반도체 패키지 내부 결함의 패턴인식을 위한 알고리즘 개발

In this study, researchers developing the estimative algorithm for artificial defects in semiconductor packages and performing it by pattern recognition technology. For this purpose, the estimative algorithm was included that researchers made software with MATLAB. The software consists of some procedures including ultrasonic image acquisition, equalization filtering, Self-Organizing Map and Backpropagation Neural Network. Self-Organizing Map and Backpropagation Neural Network are belong to methods of Neural Networks. And the pattern recognition technology has applied to classify three kinds of detective patterns in semiconductor packages : Crack, Delamination and Normal. According to the results, it was found that estimative algorithm was provided the recognition rates of 75.7% (for Crack) and 83.4% (for Delamination) and 87.2% (for Normal).

Research has shown that many smokers experience an increase in the desire to smoke when exposed to smoking-related cues. Cue exposure treatment (CET) refers to the manualized, repeated exposure to smoking-related cues, aimed at the reducing cue reactivity by extinction. In this study, we constructed a virtual reality system for evoking a desire of nicotine, which was based on the results of a Questionnaire of Nicotine-craving. And we investigated the effectiveness of the virtual reality system as compared to classical device (pictures). As a result, we reached the conclusion that virtual reality elicits more craving symptoms than the classical devices.

In process for production of Rubber Scheme Product that have the most inferior Working Environment is Medicine mixture and Scheme processing. Applying automation and Environment Treatment technology to the hazardous chemical and mixture processing, Through developed ’Mixture Automatic Machine for hazardous chemical Interruption type that is occurred at mixing rubber medicines’, we try to decline worker’s intensity of labour. Also, overcomes solution of work evasion phenomenon and manpower supply and demand’s difficulty by forming agreeable working environment and through the automatic scheme and mixture processing by preventing that hazardous chemical had known as disease causes of various importance disease is exposed to worker during the work. and we plan to do so that production of high added value product may be available.

This paper aims to study that the defect exploration method to specimen's thickness, using an characteristic of an ultrasonic wave generating in ablation area and thermo elasticity area, has been applied to using a way of receiving it by Air-Coupled Transducer and transmitting it by an ultrasonic wave and a way of noncontact receiving and transmitting ultrasonic wave using a laser. The longitudinal, transverse waves have been used in 60㎜ thickness specimen and Lamb wave in 3㎜ to run artificial defect detection test. In this way, the usefulness of noncontact laser ultrasonic wave has been verified. To confirm the possibility of implementation on natural defect existing at real welding part, thickness in 3㎜ SM45C and STS304 artificial defect specimen has been made and defect detection test using Lamb wave has been executed. Detected signal by signal treatment has been expressed in visual not RF signal. By doing so the convenience of defect detection has been attempted and the effectiveness of defect signal visualization using Lamb wave has been confirmed compare with defect image through SAT.

This paper wishes to develop system that measure an external diameter of optical-ferrule and roundness that is optical connection parts that is necessary in optical communication net construction that increase rapidly present automatically and plan productivity elevation and personnel expense curtailment. There is LC, PC, MU, and so on various form in the case of optical-ferrule and Recently, ferrule that have special form is appearing. Hereupon, can bring cost reduction by productivity elevation, measurement quality elevation, number of persons attrition and parts loss amount decrease etc. by computerizing measurement work of examination process that depended on existing manual processing by developing exterior diameter of LC ferrule and roundness' measurement system. Also, use of LD and PD ferrule by country and universal FTTH business is increasing, and LC optical ferrule that is necessary to laser packaging of inside depends on income. Therefore, productivity improvement of LC ferrule can contribute in could do to maximize income substitution effect country industry development. But, manual processing dependence of examination process that it selects LC ferrule manufacturing process defective goods that productivity does not increase because is high productivity elevation decrease bring. Therefore, productivity elevation of LC ferrule wishes to solve productivity decrease by existent manual processing computerizing external diameter and roundness measurement examination process.

미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.
