The purpose of this study is to establish a linkage between local forest human resources policies and the analysis of forest resource conditions in Gyeongsangbuk-do. In particular, the study aims to gather insights from students enrolled local formal education institutions through a demand survey and their opinions. These findings would serve as basic data for the formulation of medium- and long-term policies. According to the results of the analysis, all surveyed groups expressed a desire to pursue careers, entrepreneurship, or further school education based on their forestry majors. Among, the most important needs identified for local human resources, receiving training related to field practice and access to information emerged as paramount. In addition, it was observed that educational programs were conducted on weekends and during school vacations, with integration into the school curriculum to ensure participants not only benefit from self-development but also receive administrative support. A notable observation in the survey results was the absence of a network among forest professionals, signifying a key weakness within the forest sector in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results of this study hold significant value in terms of analyzing and sharing the educational preferences of forest human resources in Gyeongsangbuk-do, thereby serving as basic research data for proposing policies. In the future, by expanding the scope to include case studies and forest human resource preference analyses through cooperation with other local governments and institutions, the research can contribute to the establishment of national-level policies for forest human resources on a broader scale.

As the rapid social change and the development of science and technology, crime is becoming more advanced, intelligent, and wider, and it is necessary to carry out the science and technology R&D project to cope with the changing crime preemptively and effectively. After recognizing the urgent need to introduce science and technology into the criminal justice system in 1965, the US Congress enacted the Safe Streets Act to establish the legal basis for the policing technology R&D project. As a result of enacting the Safe Streets Act, the National Institute of Justice and the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration were established in 1968. The National Institute of Justice has been leading the development of policing technology with excellent R&D achievements such as body armor, DNA identification technology, explosive detection and identification technology, and police protective equipment development. Korea has revised the “police law” in 2014 to establish a legal basis for conducting R&D projects in the field of policing technology. As a result of comparing the operating system and the R&D process of the policing technology R&D project in the US and Korea, it was required to improve the project operation system and the legal basis, to strengthen the expertise in project planning and evaluation, and to promote the outcome. 급격한 사회변화와 과학기술의 발전에 따라 범죄도 첨단화, 지능화, 광역화되고 있으며 변화하는 범죄에 선제적, 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 치안과학기술 연구개발 사업의 수행이 필요하다. 미국은 1965년 형사 사법 시스템에 과학기술의 도입이 시급함을 인식한 후 미 의회에서 「Safe Streets Act」를 제정하여 치안과학기술 연구개발 사업의 법적 근거를 마련한 후 1968년 국립사법연구소와 법집행지원국을 설립하였다. 국립사법연구소는 방탄복, DNA 신원확인기술, 폭발물 탐지 및 식별기술, 경찰관 보호 장비 개발 등 우수한 연구개발 성과를 얻어 치안과학기술 발전을 선도하였다. 우리나라는 2014년 「경찰법」을 개정하여 치안분야 연구개발 사업 수행을 위한 법적근거를 마련한 후 치안과학기술 연구개발 사업을 수행하고 있다. 미국과 한국의 치안과학기술 연구개발 사업 운영체계와 프로세스를 비교한 결과 사업발전을 위해 사업운영 체계 구축 및 근거법률 제정, 과제 기획 및 평가의 전문성 확보, 성과확산 촉진 등이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis of disposition distance of city park for the plan of suitable arrangement of city park based on the date examining Daegu Metropolitan City. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The result of analysis of population density as the case of districts, it appeared highly in city center area which Seo-Gu district and Nam-Gu district besides Jung-Gu district. However, it apperared in a low Buk-Gu district, Dong-Gu district and Salseong-Gun. 2) The result of analysis of population density as the case of regions, it appeared very highly Joukjun-Dong of Dalseo-Gu district(31,554per/㎢), Naedang-Dong of Seo-Gu district(29,922per/㎢). However it appeared in a low YeugaoMaen(85per/㎢) and Gachang-Maen(94per/㎢) of Dalseong-Gun. The regions where the population density is high have very low green space and live a lot of low income layer. 3) The result of analysis of disposition distance, in the case of children park, it appeared an intensive distribution in Dongcheon-Dong and Guam-Dong of Buk-Gu district, Whanggm-Dong and Dusan-Dong of Suseong-Gu district, Sangin-Dong and Yeongasn-Dong and Walsung-Dong of Dalseo-Gu district. however, it appeared in a low in Jung-Gu district. The case of urban park of the neighboring area, it appeared the most in Dalseo-Gu district except 2 parks in Jung-Gu district, the case of urban park of the walking area, it apperared in equality in city. 4) In conclusion, the area have population density and lots of low income layer, is in out of disposition distance should be considered in first for city park plan.
성인대상의 산림교육 활성화를 위한 정책 중요도와 만족도 분석 연구 - 대구광역시를 사례로 -

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the importance of policy for the promotion of forest education and establish a basis that can be applied to it, which considers citizens' opinions on forest education. According to the importance analysis of forest education policy, program development topped the list with 0.368 points, followed by the application of forest education experts, which scored 0.262 points. Cooperation as well as the supplementing and improvement of facilities yielded 0.238 and 0.132 points, respectively. Concerning the attention and recognition of forest education, only 8% of the respondents had low attention and 19% low or very low recognition; 75% said forest education was very important. Regarding program satisfaction, 76.5% were satisfied with the profitability of content and 77% agreed with the purpose consistency. In terms of the appropriateness of forest education, 79.2% and 81% were content with the period and method, respectively. Finally, 82.7% were satisfied with the participation program. This study aims to share basic data and promotion plans derived from the analysis of policy importance and satisfaction with forest education focused on adults. Domestic forest education is still in the early stages, led by Korea Forest Service. In the long term, local governments must participate in forest education policy positively despite limited budgets and human resources. The results of this study can be utilized as data for forest education promotion plans. If the case studies of other local governments and preference analysis by age group are followed up, they will help ensure that forest education evolves through cooperation with people and organizations in the relevant zone.
Poly-Si에 첨가한 도펀트가 Titanium Silicides 형성에 미치는 영향 Ⅱ

