This test is to conduct applied research the reaction area of the Ti-cast metal body which is made use of Dental Phosphate-silica alumina bonded investment material selling at a market, and the cooling method is how to effect on the acicular. The experimentation is as followings, 1. Experimental specimens After invest with Dental Phosphate-silica alumina bonded investment material, the $10{\times}10{\times}1.0mm^3$ wax pattern was casted by Dental high vacuum argon centrifugal casting machine. 2. Test We can analyze SEM/EDS, XRD utilize the fractography(an optical microscope). 3. Conclusion The pure cast metal body constituted of reaction products layer, stability layer and contamination layer. This pure cast have no connection with the cooling condition. The pure Titanium shows difference in a component distribution according to the cooling condition. Through this experimentation we can establish that acicular in the pure Ti-cast metal is consist of Hexagonal structure a=2.9505$\AA$, c=4.6826$\AA$.

A noncontact thickness measurement sensor for NPP (Nuclear Power Plant) containment liner plates (CLP) is proposed in this work. Corrosion of CLP backwall has occasionally been reported in NPPs and detection of wall-thinned section is important for NPP safety. Inspection of CLP thickness is carried out using contact type ultrasonic thickness measurement and takes a lot of time. This work suggests an alternative CLP thickness measurement sensor based on electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT). The proposed sensor can measure CLP thickness without physical contact or couplant and inspect wide area rapidly. The sensor is designed to produce and detect bulk shear waves in relatively thin plates like CLP. The prototype of the sensor was made and its working performance was checked on test specimens with various thickness. The test result showed that the proposed sensor could measure thickness of CLP precisely and a mobile inspection system based on the sensor can be developed.
H형강과 구조용집성재의 삽입길이에 따른 접합부의 탄소성 거동

In some cases, wooden structures are used for medium-rise buildings. It is therefore necessary to develop and test a new structural system for medium-rise buildings using wooden structures. This study deals with high-performance, laminated, timber-based composite members, which consist of structural laminated timber and H-beam. Simple beam tests were performed to determine the strength, stress distributions, and failure patterns of laminated timber. The main parameters are the insertinglength (1, 1.5, and 2 times the H-beam height) and the epoxy between the top/bottom flange of the H-beam and the top/bottom flange of the laminated timber. The results of the test show that the specimen with an inserting length that is 2 times the H-beam height was characterized by fairly god strength and stiffness. 최근 환경문제의 대두로 친환경 재료를 사용하는 건축물에 대한 연구가 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 북미나 일본 등지에 서는 목질구조를 이용한 4층 정도의 사무소건축이나 교외형 호텔, 학교 등의 중층 목조 건축물을 실현하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 구조물은 하부층은 RC조로 하고 상부층은 목조로 하는 하이브리드 구조형식으로 보급되고 있다. 기존의 볼트나 드리프트 핀을 목재 중에 접합구를 삽입하는 방식으로 준 내화성능의 확보나 외관상의 이점이 있으나, 하중을 전달하는 지압면적이 작어 목재의 내부로 접합장치가 파고들기 때문에 목재에 균열을 발생시키는 약점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 목질 하이브리드 구법으로서 비교적 큰 하중을 받을 수 있는 2방향 라멘접합부 개발을 목표로 새로운 모멘트저항형 접합법을 검토하고자 한다. 이러한 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 H형강을 이용한 이음접합 단순보의 휨 실험을 행하였으며, 주요한 변수는 구조용집성재와 H형강의 삽입길이(보춤의 1배, 1.5배, 2배)와 H형강 상 하 플랜지와 구조용집성재 상하면 사이의 틈새에 에폭시의 충전유무이다. 실험결과, H형강의 보춤의 2배를 확보함으로써 목재의 강도 및 강성을 충분하게 발휘할 수 있었다.

The easy assembly joint system is required because the number of skillful carpenters is decreasing remarkably in korea. Main objective of this study is to investigate experimently the structural performances beam-column joints using the new type connecting system, which is composed of metal connector and adhesive. The metal connectors embedded into the wood with adhesive in new type connecting system. In order to improve the bond strength, threaded steel rods are used as metal connector. From this result, specimens using the suggested joints are shown stable hysteresis behaviors and can be calculated by the suggested equation.

Epoxy bonded fiber sheets are attractive for strengthening structural laminated timber due to high tensile strength and easy handing. The objective of this study is to evaluate structural performance of structural laminated timber beams. A total 10 specimens were tested. The main parameters are fiber sheet types(polypropylene fiber sheet, carbon fiber sheet), and location of finger joints. The vertical loading steadily increased by displacement control. Also, the load and displacement curves, flexural strength(MOR), elasticity(MOE), and failure modes on outermost lamination of structural glued-laminated timber is to investigated. Also, moisture content was measured before and after the test. The main parameter are the mechanical grades and wooden types. The M.O.R and M.O.E of specimens on outermost lamination of structural glued-laminated timber are higher than a standard value of the product. Also, the results of the test show that specimens stiffened with fiber sheets was characterized by fairly good strength and stiffness than those of the non stiffened specimens.
