        블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 기본간호학 실습교육이 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 비판적 사고능력 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        목적 본 연구는 간호현장에서 요구되는 가장 중요한 역량으로써 기본간호학 수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 기본간호학 실습교육이 간호대학생의 자기주도학습과 비판적 사고능력 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 방법 단일집단 사전사후 설계를 적용한 유사실험연구로 연구의 대상자는 광주광역시에 소재한 4년제 간호학과 2학년 학생 55명이며, 연구기간은 2020년 9월 1일부터 2020년 12월 15일까지였다. 블렌디드 러닝 교수법을 활용하여 기본간호학실습에서의 자기주도학습능력, 비판적 사고능력, 학업적 자기효능감 측정도구를 선정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, Paired -test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구결과 블렌디드 러닝 활용한 기본간호학실습에서의 일반적 특성에 따라 간호학 선택동기와 관련하여 비판적 사고능력 점수가 높았으며(F=3.51, p=.037), 전공만족도가 높을수록 학업적 자기효능감 점수((t=-2.26, p=.028)가 높았다. 블렌디드 러닝 교육 후 일반적 특성에 따라 간호학 선택동기와 관련하여 자기주도학습능력(F=3.74, p=.030), 비판적 사고성향(F=3.50, p=.037)의 점수가 유의하였다. 학업성적이 우수한 학생의 자기주도학습능력(F=-5.14, p=.009) 점수가 높았으며, 전공만족도가 높은 학생일수록 자기주도학습능력((t=-2.98, p=.004)와 비판적 사고성향(t=-3.55, p=.001) 점수가 높게 나타났다. 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 기본간호실습 교육 전후에서 비판적 사고능력(t=-4.84, p<.001)과 학업적 자기효능감(t=-3.42, p=.001)의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였으나 자기주도학습에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론 본 연구를 통하여 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 기본간호학 실습교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고능력과 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음을 확인되었다. 따라서 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 기본간호학실습 교육이 예비간호사로서 요구되는 역량 증진을 위한 간호실습교육의 한 방법으로 유용하게 활용 될 것이다. Objectives In order to improve the performance of basic nursing skill. The purposes of this study were to effects of fundamental nursing skills course using blended learning on self-directed learning, critical thinking ability, and academic self-efficacy of nursing students was conducted. Methods The research design was a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 55 nursing students from the 4-year nursing department located in Gwangju, and the study period was from September 1, to December 15, 2020. Self-directed learning ability, critical thinking ability, and academic self-efficacy measurement tools were selected for blended learning. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program with frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, paired-test, and ANOVA. Results As a result of this study, the critical thinking ability score was high in relation to the motivation for choosing nursing according to the general characteristics of basic nursing practice using blended learning (F=3.51, p=.037), and the nursing satisfaction, the academic self-efficacy score (t=-2.26, p=.028). According to general characteristics after blended learning education, self-directed learning ability (F=3.74, p=.030) and critical thinking disposition (F= 3.50, p=.037), students with excellent academic performance had higher self-directed learning ability (F=-5.14, p=.009), and students nursing satisfaction, self-directed learning ability (F=-5.14, p=.009). (t=-2.98, p=.004) and critical thinking propensity (t=-3.55, p=.001) scores were high. Critical thinking ability (t=-4.84, p<.001) before and after basic nursing practice education using blended learning, and academic self-efficacy (t=-3.42, p=.001) were statistically significantly increased, but there was no significant difference in self-directed learning. Conclusions Through this study, it was confirmed that fundamental nursing skills course applied with blended learning is effective in improving critical thinking ability and academic self-efficacy of nursing students. Therefore, fundamental nursing skills course applied with blended learning will be usefully utilized as a method of nursing practice education to improve the competency required as a pre-nursing nurse.

        간호대학생의 정신간호역량에 따른 비판적사고성향, 감성지능 및 학업적 자기효능감의 관계

        This study attempted to determine the relationship between critical thinking disposition, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy according to psychiatric nursing competencies in nursing students. The subjects of the study were 153 third- and fourth-year nursing students attending a four-year university in the region, and data collection was conducted from November 20 to December 1, 2023. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS/WIN version 27.0 program, and descriptive statistics were used. Difference testing was performed using t-test, ANOVA, and Pearsons correlation coefficient. Results, The subjects of this study had an average of 3.68 points out of 5 for their psychiatric nursing competencies, an average of 3.65 points out of 5 for their critical thinking disposition, 3.78 points out of 5 for their emotional intelligence, and 3.67 points out of 6 for their academic self-efficacy. It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between psychiatric nursing competencies, critical thinking disposition, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy. Additionally, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between critical thinking disposition, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy, and there was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy. Therefore, in order to improve mental nursing competency, it is believed that it is necessary to develop a standardized curriculum to improve critical thinking disposition, emotional intelligence, and academic self-efficacy in clinical practice, simulation practice, and theoretical education courses.

