가연성 외장재를 사용한 건축물의 화재확대방지에 관한 연구

Recently, a large fire has occurred through a dry bit, which is a flammable exterior material, in Daebong Green Apartment Fire in Uijeongbu in 2015 and Jecheon Sports Center Fire in 2017. In this study, KS F ISO 5660-1 Cone calorimeter experiment was used to examine the fire risk of dry bit. Also, the performance of the repair and reinforcement materials to prevent fire expansion was examined. As a result, the dry bit is likely to be ignited by internal and external flower gardens, and its combustion rate and calorific value are very high. In addition, the performance of heat resistance such as ALC panel and ceramic board as a repair and reinforcement material has been proved. However, the insulation is expected to require further consideration.
후쿠시마 원전 오염수 해양 방류 영향 및 한국의 대응 방안

The Japanese government officially announced the ocean discharge after establishing the basic policy for the discharge of contaminated water on April 13, 2021. Subsequently, the Japan Nuclear Regulatory Commission officially approved the discharge plan on July 22, 2022, and Tokyo Electric Power Co. initially discharged 7,800 tons of contaminated water into the ocean on August 24, 2023. Following the second discharge in September, it plans to discharge 1.4 million tons of contaminated water over the next 30 years. The latest discharge is said to have no scientific or legal problems in compliance with international standards. However, the inflow of radiation into Koreas coasts could have a serious impact on marine ecosystems. This paper examines the environmental impact assessment, international norms, and the international communitys response to the discharge of contaminated water from nuclear power plants into the ocean. And I summarized three effective countermeasures that can be adopted in Korea. First, Cooperation with the international community is needed to secure maritime sovereignty. Second, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between Korea and Japan to solve problems. Third, the Korean government needs an independent scientific and technological review of the treatment of contaminated water.

맥압증폭은 대동맥과 말초기관과의 혈압기능 평가 및 심혈관 질환을 예측하는 주요 매개변수로 나이와 관련이 높다. 그러나, 기존의 맥압증폭을 구하기 위해서는 관혈적인 방법으로 대동맥압을 측정하거나 혹은 전달함수와 같은 복잡한 대동맥압 추정 알고리즘을 구현하여 측정하여야 한다. 그러나, 유헬스를 활용한 스마트케어 환경에서 복잡한 알고리즘은 오히려, 계산량을 높이고, 시스템가격을 높일 수 있으므로, 최대한 단순화된 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 맥압증폭을 주파수영역의 에너지 관점으로 맥압증폭을 접근하였고, 대동맥압 추정없이 추정할 수 있는 새로운 지수를 제안한다.

The present paper deals with investigation of new method for measuring pressure distribution between a windshield wiper blade and windshield along the entire length of the wiper blade. Knowing the pressure distribution between the windshield and the blade at various positions along the entire length of the blade provides insights into how to improve the cleaning performance of the wiper blade. For this purpose, WBMT system to measure the contact pressure is developed using piezoelectric sensor. Two models of windshield wiper blades are tested using WBMT system. Appropriate contact pressure of wiper blade is suggested by this study. The function of wiper blade has predominantly performed when the pressure is uniformly acted on its surface with longitudinal direction

The film sensor is used for measuring pressure distribution at planar area, especially at a small space or gap. The present paper deals with the development of film type sensors and system for pressure distribution measuring. The developed system is consist of (I)film sensor with 40*40 array, (2)PCI interface card with maximum sampling rate of 100㎐, and (3)software for data processing and real-time display. The contact pressure test of wiper blade and front glass of vehicle was performed with wiper blade by 40㎝. Generally spring force of wiper arm is designed at 0.7~1kN . Test results of total force was 9.4N and 7.IN in each driver and passenger toward. The paper suggested possibility for base definition in wiper design. A windshield wiper blade experiment revealed that the system successfully measured the contact force distribution during static state, showing the usefulness of the developed system.<br/>
