Since the introduction of Nanoimprint in the mid-1990s, Nanoimprint lithography, a low-cost, non-convential. method, has been the dominant lithography technology that guarantees high-throughput patterning of nanostructures. Based on the mechanical embossing mechanism, Nanoimprint lithography creates the nanopalterns on the polymer material cast on the substrate. In essence, the process needs nanofabrication equipment for printing with the adequate control of temperature, pressure and control of parallels of the stamp and substrate. This article introduce the possibility and reality of the thermal control on the hot plate using a CFD code. Numerical computation has been conducted for assessing the feasibility of a hot plate(l20×120 ㎜2). PID control is adopted to ensure high temperature uniformity in several zones. Parallel experiments have also been performed for verifying thermal performance. Not only show the results the optimum number of thermocouples related to controllers but also suggest that the thermal simulation using a CFD code would be an alternative method to design and develop the thermal control equipment in the financial aspect.
균질화, 열간단조, 어닐링 조건이 개량된 STD61 열간 금형강의 미서― 조직과 경도에 미치는 영향

The effects of homogenization, hot-forging, and annealing condition on microstwcture and hardness of a modified STD61 hot-work tool steel were investigated. The ingot specimen had a dendritic structure consisting of bainite and martensite. Spherical VC particles of approximately 50 nm and cuboidal (V, TI)C particles of about 100 nm were observed in the ingot specimen. After homogenization, the dendritic structure was blurred, and the difference in hardness between martensite and bainite became narrow, resulting in the more homogeneous microstructure. Needle-shaped non-equilibrium (Fe, Cr)3C particles were additionally observed in the homogenized specimen. The hot-forged specimen had bainite single phase with spherical VC, cuboidal (V, Ti)C, and needle-shaped (Fe, Cr)3C particles. After annealing at 860°C, the microstructures of specimens were ferrite single phase with various carbides such as VC, (Fe, Cr) 7C3, and (Fe, Cr)23C6 because of relatively slow cooling rates. The size of carbides in annealed specimens decreased with increasing cooling rate, resulting in the increase of hardness.

이 글은 북한지역 발해시기 문화유적에 대한 발굴 현황과 이에 따른 문제점 그리고 향후 전망 및 과제를 살펴본 글이다. 북한의 발해유적은 1980년대 들어 본격적으로 발굴되기 시작했고, 이후 90년대와 2000년대 초반을 거쳐 최근까지 간헐적으로 조사가 이루어졌다. 이 글에서는 지금까지 알려진 발해유적 중 발굴조사 된 유적을 관방유적, 건축유적, 고분유적, 사찰유적, 생활유적 등으로 분류하여 조사현황을 살펴보았다. 우선 관방유적은 청해토성, 성령산성, 성상리토성 등이 발굴되었고, 건축유적으로는 금산1, 2건축지, 회문리ㆍ동흥리 24개돌 유적 등이 있다. 고분유적은 발굴된 유적의 수가 제일 많은데 함경북도 지역의 금성리고분군, 창덕고분군, 궁심고분군, 부거리일대 고분군, 창촌리고분 등과 함경남도의 평리고분군, 오매리고분군, 부상리고분군 등을 예로 들 수 있다. 이중 창촌리고분과 부상리고분군은 비교적 최근에 발굴되었다. 사찰유적은 오매리사지가, 생활유적으로는 오매리 자기가마터가 대표적이다. 발굴현황을 살펴봤을 때, 북한지역 발해유적은 알려진 곳에 비해 실제 발굴된 유적은 매우 적으며, 발굴조사 역시 고분유적을 중심으로 진행되는 양상이다. 또 지금까지 알려진 발해유적 중 그 성격의 재검토가 필요한 유적을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 유적조사에서 드러나는 몇 가지 문제점, 즉 발해유적으로 알려진 고분의 성격 문제, 성곽유적의 위치추정 문제, 유적분포와 발해의 남쪽 경계 문제, 발굴조사와 그 보고 과정에서 확인되는 문제 등을 점검하였다. 또 향후 북한지역 발해유적 조사 및 연구 방향을 자료확보 방안, 유적의 정보와 자료의 체계적인 관리방안, 공동연구 및 조사 방안 등을 제언해보았다. 이상에서 확인한 대로, 북한 발해유적은 아직 미발굴된 곳이 더 많으므로, 더욱 활발한 발굴조사가 요구된다. 가장 좋은 방법은 남북이 공동으로 조사를 진행하는 것이지만, 현재 정치적인 상황으로 인해 불가능하다. 하지만 남북공동 조사의 기회는 언제라도 다시 찾아올 수 있으므로, 이를 대비하기 위해서 교류가 없는 시기에도 공동 조사에 대한 철저한 준비가 필요하다. This study is about the current status of excavation archaeological sites, problems, prospects, and tasks during the Balhae period in North Korea. The archaeological sites of Balhae in North Korea began to be excavated in the 1980s, and since then, it has been excavated irregularly in the 1990s, 2000s, and until recently. In this study, the excavated Balhae sites were classified into Defense Outpost sites, Architecture sites, Grave sites, Temple sites, and Subsistence sites, and the current status was checked. As for the Defense Outpost site, Cheonghaetoseong Fortress, Seongnyeongsanseong Hillfort, and Seongsang-ri Fortress were excavated, and Architecture site include Geumsan 1 and 2 Sites, and 24 Foundation Stones Structure Sites in Hoemun-ri and Dongheung-ri. The number of excavated Grave sites is the largest, including Geumseong-ri Burial Group, Changdeok Burial Group, Gungsim Burial Group, Burial Group at Buggeori-area and Changchon-ri Grave in Hamgyongbuk-do Province; Omae-ri Burial Group, and Busang-ri Burial Group in Hamgyongnam-do Province. Among them, Changchon-ri Grave and Busang-ri Burial Group were excavated relatively recently. The Temple sites are represented by Omae-ri Temple Site, and as for Subsistence sites, Omae-ri Porcelain kiln site is representative. Looking at the current excavation status, there were not many surveyed sites of Balhae in North Korea. Excavations were mainly on Grave sites as well. In addition, among the sites of Balhae known, the sites that require reconfirmation of their characteristics were identified. In addition, several problems revealed in the survey, such as the Grave known as Balhae sites, the location estimation of the fortress, the distribution of sites and the southern boundary of Balhae, and the excavation and reporting process were checked. Moreover, various directions were proposed to survey and research the sites of Balhae in North Korea. The sites of North Koreas Balhae require more active excavation. The best way is for the South and North Korea to jointly survey, but it is impossible due to the current political situation. However, an opportunity for a joint archaeological survey between South and North Korea can come at any time, so it is always necessary to prepare for a joint research.

Lock-up clutch of a torque converter in an automatic transmission directly transmits the engine power to the transmission in order to achieve a more fuel economy. Damper spring, a core part of lock-up clutch system, makes the powertrain system stabilized by reducing the fluctuation torque of any engine system when lock-up clutch is operated. In addition to that, this part helps the improvement of total vehicle systems by increasing spring characteristic in aspects of the design facilities. To analysis the dynamic hysteresis of damper springs, numerical simulation has been carried out using DAFUL, a dynamic analysis commercial code. Preliminary test has also been conducted to assess the dynamic behavior of damper springs. The results of analysis and test are discussed in view of the dynamic simulation of damper springs.