Si의 기판상태, 불순물의 종류와 양, 어닐링온도 등을 달리하여 Ti-silicides를 형성시켰을 때 면 저항과 두께측정, 불순물들의 분포와 미세구조 관찰을 통하여 Ti-silicides 형성반응을 조사하였다. 기판상태, 불순물의 농도, 어닐링온도가 Ti-silicides 형성에 직접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. Amorphous Si 기판상에서 Ti-silicides가 형성되었을 때 T>$TiSi_2/Si$</TEXT> 계면편평도가 보다 향상되었다. Poly-Si내 불순물의 농도가 $1{\times}10^{16}ions/cm^2$ 이상일 때 T>$TiSi_2$</TEXT> 형성이 크게 억제되었고 면저항이 증가하였다. 불순물의 out-diffusion에 영향을 미치는 인자 중의 하나는 이온주입에너지에 의해 결정되는 초기 불순물의 분포였다. 이온주입 공정보다 T>$POCI_3$</TEXT> 공정에서 불순물의 out-diffusion이 적게 나타났다. The formation of Ti-silicides with the type of substrate, the species and the concentration of dopant, and the annealing temperature was investigated with sheet resistance and thickness measurement, elemental depth profilling, and microstructure. It was directly affected by the type of substrate, the species and the concentration of dopant, and the annealing temperature. For the amorphous Si substrate, the smothness of T>$TiSi_2/Si$</TEXT> interface was increased. Above concentr-ation of $1{\times}10^{16}ions/cm^2$, the rate of T>$TiSi_2/Si$</TEXT> formation was decreased and the sheet resistance was increased. The initial profile of dopant according to the implantation energy was one of the factors influencing the out-diffusion of dopant. In T>$POCI_3$</TEXT> process, this was less than in ion implantation process.
대구시 가로수 전정 정책의 중요도 분석과 정책방향 기초연구

The role of street tree in urban areas has been emphasized recently and it was recognized as the part of urban Infrastructure. In the early times, the Ministry of Construction was in charge of creation and management of street tree, but it was performed to Korea Forest Service in 2001. Daegu city established street tree plans in 2016, enacted rules for creation and management of street tree in 2018, and proposed plans for creation and management of urban forest in 2019. Plans reflected quantitative aspect of street tree but didn't consider pruning demands based on the management and restoration of it. In addition, the participation of domestic studies on street tree pruning policy remained low. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze policy importance for street tree pruning in Daegu and to propose basic plans. According to the importance analysis of street tree pruning policy, budget allocation, building a system, and considering citizens’ opinion were important policies relatively. Based on the five fundamental principles and standards, model by the street environment factors and plans for street tree pruning in Daegu were proposed. This study aims to calculate importance and propose plans of street tree pruning through the sufficient decision making process. If the case models for other areas and plan proposals in detail are followed up. it will help ensure that establishment and implement of policy plays a major role in street tree pruning. 도시 가로수는 도시 기반시설의 주요 요소로 인식되고 있고 그 역할 또한 더욱 강조되고 있다. 가로수 조성 및 관리 업무는 초기에는 도로의 유지 및 관리 업무의 일환으로 건설부에서 담당하였으나 2001년에 산림청으로 재이관되었다. 대구시는 2016년에 대구광역시 가로수 기본계획을 수립하였고 2018년에 대구광역시 가로수 조성 및 관리 조례를 제정하였다. 그리고 2019년에서는 대구광역시 도시림 등 조성, 관리계획을 완성하였다. 정책과 계획 수립과정에서 가로수 조성이라는 양적 계획은 충분히 반영되고 있으나, 식재된 가로수의 관리나 생육환경변화에 따른 기능 회복 등에 기반을 둔 전정 관리 수요는 충분히 고려하지 못했다. 국내 가로수 관련 분야의 연구에서도 가로수 전정 정책과 정책별 중요도 연구는 상대적으로 비중있게 다루어지지 못했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대구시 가로수 전정 정책별 중요도를 분석하고 결과를 토대로 기본 방향을 제안하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 전문가 대상으로 정책의 중요도 분석을 실시한 결과, 가로수 전정 예산 확보, 전정시스템 구축, 주민 의견 적극 반영 정책이 상대적으로 중요한 정책으로 나타났다. 5가지 기본원칙과 기준을 전제로 가로환경 요소를 적용한 모델을 개발하고 기본방향 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 대구광역시, 기초지자체, 시민과 민간단체, 전문가 집단 등 관련 주제별 역할을 재정립하였다. 본 연구는 전문가 대상의 충분한 의사결정 과정을 기반으로 가로수 전정 정책의 중요도를 산출하고 정책 방향을 제안하는데 의의가 있었다. 향후 구간별 모델을 다양화하고 구체적인 방향 연구가 추가로 진행된다면 대구시 가로수 전정 정책 수립과 실천에 주요 역할을 담당할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
