        간접화행의 화행론적 연구 - 지시 ( directivo ) 적 언표내적 수행력을 가진 발화를 중심으로 -

        El presente trabajo es el resutado de mi investigaci′o sobre los actos de habla indirectos desde el punto de vista pragma′tico, especi′ficamente con la perspectiva de la teori′a de los actos de habla, limita′ndome a los enunciados directivos. Pues, consideramos que en estos tipos de enunciados se presentan ma′s los actos de habla indirectos(AHI) de manera variada y de uso frecuente. La idea que sirve de base a toda la teori′a del acto de habla es el supuesto de que $quot;Hablar una lengua es tomar parte en una forma de conducta$quot;, es decir, todo los enunciados son las ejecuciones de las acciones de alguna manera. Asi′ pues al enunciar realizamos ciertas acciones directa o indirecta- mente; el acto de habla indirecto to definimos en sentido amplio como los actos que se realizan por medio de otro acto de habla y, por otra pane como los actos que se concretizan so′lo transformando la forma gramatical- sinta′ctica y manteniendo el significado literal del acto de habla directo. Tratamos de interrelacionar el AHI con la categori′a de implicatura, que es otra categori′a importante de la teori′a de pragma′tica, puesto que la implicatura es tambe′n el significado transmitido de manera indirecta de acuerdo a los factores pragma′ticos. Por cual, bajo el prepuesto de que los dos categorias tienen caracteres similares llegamos a establecer los a′mbitos diferentes y comunes. Respecto de las modalidades de los actos de habla indirectos analizamos los enunciados que se presentan por medio de los enunciados interrogativos y aseverativos. Finalmente, explicamos el motivo y la intencio′n del uso del AHI basado en la teori′a de la cortesi′a verbal. El lenguaje es el ma′s poderoso medio de relacio′n interpersonal. Por lo cual se necesita utilizarlo covenientemente de acuerdo al contexto comunicativo. Asi′ se evitara′n los conflictos interpersonales.

      • POS 시스템이 소매점 매출액에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

        In recent year, it is a real condition that the business in Korea meets a dark prospect without the type of industry and the size of firm. Under these business condition, the managements who are running the small retail like supermarket want to find the efficiency of management based on POS system as a active solution instead of a passive correspondence. Therefore, the objects of this study are as follows. Firstly, to investigate the basic concepts of the POS system in channel-industry, Secondly, to have a empirical research about the Influence of POS system for the department store for subjects which are lately using the POS system, And finally, to show the practical use and the introduce of POS system in order to maximize the increase of sale amount for the retail store. For the method of this study, I did a empirical study of the POS system based on both literature review and theoretical study. I used the frelquency and regression as a statistics. Especially, SPSS WIN 7.5 is used as a tools. In effect analysis of POS system, after introduction of POS system, soft merit and hard merit have influenced of the sale amount of the retail store. Moreover, sort merit and hard merit have had a positive effect on the sale amount of retail store, have moved the same direction. Therefore, Introduction of POS system have become a direct affect of increase of sale amount in retail store. In short, this study is a empirical research about the efficiency of POS system based on both literature review and theoretical study.

        Recently, management situations are wanted to be Revaluation, reflection of customers, and, corporate information system is going to be change come over new worked doing therefore, the purposes of this study were by examining the performance. first of all, this study began with the general conception, system composition trend about ERP. secondly, this study focus on the relation what the characters of ERP organizational jobs and Information system quality effect on performance of ERP. Finally, this study should be to offer useful data for choice of ERP Introduction methods. The results can be summarized that each characters are effecting performance of ERP also the characters of organizational jobs and information system as a variable numbers.

      • 조직몰입과 직무몰입이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

        Most studies related to Organizational Behavior has focused on role behavior in relation to member's formal duty. Bateman and Organ named the behavior as OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behavior), and divided into the fifth classes OCB as altruism, civic virtue, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, courtesy. The principal pupose of this study is to find answer to the question of "What influence of Organizational Commiment and OCB? and What influence of Occupational Commitment and OCB?" Model and hypothesis for the study was established through theoretical study. The survey was administrated to members of financial institutes to verify it. The results of this study are as follows. Frist, Organizational Commitment affected OCB. Second, Occupational Commitment affected OCB. Third, Occupational Commitment and Organizational Commitment equally explained and infected OCB. Therefore, these results will be investigated and applied the organization except finance organization. And then the precise diffrence of conception for the Organizational Commitment and Occupational Commitment, and will be show the means of widely seeing Organization and Occupation in the surround of Korea society. Finally, the limit of study may exist ; This study is not a depth study but these study will be activate bacause the occupation will be various and expertism is required by 21th century information society. Moreover, Organization will be grown up adaptation for the change because oragnization be changed very rapidly. And then the study of OCB will study in a individual level and with group and organization level, diffused study will be continnously progressed to general society of developed citizenship movement.

