염수에 의한 복합 동결융해 작용을 받은 혼합 시멘트계 콘크리트의 표면스케일링 평가

This study presents the experimental results of frost durability including resistance to freezing-thawing and surface scaling of concrete. Mixing design was proportioned with the various water - binder ratio between 0.37 and 0.47 and three different binder compositions corresponding to Type I cement without any supplementary cementitious materials (OPC), TypeⅡ cement with 50 % blast-furnace slag replacement (Slag50), and ternary cement with TypeⅢ cement, 15% fly ash, and 35 % slag replacement ( slag 35%+FA 15%). Test results showed that the mixing design with slag 50 % and slag 35 %+FA 15 % exhibited higher durability factor than that made with OPC only. Finally, the use of blend cement containing slag can be used effectively in terms of frost durability of the concrete exposed to severe condition like as coastal environment.
콘크리트구조물 단면 보수용 연속믹서의 개량효과에 관한 연구

This study is on the Improvement of section repair system for concrete structure by improved continuous type mixer. In order to examine the effect of these, we carried out 3 serious of experiments such as flow test and measurement of mechanical properties of repair mortar, and evaluation of workability by spray such as rebound loss and maximum application thickness in the case of two type of mixers. We can obtained the follow results that Improved continuous type mixer had several efficiencies of flowability and water reduction, increase of maximum application thickness, compressive and bending strength, and decrease of rebound loss.
