        예부선 운항 안전 현황 연구

        예부선 선박은 다른 선박과 달리 부선에 의해 그 조종성능이 제한되어 항해 중 해양사고 발생률이 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 그 충돌사고 발생률은 일반 선박과 비교하여 40%이상 높은 것으로 보고 되기도 하였다. 이런 특성을 지닌 예부선 운항 실태를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 그 안전 운항 강화 차원의 연구가 꾸준히 정부에서 제기되어 왔다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 차원에서 예부선 국내 운항 실태를 살펴보았다. 운항업체의 등록상황, 각 업체의 운항 안전 실태, 과거 예부선 사고 유형 등을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 예부선 관련자에게 안전 증진 방안에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 국내외 예부선 안전 사례에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 자료는 예부선 안전 강화를 위한 방안에 활용될 것으로 판단된다. It have been known that the probability of occidental happening in towing-barge is higher than that of other merchant vessels. Bemuse the towing-barge is restricted in thier manoeuvring ability due to its towingline. A report from ministry maritime affairs and fisheries said that the rate of collision occident for towing-barge is 40% high than other transport system in sea A number of researches have been carried out to improve the safety policy in the towing-barge sea transportation system by the gorvenment. This study examined the safety status in domestic towing-barge sea transportation system The registration status, safety operational policy and past occidental data were also examined A survey research of experts relating to towing-barge operation also was carried out to fine the detailed of safety status. This study would be applicable to set up safety policy for towing-barge marine transportation system.

      • 목포항 어선수 및 어획량 추정에 관한 연구

        Mokpo north harbour has been developed as a fishing port. It is necessary to estimate the number and catch amount of entering fishing vessels sin order to design the pier size of the north harbour. In this paper, we discuss the estimating method using the data of the fishing vessels, of which the properties are uncertain due to the rapid changes in tonnages, number, and catch amount. The estimating results by the proposed method are as follows: the number, tonnages and catch amount of entering vessels are 883 ships, 48,452 tons, 33,335 tons respectively in the year 2011.

      • LIBL을 이용한 DC서보모타의 퍼지제어

        LIBL(Llinguistic Instruction Based Learning) is an effective learning algorithm for fuzzy controller which interpreters and uses natural language of human. The possibility of application of the LIBL algorithm to the fuzzy control of dynamic systems is investigated in this paper. Rise time, opercent overshoot, and steady state are proposed as suitable meaning elements for dynamic systems. A supervisor is able to give "higher-level linguistic instruction" to the learning algorithm through these meaning elements. Simulation results for a DC servo motor show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

      • 해태용 유기산처리제 포장시스템의 개선에 관한 연구

        Organic acid is used to remove unnecessary seaweeds attached to the leaf of laver at sea. The plastic container for organic acid so called poly vessel is on the market, because it is cheap, acid resistant, solid as well as easy for pilling a container with organic acid by hand. However it is difficult to settle the used container and burning up the container causes air pollution. In this paper, we propose the automated packing system for using a flexible polyethylene container as the substitution of the poly vessel in order to prevent environmental pollution and for easy settlement of used containers.

      • 데이타베이스의 언어적 지식획득을 통한 검색시스템

        In this paper, we propose a retrieval system using knowledge of database expressed linguistically, where the relation between data are constructed by FCM(Fuzzy C-Means). Several algorithms have been proposed to solve the major problem in the conventional retrieval system that the system doesn't reply in case of no data equal to user's query, and to express knowledge of database linguistically. One system loosens the retrieval condition to retrieve the alternative data, but it needs the heuristic knowledge according to the target of retrieval. The other system uses the fuzzy membership function to express the condition of retrieval and draws the data with the high grade of fuzzy membership function, but it also has a problem that it happens not to retrieve according to the selection of fuzzy membership functions. To solve these problems, another system has been proposed, which uses FCM method to express data of a database as the multiple clusters and the distribution of data is described linguistically by using linguistic labels defined. This paper proposes the improved method of adding new cluster and assigning linguistic labels onto fuzzy clusters obtained through fuzzy clustering. The validity of this retrieval system is shown by applying it's algorithm to an example: the mail order service in Post office.

      • 따목 의사 결정 시스템의 구축에 관한 고찰

        Decision Making System(DMS) is a field of Artificial Intelligence(A.I.) and is a system to solve a given problem instead of a human being such as various computer games. In this paper, we discuss the building of a computer system for Tamok game called the korean traditional five-in-a-row. The Tamok game has never been studied and is very complex because the mutual relation of two games of Badook and five-in-a-row is considered to play. In this paper, we discuss the algorithm for building the Tamok computer system. As the basic system for embodying the Tamok computer system, the five-in-a-low computer system was built where the system's stone to play is decided by the importance weight. The importance weight is allocated as numerical value[0-1] which is acquired an expert's knowledge and experience. The stone to play is decided as the place which has the maximum importance weight. In the future, the algorithm to allocate the importance weight has to be studied to build the Tamok computer system.

      • GMDSS 시뮬레이터의 개발에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with the development of the GMDSS simulator for training GMDSS radio personnel. It consists of two parts, one is a server program to control communication of each client program and the other is a client program to communicate among the clients. In case of the development of these programs, TCP/IP, database and OCX programming technique are adopted to simulate the GMDSS radio communication. By using the developed the GMDSS simulator the simulation was applied to the GMDSS radio communication as an example. It is concluded that the above simulator will be useful to train the GMDSS radio personnel.

      • 초급 해기사의 자질 및 교육과정에 대한 분석

        This paper carried out the analysis on junior marine officer's quality and some parts of curricula of maritime course using the results of the enquete for given marine shipping company's opinion in order to use it as a student life guidence and recruitment of junior marine officer. The results were as follows; 1) It is very important for junior marine officer to have good human nature and leadership. 2) Professor and instructor have to be trained on board for feed-back education. 3) It is essential that junior marine officer should have special certificate such as GOC, ROC, Refrigerator etc., when one engages in special marine ship such as LNG tanker. 4) It needs to correct the direction of entrance publicity to stimulate and improve the heart of sea-love before applying for Maritime University. 5) It needs to set up the course of special marine ship such as LNG. 6) It is required to strengthen classes of simulation of ship and engine, English and Computer. 7) It is required to take female student's occupation for taking a job.