      • 소비자의 점포선택행동에 대한 상황변수의 영향에 관한 실증연구

        Major findings obtained through the data analysis of empirical survey are as follows ; Store choice changes with situational variance. 1. The data analysis shows ; That the situation of using oneself is professional outlet and the situation of gift is more like department store than that of it. In addition, we should know that each outlet has different choices according to situations and we must pursue that positioning strategy of outlet or advertising strategy to suitable own's outlet. For instance, people who use department store for the occasion of gift, it will do effect that positioning strategy of outlet or advertising message. 2. It shows that each situation will make a choice from another information such as news-paper, magazine and advertisement on TV. etc. At the situation of using oneself, that is almost people's getting through their own observation and experience but the situation of gift is not only with their observation and experience but also with news-paper, magazine and advertisement on TV. According to gift/using oneself, we have to choose of transit methods as the contents of advertising message. In case of gift, we' better use the commercial advertising message because it was very effective. 3. We gained the confidence of professional outlet and department store, on the contrary we recognized that discount store and ordainer store had been daggered. As we know, the discount store and ordainer store should have high-level service in order to destroy the danger, such as quality improvement, returned goods and exchange, guarantee, etc. As the result of this, the consumer store-choice behavior has difference as situational variance, thus we must pursue the suitable advertisement or positioning strategy of outlet, according to the situations. In conclusion, major findings obtained through the study of the theoretical and empirical survey, we could find ant that was mixed with the advertising strategy and positioning strategy of outlet, like the marketing literature. 1. To department store is the situation for gift, at the situation of using oneself is under the patronage of professional outlet so each executive has to suitable for positioning strategy of outlet. 2. The store choice research emphasizes the use of difference variables such as the situation, and information. Now, this study of the consumer store-choice behavior will help a forward strategy and advertising strategy. The data analysis of empirical survey shows ; The consumer store-choice behavior has difference as the situation thus, the executives of the outlet has to suitable for their marketing strategies.

      • 유통정보시스템의 효율적 구축방안에 관한 연구 : 부산·대구지역을 중심으로 Focusing on the Sales Business in Pusan-Taegu

        This study aimed first to correctly understand informationalization of distribution, that is POS System, EDI, EOS, and distributing VAN, second to observe the present condition and preceeding examples of construction of informationalization of distribution in our country and to execute analysis of corroborative evidence regarding informationalization of distribution centered on distributing companies in Pusan and Taegu districts, third to grasp the impeding primary factors when informationalization is built up, and fourth to present effective building up lans of informationalization of distribution in Pusan and Taegu districts which will be the foundation of informationalization of distribution in the distributing business circles. The writer studied, for the method of study, by dividing into theoretical study, research portion of the present condition and preceeding examples of building up informationalization of distribution, and analysis of corroborative evidence. For the theoretical study portion and analysis examples, the study method by documentary records was applied, and domestic and foreign books, theses and periodicals related to the informationalization of distribution were consulted. For the analysis of corroborative evidence, the writer studied by questionaires regarding opening of distributing markets, distriubuting environment and distributing information system of the distributing market by the retail dealers as its objects, and selected research by questionaires to collect information by personally visiting each company. About 15 universities and junior colleges related to the distributing industry in our country produce about 1,280 of fundamental manpower related to distrribution every year, and a portion of large-sized distributing companies established and are managing even inter-company colleges, but it is the real situation that these are not sufficient in quality and quantity. In order to cultivate manpower specialized in distribution, the industry, universities and government, forming a trinity, should cope with the matter jointly, and especially, the government level should newly establish subjects of study related to the distribution drastically and political and financial support should be necessarily followed. Also, if POS system is induced, as the source of tax revenue is completely exposed, compared with those companies which do not induce POS System, they will suffer disadvantage, so preferential treating method is necessary in case of application of valued added tax or income standard. The customary practice of dealing without data harmful to normal commercial transaction order and against equity is pointed out as the most fundamental problem point being held by the distributing business circle in our country. For the sake of effective building up the distributing information system, the source making rate shall be raised, the ratio of domestic made instruments of POS System shall be increased, by developing EOS System which can be connected with manufacturing companies, POS System shall be utilized effectively by connecting with the management information system of the whole enterprises, EIS (Executive Information System) and various data base, and shall be connected with EOS with other components of distributing channel and EOS and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) system shall be connected through EDI or VAN. Such distributing information system can accomplish composite distribution information systematization, so it can promote greatly the management power not only of distributing business but manufacturing business.
