Railway equipment reliability (or failure rate) provides the basis for the estimation of the maintenance interval required in the process of maintenance management. In particular, the failure rate trend is needed to determine the optimal maintenance (or replacement) interval in a preventive maintenance policy. In other words, the optimal maintenance interval is determined depending on whether the failure rate is decreasing, constant, or increasing. This study proposes a method to estimate the optimal maintenance interval for railway equipment with multiple degradation characteristics and demonstrates the result by simulated data. The method can be used in cases in which equipment condition is monitored by IOT sensors that detect various degradation phenomena.
무선인식 시스템의 패시브 태그를 이용한 실내의 물체위치 추적

This paper proposed to recognize and tracking the ID and location when a person and objects moved from indoor using RFID a type of passive tag. An antenna was installed in both sides of a door due to the limitation of a recognition distance. And frequency bandwidth was used to the 134.2㎑ bandwidth to pass and bend several obstacles. Because a type of passive tag is a semi-permanent and miniaturization, it has applied to this paper.
무선인식 시스템의 완전 명령 코드 기법을 이용한 데이터 충돌 및 손실 방지에 관한 연구

Using single carrier frequency RFID system in one-to-multiple wireless communications, might be generated data loss because of data collisions. Conventional Anti-collision method prevent data loss from data collisions which are binary tree method and ALOHA. However, those two preventive measures also have week points which are strongly dependent on the time and space when passing through the recognition area. This paper suggests the full-length instruction code method which fits in to half-duplex method, prevents data collision effectively by calculating the non-transmitting time of multiple tags considering approaching time to the recognition area. After full-length instruction code method test using 13.56MHz bandwidth RFID system shows that full-length instruction code method could make better result than any other methods. Moreover, the record shows O(n) result after analyzing O-notation of conventional time-domain procedure. 단일 주파수를 사용하는 무선인식 시스템에서 일대 다수의 통신은 데이터 충돌로 인한 손실이 발생 할 수 있기 때문에 반드시 데이터 충돌을 방지해야만 한다. 기존의 데이터 충돌 방지 방법은 트리검색과 알로하기법을 사용하고 있으나, 인식영역을 통과하는 공간과 시간에 매우 의존적이어서 데이터 손실을 유발할 수 있는 단점이 있다. 그래서 완전 명령 코드 기법을 제안하였다. 완전 명령 코드 기법은 반이중 방식에 적합한 방법으로 태그가 인식 영역에 접근하는 시간을 고려하여 2개 이상의 태그가 리더로 데이터를 송신하지 않는 시간을 계산하여 충돌을 방지하였다. 본 논문에서는 13.56MHz대역의 무선인식 시스템을 제작하여 완전 명령 코드 기법을 적용하여 실험한 결과 완전 명령 코드 기법이 다른 기법에 비해 향상됨을 검증하였으며, O-표기법에 의한 시간 복잡성으로 분석하여 O(n)의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

In this paper, it is proposed that an existing utilizing methods of FMEA, one of the potential failure cause analysis of the systems and products, is reviewed and more efficient advanced application scheme and improvement idea is suggested. In present, in company with Products liability laws which are being conducted, this proposed methods are intended to be applied at systems which require high-reliability and safety.
진동대 시험을 통한 Fill Dam의 내진 안정성 평가

본 연구에서는 흙 댐 구조물의 지진저항 특성을 파악하기 위하여 3가지 대표단면을 기초로 하여 축소모형의 비율에 해당하는 상사법칙을 고려하여 각각 1:100, 1:70, 1:50으로 토조를 제작하였다. 그리고 국내 설계기준에 준하여 장주기인 Hachinohe파, 단주기인 Ofunato파, 인공지진파를 가진하여 각 단면에 대해 가속도변화, 과잉간극수압, 수직 및 수평변위를 측정하고, 측정된 결과를 통하여 지반-구조물-유체의 상호작용에 따른 안정성을 평가하였다. 시험결과 시험 대상 단면의 변위는 지진 시 허용변위량 300mm에 비해 비교적 작은 변위로 지진 시 안정성을 확보하였다. 가속도 계측결과 Hachinohe파, Ofunato파는 할증률 20%정도로 평가되었지만 인공지진파는 할증률 30%정도로 평가되었다. 과잉간극수압비 측정결과 액상화 평가기준인 과잉간극수압비 1이하로 모형단면은 액상화에 대해 안정성을 확보하였다. In order to understand evaluation of the seismic stability of a fill dam, we made chambers of 1:100, 1:70, and 1:50 (the ratio of the miniature), considering the law of similarity based on drawings of three representative cross sections. And we measured an increase in acceleration, excess pore water pressure, and vertical/horizontal displacement after applying Hachinohe wave (long period), Ofunato wave (short period), and artificial wave, complying with the domestic standards, in order to evaluate the stability and interaction between the ground, the structure, and fluids based on the measurements. As a result, we could observe that displacement of the target cross section was relatively small compared to the allowed level of 30 cm, ensuring proper stability for an earthquake. Regarding the acceleration measurements, the increase rate was 20% for Hachinohe wave and Ofunato wave but 30% for the artificial wave. With respect to the excess pore water pressure, it was lower than 1 (which is the permissible ratio for liquefaction) ensuring proper stability as well.

In this paper, it has a proposal of the RFID(RFID : Radio Frequency Identification) system for high-speed recognition between the tag attached a mobile object moving high-speed and the static reader. It used 13.56㎒ frequency at ISM band, and designed a reader in order to recognize a mobile object moving high-speed. It will be expected that RFID system enables a smooth railway signal control applying in railway system through the cyclic loop antenna.

In this paper, it is proposed instruction code satisfied algorithm that is able to prevent data collision when transponder access in the area of recognition system that is operated to single channel. Differ from absolute collision is used to in the time domain procedure, instruction code satisfied algorithm, transmits data which don"t generate collision and must satisfy instruction code. So, to prevent data collision, transponder is of great if it read the entire instruction code. Consequently, it is applied to algorithm that made the system of wireless recognition 13.56Mhz. As a result, for the time of one bit data transmission had 14㎲ difference, it is proved the prevention of data loss in experiment.
