소프트웨어 개발 및 유지보수 단계에서 발생한 문제들은 버그 추적 시스템을 통해 버그리포트로 등록되고 관리된다. 등록된 버그리포트를 기반으로 배정자는 해당 문제를 해결할 수 있는 개발자들을 배정하고, 배정된 개발자는 이를 해결한다. 그러나 버그리포트에서 제공되는 정보가 정확하지 않을 경우 문제 해결에 많은 시간이 소모된다. 본 논문에서는 Eclipse 오픈소스 프로젝트들에 대해 12 가지의 도메인으로 분류하여 총 395,967 개의 버그리포트에 대해 초기 정보의 불완전성을 분석한다. 이를 위해 초기 버그리포트에서 제공되는 정보 중 메타필드 내 정보에 초점을 맞춘다. 분석결과 필드들이 도메인 별로 최소 6%, 평균 20%, 최대 33%가 최소 한 번 이상 변경되는 것을 확인하였으며, 프로젝트 도메인 별로 상이하게 변경되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 호텔에서 근무하는 직원들의 유리천장 지각정도가 남녀의 차이가 있는지 그리고 직무열의의 관계를 고찰하기 위해 수행되었다. 설문지는 서울 5성급 호텔에서 근무하는 사원과 주임급직원 200명에게 배부하였고, 불성실하게 답변된 4개의 설문을 제외하고 모두 데이터분석에 이용하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 23.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 남자직원과 여자직원의 유리천장 지각정도에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 직무열의에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 이론적, 실무적 시사점 그리고 다음 연구에 대한 아이디어를 제시하였다. This study was conducted to investigate whether there is a difference between males and females in the degree of perception of the glass ceiling among employees working in hotels and the relationship between work engagement. The questionnaire was distributed to 200 employees working at five-star hotels in Seoul, and all of them were used for data analysis, except for four questionnaires that were answered unfaithfully. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a difference in the degree of perception of the glass ceiling between male and female employees, and a glass ceiling negatively affects hotel employee’s work engagement. Based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications and ideas for the following study were presented. One important practical implication is that HR departments need to think carefully about the glass ceiling and take appropriate actions on behalf of female employees.
호텔여성 직원의 유리천장지각, 직무열의, 서비스지향성의 관계

본 연구는 호텔여성 직원의 유리천장지각, 직무열의와 서비스지향성의 관계를 고찰하기 위하여 수행되었다. 설문지는 서울 5성급 호텔에서 근무하는 여성 직원 250명에게 배부하였으며, 214개의 응답을 테이터분석에 이용하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 유리천장지각은 업무참여와 서비스지향성에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무참여는 유리천장지각과 서비스지향성의 관계를 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 이론적, 실무적 함의에 대해 논의하였다. The present research was conducted to further understand the front-line hotel female employee’s glass ceiling perception. Completed questionnaires were collected 250 female employees of 5-star hotels in the Seoul, South Korea and 214 responses were used to data analysis. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The study found that glass ceiling perceptions have negative effects on work engagement and service orientation. Moreover, work engagement has the mediating role between glass ceiling perception and employee’s service oriented behavior. The study will discuss theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and future direction for research.

The latest vehicle technology is concentrated in the fuel efficiency and alternative energy. The hybrid vehicle is the one of vehicles reflected the latest vehicle technology. To improve the fuel economy in a hybrid vehicle becomes more and more important recently. The energy consumption for interior heating in a vehicle affects the fuel economy. The calorie of heater is decided by the temperature of the engine coolant through the heater. So it needs to turn the engine on to keep the heater performance. It’s very important to reduce the time of the engine drive mode for interior heating. This paper presents the optimal climate system control method to improve fuel economy and thermal comfort in a hybrid vehicle by using a discharge temperature sensor. The climate controller can decide the optimized timing of "engine on request" to keep the appropriate calorie of heater on the motor drive mode because it"s possible to estimate the optimized calorie of heater to meet the requested discharge temperature target by using discharge air temperature sensor in the ‘temperature door control’ and the ‘engine on request’ algorithm.

If the vehicle has the refrigerant cycle system with indoor heat exchanger in the HVAC, it is possible heating and cooling by changing refrigerant flow. A heat pump cycle system can be divided into two large, it is possible to A / C cycle, mainly used during the cooling, but it is possible to Heat Pump cycle, mainly used during the heating. This system is new technology and is very difficult to control and supplying constant heating energy into the cabin. And if the outside temperature is higher, air-conditioning load is increased and the potential failure possibility of Electric Compressor also is increased. And Electric Compressor operating noise is also growing, so user complains this noise. In addition, control is required to achieve optimal thermal comfort, with minimal power consumption for air conditioning. I want to study heat pump system that minimizes heat pump operating noise, determination of lower power consumption cycle.

In recent times, as the importance of vehicle’s interior illumination rises, I have studied the color-changing heater control in connection with air conditioning and heating control by HVAC(heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and compressor. The writer have derived a lot of color-changing logics related to the heater control through this research project, including the logic which considers driver’s health, fuel efficiency and desired temperature. In addition, I have organized these logics which drivers can choose for themselves. If they don’t want to change color of heater control, they can select the notworking mode. I hope that my studies are much more satisfying user’s preference.