        병원간호사가 인식하는 투약오류 실태조사

        This study is a descriptive research study that attempted to contribute to establishing a patient safety culture by confirming the status of medication errors as perceived by hospital nurses and providing basic data for the development of educational programs for safe medication nursing. There were 269 nurses working in six general hospitals with less than 300 beds for more than 1year. A structured self-report questionnaire was used from November 15, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Analysis of the collected data was conducted using frequency and percentage using the SPSS program 21.0. As a result of the study, all nurses experienced medication errors, and 76.6% of them reported medication errors. Additionally, the average score was 7.27 points on the question about checking drug information when a new drug is introduced into the department. Nurses who received education on medication errors were 90.3%, and those who responded that education on medication administration was necessary in clinical practice were basic principles of 5R (39.4%), high risk drugs (24%), and intravenous injection (15.4%). In the future, education related to medication administration to nurses should be systematically operated to reflect the needs of these nurses. As a result of this study, we investigated the status of medication errors among hospital nurses. In order to promote awareness of patient safety culture, we developed a practical patient safety education program including the causes and prevention methods for each case of medication errors related to patient safety and conducted continuous education.         보건계열 대학생의 사회건강상태, 정신건강상태의 자기효능감 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 보건계열 대학생의 사회건강상태, 정신건강상태, 자기효능감에 관계연구를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 G광역시 3개의 대학의 보건계열 대학생의 180명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 사회건강상태 3.23점, 정신건강상태 1.97점, 자기효능감 3.23점이었다. 자기효능감에 사회건강상태는 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 정신건강상태는 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 보건계열 대학생의 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위하여 사회건강증진과 정신건강증진 방안을 개발하고 적용할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to identify a descriptive survey study on the relationship between social health status, mental health status, and self-efficacy among health college students. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire among 180 health-related college students from three universities in Metropolitan City. The collected data were performed using the SPSS 26.0 program for t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis. As a result of this study, social health status scored 3.23 points, mental health status scored 1.97points, and self-efficacy scored 3.23points. Social health status showed a significant static correlation with self-efficacy, and mental health status showed a significant negative correlation. In order to improve the self-efficacy of health students, it is necessary to develop and apply social health promotion and mental health promotion measures.

        간호대학생을 위한 신종감영병 간호교육 프로그램 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to develop and apply an infection control education program and its effect on the knowledge, attitude, and the performance related Self confidence of nursing students. Method : The infection control education program was applied for session 6 from June 20 through July 30, 2021. The education program was developed by one infection control nurse and two professors of nursing department with reference to the previous studies. The educational program was consisted of 30 students in the experimental group and 27 students in the control group. The knowledge, attitude, and the performance related Self confidence about infection control were measured before and after the program for the students who participated in the educational program and those who did not. Result : The two groups were confirmed to be homogeneous as there was no significant difference among the homogeneity test results in all variables. After the education program, the experimental group was found to be statistically significantly higher than the control group in infection control related knowledge(t=19.60, p=.045) and attitude(t=57.00, p=.002). Conclusion : This study showed that the hospital infection control education program was effective for nursing college students who will become nurses who will perform infection control roles in the future, and confirmed the need for an education system to improve infection control practice competency to increase performance Self confidence.

        조리 전공 대학생의 정서지능과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과

        목적 조리 전공 대학생의 정서지능이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 정서지능과 진로준비행동의 영향관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과를 통해 정서지능을 활용한 진로준비행동을 높이며, 진로에 대한 합리적이고 긍정적인 진로를 가지는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 방법 SPSS/WIN 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석을 하였고, 측정항목의 타당성과 신뢰도를 검증하고자 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 또한, 구성개념들의 상호 인과관계를 검증하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 다중회귀 분석과 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 결과 정서지능의 하위영역인 자기감성이해, 정서조절은 진로탄력성의 하위요소인 자기신뢰, 자립, 관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정서지능이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향관계에서 타인감성이해, 자기감성이해는 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 나타내는 것으로 나타났지만, 정서조절은 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동 간의 영향관계에서는 진로탄력성의 자기신뢰와 관계에서는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않았지만, 자립에서는 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 나타내는 것으로 조사되었다. 결론 조리 전공 대학생들의 자신의 감성과 타인의 감성에 대한 이해에 따른 정서지능과 진로탄력성은 진로준비행동을 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정서지능의 자기감성이해와 정서조절은 진로탄력성에 유의한 영향을 나타내기 때문에 대학에서도 대학생들의 자기감성 이해와 정서조절의 교육과 학습이 필요하며 진로탄력성을 통한 자립심을 높여 학생들이 진로에 대한 걱정을 낮추고 미래에 대한 진로준비행동을 통해 원하는 기업에 취업할 기회를 제공해야 할 것이다. Objectives The effect of emotional intelligence on career preparation behavior of university students majoring in culinary arts was investigated, and the mediating effect of career resilience in the relationship between emotional intelligence and career preparation behavior was verified. Methods SPSS/WIN 22.0 program was used. Reliability analysis was performed to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement items. In addition, to verify the mutual causal relationship between the constructs, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted, as well as multiple regression analysis and mediation effect analysis. Results Self-emotional understanding and emotion regulation, which are sub-areas of emotional intelligence, were found to have a significant impact on self-trust, independence, and relationships, which are sub-elements of career resilience. In terms of the influence of emotional intelligence on career preparation behavior, understanding of others' emotions and understanding of one's own emotions were found to have a significant impact on career preparation behavior. In terms of the influence relationship between career elasticity and career preparation behavior, it was found that self-reliance in career elasticity had a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Conclusions It was found that the emotional intelligence and career resilience of college students majoring in culinary arts, based on their understanding of their own emotions and the emotions of others, can increase their career preparation behavior. Therefore, because self-emotion understanding and emotion regulation of emotional intelligence have a significant impact on career resilience, universities also need education and learning on self-emotion understanding and emotion regulation among college students. By increasing independence through career resilience, students can prepare for their careers. We need to provide opportunities to get a job at a company of our choice through lowering worries and taking career preparation actions for the future.
