base excess. Conclusions: We consider that FGF of 1-2 L/min is appropriate during adult general anesthesia because of economic and ecological advantages. Also, we consider low flow technique with below 1L/min can be used safely and effectively under proper gas monitoring such as oxygen analyzer capnometer.
