간호전문직관과 감정노동이 간호사의 행복지수에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호사의 행복을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 간호전문직관, 감정노동, 행복지수의 관계를 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 5월 11일에서 5월 30일이었고, 연구참석자는 B시 소재 100병상 이상 간호사 대상 127명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 정도는 3.19(5), 감정노동 3.44(5), 행복지수 3.22(5)점이었다. 특성에 따른 행복지수의 차이는 근무형태, 간호사 지원동기에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 행복지수는 간호전문직관과 양(+)의 상관, 감정노동은 행복지수와 간호전문직관과 음(-)의상관이 있었다. 행복지수에 영향을 미치는 예측인자는 간호전문직관, 간호사 입학동기, 감정노동, 근무형태 순이었고 이들 변인의 설명력은 22.5%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 행복지수를 올리기 위해 간호전문직관, 간호직 선택동기, 감정노동, 근무형태의 특성을 반영한 효율적인 정책 개발이 필요하다. This study was conducted to identify correlations in nurses' nursing professionalism, emotional labor and happiness index to provide basic resources for nurses' happiness at work. Resources were gathered from 127 nurses who agreed to participate. Random sampling of nurses in over 100 beds hospitals in B city was done between May 11 and 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests, t-test, ANOVA, correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS window 22.0. The mean scores were nurses' Nursing professionalism 3.19(5), emotional labor 3.44(5), and happiness index 3.22(5). There were significant mean differences in happiness index according to type of work and motivation for selecting nursing, there was a positive correlation between the happiness index and nursing professionalism but a negative correlation between the emotional labor and happiness index, the emotional labor and nursing professionalism. The significant predictors of happiness index included professionalism, motivation for selecting nursing, emotional labor, type of work. The regression model explained 22.3% of happiness index. To enhance happiness index in nurses, it is necessary to build effective strategies to focus on promoting their professionalism, emotional labor, motivation for selecting nursing and type of work.
전달행렬법에 의한 변위를 허용하는 문형라멘의 영향선해석

구조물설계에 있어서 영향선은 최대반력, 최대전단력, 최대휨모멘트 등을 계산하는데 아주 유용하게 사용된다. 모멘트분배법, 인도행렬법, 전달행렬법, 그리고 Muller-Breslau 원리에 의한 단순보와 연속보의 영향선은 잘 알려져 있고 또 교량공학에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 변위를 허용하는 특별한 구조물의 영향선을 계산할 경우에는 약간의 어려움이 있다. 이 연구에서는 절점변위를 허용하는 문형라멘의 영향선을 전달행렬법에 의하여 구하고 유한요소법에 의하여 얻은 영향선과 비교하였고 그 결과는 좋은 일치를 보이고 있다.
대학교 교직원의 건강행태, 자살생각지수가 주관적 행복지수에 미치는 영향

Purpose. This study was conducted to provide basic data on the subjective happiness index and identify factors influencing college professor and staff by describing their perception of general characteristics, health behavior, suicidal ideation, and subjective happiness index. Methods. A survey was conducted with 198 professor and staff who were working University on K city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS window 18.0 program. Result. The Mean scores of Subjective happiness in college professor and staff was 4.66 on a scale of 7. There were significant differences on the subjective happiness Index for the followings: age, breakfast for 2 day, blood pressure (Lt systolic), health status index (EQ-VAS). There was a negative correlation between the subjective happiness Index and suicidal ideation. Factors influencing of subjective happiness in college professor and staff were identified as age (${\beta}=.201$), breakfast for 2 day (${\beta}=-.180$), blood pressure (Lt systolic) (${\beta}=-.244$), health status index (EQ-VAS) (${\beta}=.408$). These factors explained 35.1% of variance in subjective happiness in college professor and staff. Conclusion. Results indicate that factors influencing subjective happiness are suggesting the need to establish policies of health behavior. health behavior program for a life of happiness among college professor and staff.
병원 간호사의 업무환경, 감정노동이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose. The objective of this study was to investigate factors influencing turnover intention index of work environment, emotional labor by hospital nurses Methods. A survey was conducted with 290 nurses who were working hospital. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS window 18.0 program. Result. Findings revealed that; 1) The mean scores were 2.81 [range : 1-5] for work environment, 3.24 [range : 1-5] for emotional labor, 3.43 [range : 1-5] for turnover intention. 2) Pearson's correlation revealed work environment was negatively correlated with turnover intention but emotional labor positively correlated with the turnover intention. 3) Hrarchical multiple regression analysis showed work environment, ages, assign ward, period in current hospital, emotional labor significantly influenced turnover intention in hospital nurses. Conclusion. These findings can be utilized to development of strategies to improving the work environment, managing the emotional labor for decreasing turnover intention of hospital nurses so that can be long time.
