최근 기후변화에 따른 강수패턴의 변화는 국지성 집중호우 등 이상기상 현상을 초래하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 폐광지역에서 오염물질의 확산, 오염발생의 변화 등 지질재해 발생 패턴의 변화를 촉발시켰다. 본 발표에서는 미생물이 농경지 주변 광산지역 토양에서 유기 및 무기 오염 물질의 생물학적 제거를 할 수 있는 몇 가지의 연구결과와 실제 환경에서의 활용 가능성을 소개한다. 또한, 생광물화의 한 예로 식물로부터 추출한 효소와 미생물 기인 효소로부터 생성되는 탄산칼슘의 효과를 비교하였고, 중금속 오염 확산 방지를 위한 실험 결과를 소개한다. The recent changes in precipitation pattern accompanied with climate change have been engendering abnormal weather conditions such as localized heavy rainfall. This phenomenon has triggered changes in geo-hazard occurrence pattern in abandoned mine areas, such as spreading of contaminants and changes in contamination occurrence. In this presentation, several results suggest that a few microorganisms are potential candidate for the biological removal of organic and inorganic contaminants from abandoned mine-impacted soils. In addition, the abilities of crude extracts of Canavalia ensiformis, a plant biomaterial, and microbial urease to produce calcium carbonate (CaCO<sub>3</sub>) in heavy metal contaminated soils collected from an abandoned mine area were compared.

This empirical study tried to find the factors affecting ``intention of migration to rural area`` of urban workers by applying of entrepreneurial intention analysis tool. Through the snowball sampling, collected data from 339 urban workers and analyse it by using the SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 7.0 software. The results of the this empirical study of the research hypothesis presented in this study were summarized as follows: Firstly, urban worker`s intrinsic personal characteristics affected (-) effect to the interest to the agriculture. Secondly, urban worker`s external environmental factors affected (+) effect to the interest to the agriculture. Thirdly, interest to the agriculture affected (+) effect to the intention of migration to rural area. Fourthly, interest to the agriculture is the perfect mediator between intrinsic personal characteristics and intention of migration to rural area. And finally, interest to the agriculture is also the perfect mediator between external environmental factors and intention of migration to rural area. In conclusion, external environmental factors affected the intention of migration to rural area positively but intrinsic personal characteristics did negatively.
중금속 오염 토양을 개선하기 위한 요 분해 박테리아 및 식물 추출물 적용

In the present study, three bacterial strains capable of producing urease were isolated by selective enrichment of heavy metal contaminated soils. All isolated bacterial strains were identified Sporosarcina sp. with more than 98% of similarity. The heavy metals detected from the collected soils containing bacterial isolates as Mn (170.5 mg/kg), As (114.1 mg/kg), Zn (92.1 mg/kg), Cu (62.4 mg/kg), and Pb (40.3 mg/kg). The bacterial strains were shown to be able to precipitate calcium carbonate using urea as an energy source that was amended with calcium chloride. Furthermore, the abilities of crude extracts of Canavalia ensiformis, a plant biomaterial, to produce calcium carbonate in columns packed with heavy metal contaminated mine wastes collected from an abandoned mine area were compared. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to elucidate the mechanism underlying CaCO<sub>3</sub> precipitation from Canavalia ensiformis crude extracts. Urease in the Canavalia ensiformis extracts catalyzed the hydrolysis of urea and decreased the amounts of the heavy metals As, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cr, and Cu in leachates from treated mine waste columns by 31.7%, 65.8%, 50.6%, 51.6%, 45.1%, and 49.7%, respectively. These results demonstrate that all isolated bacterial strains or plant extracts could potentially be used in the bioremediation of acidic soil contaminated by heavy metals.
Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02에 의한 Fluorene 분해에 미치는 배지 내 중금속 영향

The heavy metal effects on the degradation of fluorene by Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02 was determined in liquid cultures. The results showed that 10 mg/L cadmium, copper, zinc, and lead not only affected the growth of KM-02 with fluorene but also the ability of growing or resting cells to degrade this compound. Growth and fluorene degradation were strongly inhibited by cadmium and copper at 10 mg/L, while the inhibitory effect of zinc and lead at the same concentration or at 100 mg/L were not significant. In contrast, arsenic did not affect degradation or growth, even at very high concentrations of 100 mg/L. Subsequent analyses additionally revealed that concentrations of arsenic remained unchanged following incubation, while those of cadmium and copper decreased significantly.

Since the late 1990s, the Korean Venture Capital Industry has been remarkably grown in the aspect of quality and quantity. Korean government expects that the Venture company and Venture Capital Industry would contribute to the recovery of depressed Korean economy and restructuring of the high cost and low efficiency economic structure. Korean government reinforces supporting policies for the Venture Capital and Venture Business. Venture Capital is defined as the form of high risk and high profit investment capital growing the small & medium enterprises to competitive ones through capital and management support and collecting the capital. According to the Gompers and Lerners the venture capital cycle consists of raising investment capital, screening the investment opportunity and invest the money. And later, sold the retained stock to the other investor or to the company. This stage called EXIT Consequently, the function of the venture capital, which supply the fund and the business consultation to venture business, have been emphasized and how to effectively run this capital have been recognized as the way to develop the venture business. In this regard, the problem in Korean Venture Capital Market is as follows. First, most of the sources of fund depends on the government support and this conflict with the nature of risk capital because the government capital emphasis the stability than profitability. And secondly, the efficiency of the venture capital system in Korea do not reach that of the advanced countries due to many kinds of restriction and the rack of support. Consequently, the Activation Schemes for Korean Venture Capital Firms are as follows. First, the sources of venture capital need to diversify from angels to institutional investors such as banks, pensions, fund of fund. And Lastly, the internal management and operational system of venture capital companies should be strengthened by quality to that of global Venture Capital Firms.
PAHs 오염토양에서 분리된 Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02를 이용한 Fluorene 분해 및 토양복원 연구

The fluorene-degrading strain Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02 was isolated from PAHs-contaminated soil near a mineimpacted area by selective enrichment techniques. Fluorene added to the Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02 culture as sole carbon source was 78.4% removed within 120 h. A fluorene degradation pathway is tentatively proposed based on identification of the metabolic intermediates 9-fluorenone, 4-hydroxy-9-fluorenone, and 8-hydroxy-3,4-benzocoumarin. Further the ability of Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02 to bioremediate 100 mg/kg fluorene in soil matrix was examined by composting under laboratory conditions. Treatment of microcosm soil with the strain KM-02 for 20 days resulted in a 65.6% reduction in total amounts. These results demonstrate that Sphingobacterium sp. KM-02 could potentially be used in the bioremediation of fluorene from contaminated soil.
