This paper was described about principle and form of proposed circuit made use of soft swit -ching technology ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) and ZCS(Zero Current Switching) to reduce turn on and off loss at switching. Also, the analysis of the proposed circuit is described generally by using normalized parameter and basic operating principle and driving characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and load parameter. Based on the characteristics value, a method of circuit design is proposed.<br/> In addition, Pspice's simulation and experimental waveforms are compared with theoretical ones. The experimental results shows that the proposed Inverter can be used practically such a s power source system for induction cooker etc.

This paper proposes a current-fed type high frequency inverter using a soft switching technology Zero-Voltage-Switching to reduce turn on and off loss at the switching. The analysis of the proposed circuit was described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. In the future the proposed circuit is considered to be useful for induction heating applications.

This paper proposed a novel SIT high frequency resonant inverter having drive signal phase shift control function. Phase control type inverters using SIT can realize a power conversion at the high switching frequency with low switching loss. Especially, the high output power can be obtained by connecting the output terminal of two unit inverters in series. The stability of system using protection circuit for over current and the automatic follow-up control for load variation by using PLL are presented. This inverter produces approximately sinusoidal waveform at a high frequency, ranging from 180 Khz to 220 Khz, and is applied to the 2KW induction heating. The operating characteristics of this inverter circuit are discussed from a theoretical point of view and compared with experimental results.

Applied the high frequency switching technology to the ower conversion circuits, the turn on and off loss of switch point out practically large the point at issue, in order to reduce switching loss, the switching method using tank resonant circuit be connected serial and parallel with load have been continuously investigated. This paper was described about principle and form of proposed circuit made use of soft switching technology ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) and ZCS(Zero Current Switching) to reduce turn on and off loss at switching. Based on the charactristics value, a method of circuit design is proposed. In addition, Pspice's simulation and experimental waveforms are compared with theoretical ones. The experimental results shows that the proposed Inverter can be used practically such as power source system for induction cooker etc.
