1859~72년 장단(長湍) 상도면(上道面) 소지(所志)를 통해 본 조선 후기 부세 소송의 성격

. This paper focuses on the litigation process of the residents of Sangdo-myŏn(上道面), Jangdan-bu(長湍府) in Chosŏn dynasty, which lasted from 1859 to 1872. During the litigation, Sangdo-myŏn residents presented joint petition requesting the tax exemption for submerged land(浦落地). The residents initially submitted petitions requesting tax reduction for ownerless land, and later for land with owners, leading to successful tax reduction. When the government attempted to levy tax to the submerged land, the residents submitted petitions again and managed to gain temporary reduction in taxes. There were differences in the composition of participants and the organizing process of joint legal action at each stage of the litigation. Individuals freely engaged or disengaged from legal activities based on their interests, far from collective action based on a strong local community bond.

본 연구는 국내 유치원 시장을 대상으로 유치원의 설립 유형이 유치원 교육의 수익률에 미치는 영향을 추정하였다. 한국아동패널조사에서 제공하는 인지 및 비인지능력 점수에 기반하여 도시 규모 및 유치원 설립 유형에 따른 유치원 교육의 수익률을 추정한 결과, 7대 대도시에서는 국공립과 사립유치원의 교육 수익률이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않지만, 중소도시에서는 국공립 유치원이 사립 유치원에 비하여 우수한 교육 서비스를 제공함을 밝혔다. 이러한 결과는 지역적 구분과 무관하게 상대적으로 균일화된 교육서비스를 제공하는 국공립유치원에 비하여 중소도시의 사립유치원의 교육 환경이 열악함을 의미하고 있다는 점에서 유치원 시장의 경쟁 구조와 관련한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. This study aims to understand the impact of kindergarten establishment type on the returns to preschool education in Korea. Using data on the cognitive and noncognitive ability test scores from Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) to estimate the returns to education by city size and type of kindergarten establishment, we find that there is no statistically significant difference in terms of the quality of education between private and public kindergartens in the 7 major cities in Korea. On the other hand, the results from the sample of small and medium sized cities show that a child who attends a public institution for preschool education is expected to experience a greater increase in both cognitive and noncognitive test scores than an observationally-similar child attending a private institution. The result offers policy implications in regards to the degree of competition in the kindergarten market in that the average quality of education services provided by private kindergartens located in small and medium sized cities is inferior to that of public institutions.
홀로그래픽 데이터 저장장치를 위한 저밀도 ON 픽셀 2차원 4-레벨 4/6 균형 변조부호

홀로그래픽 데이터 저장장치 (HDSS)는 한 픽셀에 1비트 이상의 데이터를 저장 가능하며 전송 속도 및 저장 용량을 증가시키는 장점이 있다. 하지만 2차원적으로 생기는 인접 심볼 간의 간섭 (ISI) 및 페이지 간의 간섭 (IPI)이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 홀로그래픽 데이터 저장장치에서 부호율이 1.33 bit/pixel이면서 코드워드의 밀도가 균일한 부호를 제안하였다. 제안된 저밀도 ON 픽셀 4/6 2차원 균형 변조부호는 기존의 2/3, 6/9 변조부호와 비교하여 비슷한 성능을 보이지만, 한 페이지에 기록되는 ON 픽셀의 비율을 낮춤으로써 체적 내에 페이지 수를 늘려 저장 용량을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 코드워드의 밀도가 균일하여 인접 페이지 간의 간섭을 줄일 수 있다. In the holographic data storage system, the data can be stored more than one bit per pixel and the storage capacity and transmission rate can be increased. In this paper, we proposed a sparse-ON pixel 4/6 balanced-modulation code that the code rate is 1.33 (bit/pixel) with uniform page density. Even though the performance of the proposed sparse-ON pixel 4/6 balanced-code is similar to 2/3 and 6/9 modulation codes, it can increase the storage capacity more than these modulation codes and also store more pages in a volume by reducing the rate of ON pixels to mitigate IPI (inter-page interference).

Substituting advanced high strength steels (AHSS) for existing mild steels to enhance crashworthiness and fuel efficiency gives rise to new types of fracture so-called ‘shear fracture’ during forming process due to their reduced ductility. However, the term, ‘shear fracture’, is used in various cases because there is no specific definition of it. Shear fracture in AHSS can be classified into two types. The first type is observed at die radius when sheets are stamped with small R / t ratio (ratio of die radius to sheet thickness). The second type is in-plane shear fracture where the main fracture mechanism is in-plane shear deformation. In this paper, before everything, the term, ‘shear fracture’, is defined for four cases. The stretch-bending test at quasi-static state is simulated with Abaqus/Explicit based on the experimental conditions1) for various R / t values to identify the first type. Deformation process is analyzed to explain the transition of fracture type and load-displacement curves obtained from the simulation are compared with that of the experiment to secure validity of the simulation. Furthermore, strain paths of various material points are investigated in the square-cup-drawing process to identify the second type of shear fracture.
