The thermo-mechanical property of zirconium alloy is well known to be influenced by pilgering pass schedule and its tooling; thus the control of its microstructure and mechanical property in the final tube product for nuclear fuel applications is a major concern of tube manufacture. To make final tube, the 3 passes pilgering is applied in general by using TREX(Tube Reduced EXtrusion), 63.5mm outer diameter(OD), in KEPCO NF and most of Zr tube manufacturing companies. They are also taking big efforts to reduce pilgering step for the sake of increasing the efficiency of production in the forming stage of tube. The objective of this study is to develop passes of pilgering schedule from the conventional 3 passes of pilgering schedule for manufacturing the Gide Thimble & Instrumentation tube conforming to specification, which is newly developing component for the advanced nuclear fuel assembly in KEPCO NF.

In this reaserch, a program for real time simulation of a vehicle is developed. This program uses relative coordinates to save the computation time and BDF(Backward Difference Formula) to integrate system variables. Numerical tests were performed for J-tum and Lane change steering, respectively. The validity of the program is proved by the ADAMS package. Numerical results showed that the proposed implicit method is more stable in carrying out the numerical integration for vehicle dynamics than the explicit method. Hardware requirements for real time simulation are suggested.<br/>

신재생 에너지를 계통과 효율적으로 연계하기 위해서는 일정한 DQ파형이 필요하다. 하지만 부하의 변동으로 전류가 작을 경우 노이즈의 영향으로 제어에 어려움을 겪게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 전류 제어를 하기 위해 DFT 기법을 사용하여 노이즈를 제거하고 기본파 전류 파형을 추출하여 DQ 변환을 수행한다.
