여자 중·고등학교 양궁선수의 슈팅 기술에 대한 운동역학적 분석

The purposes of this study were to investigate selected biomechanical variables of the shooting motion for female middle and high school players and to provide useful data to coaches for instructing the shooting skill in archery. Three middle school and four high school archers participated in this study. Biomechanical data was collected via three digital cameras, surface electromyography (EMG) and two AMTI force plates. Each participant shot 12 arrows consisting of two ends (six arrows per end). The results of this study were as follows: 1) in the drawing phase, both groups had a long average drawing time with a relatively large standard deviation; 2) generally, Z axis forces in middle school participants during the whole phase was shown to be greater than in high schoolers; 3) for both groups, X and Y axis forces were relatively consistent demonstrating controlled balance throughout the whole phase; 4) in the drawing phase, the range of center of pressures for X axis and Y axis forces in middle schoolers were more varied than those in high schoolers; 5) the trapezius muscle activity for middle school participants during the release phase was much greater than in the throwing phase.

The purpose of this study was to present guidelines that will help to develop putting skill by analyzing shot put technique in elementary, middle, and high school female shot-putting players. To accomplish this study, we filmed shot-putting motion by using four cameras in the 41st National Junior Sports Festival and the 93rd National Sports Festival. The results were as follows: 1) the records of the elementary school group were not significantly correlated with any kinematic variables, 2) the records of the middle school group were significantly correlated with the length of glide and the angular velocity of trunk, and 3) the records of the high school group were correlated significantly with the horizontal velocity of put.
배드민턴 백핸드 클리어 타구유형에 따른 운동학적 변인 및 근육활동 분석

The purposes of this study were to analyze the kinematics and electromyographic variables of the upper extremity for the backhand clear motion according to the type of hitting in badminton. Seven elite male university players were selected as the subjects. Four digital video cameras and Noraxon Telemyo 2400 were used to collect the 3D kinematics and electromyographic data. The results were as follows: 1) in the phase of impact, the time of motion for the overhead backhand clear was the longest, 2) in the event of impact, the distance of step toward X direction was the longest and the distance of step toward Y direction was the shortest for the overhead backhand clear, 3) in the event of backswing, the rotation angles of shoulder and pelvis and the flexion angle of shoulder for the overhead backhand clear were the biggest, 4) the maximum flexion angular velocity of shoulder and the maximum extension angular velocity of elbow for the overhead backhand clear were the biggest, and 5) in the phase of impact, mean EMG of the wrist flexor, triceps, and trapezius muscle for the overhead backhand clear was bigger than that for the underhand stroke and in the phase of follow-through, mean EMG of the wrist flexor and extensor, biceps, triceps, and trapezius muscle for the overhead backhand clear was the biggest.
12주 동안의 수중재활운동이 뇌졸중편마비 환자의 보행패턴과 중력선에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 수중재활운동 프로그램이 뇌졸중 편마비 환자의 보행패턴과 중력선 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수중재활운동이 가능한 뇌졸중환자 3명을 대상으로 수중재활운동을 일주일에 3일씩 총 12주 동안 실시하였다. 본 연구결과를 얻기 위하여 수중재활운동 전․후에 보행 동작에 대한 운동학적 분석과 지면반력 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 수중재활운동 후에 신체 중심속도는 수중재활운동 전에 비하여 빠르게 나타났으며, 고관절축에서 중력선까지의 거리는 환측의 경우 길어졌고 건측의 경우 짧아졌다. 무게중심 경사각은 환측과 건측 모두 수중재활운동 후에 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 상체 전경각은 트레이닝 이후에 작아지는 것으로 나타났으나, 상체 측경각은 수중재활운동 후에 더 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 무릎각 범위와 평균 수직지면반력은 수중재활운동 후에 환측과 건측에서 모두 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 수중재활운동은 편마비 환자의 보행 시 중력선 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purposes of this study were to analyse the gait patterrns and gravity line of post-stroke hemiparesis after aqua-rehabilitation program, using an single group pre- and post-test design. Three subjects were recruited for the 12-week program(3 days/week), which consisted of warm up, aqua-rehabilitation and cool-down. Data from cinematographic method and force plates obtained during walking trials were used to yield kinematic and kinetic variables. The major findings of this study were that (a) gait speed was increased; (b) distance between the center of gravity and hip joint center was increased in the affected side but was decreased in the unaffected side; (c) knee angle range and the average vertical ground reaction force were increased. The results indicate that the aqua-rehabilitation program enabled stroke patient to improve walking ability.
배트민턴 동호인의 백핸드 오버헤드 하이클리어 동작 개선을 위한 운동학적 접근

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic variables of back high clear motion to improve the high clear technique for the club members. For collecting the data there were two groups divided into elite and club member. Each group was consisted of seven males and performed the back high clear motion to analyze the kinematic data using four digital cameras. The results were as follows: 1) at the moment of impact, the distance of step toward X direction in the club member group was shorter than that of the elite group, 2) at the moment of forward swing, the rotation of the shoulder and the hip in the club member group was smaller than that of the elite group, 3) the club member group had the small change in the angle of wrist comparing to the change of elite group and 4) at the moment of hitting a shuttlecock, the maximum racket angular velocity for club member group was slower than that of the elite group.
장애인 크로스컨트리 스키 5km 좌식 경기 시 코스형태와 랩구간에 따른 더블폴링 동작의 운동학적 특성

본 연구는 크로스컨트리 스키 좌식 경기 시 코스 형태와 랩구간에 따른 더블폴링 동작의 운동학적 특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 2016년 평창 노르딕 스키 아시안컵 대회의 2.5km 순환 코스에서 이루어진 5km 좌식 경기를 대상으로 하여 이루어졌다. 자료 분석을 위해 평지 구간과 오르막구간 (8.5°)의 주로에 수직이 되도록 비디오카메라를 설치하여 선수들의 동작을 촬영하였다. 경기에 참여한 선수 9명 중 LW 12 등급 선수 5명에 대하여 동작분석이 이루어졌다. 각 선수들의 랩 구간별 운동학적 변인의 차이를 규명하기 위해 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하였다. 평지 구간에 비하여 오르막 구간에서 사이클 속도, 사이클 거리, 사이클 시간, 폴각도, 팔각도, 팔꿈치각도가 감소하였으며 푸시거리 비율과 푸시시간 비율은 증가하였다(P<.05). 1st 랩 구간에 비하여 2nd 랩 구간에서 몸통전경각 변화와 푸시구간의 시간비율이 증가하였다(P<.05). 수행력 향상을 위해서는 이러한 운동학적 변인들을 향상시키기 위한 기술 및 트레이닝이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the kinematic characteristics of double polling of male sit athletes during cross - country skiing. The data collection was conducted on a 5 km left-lap race at the 2016 Pyeongchang Nordic Ski Asian Cup in a 2.5 km round course. For data analysis, a video camera was installed perpendicular to the flat section and the uphill section (8.5 °). The motion analysis was performed on 5 players of LW 12 class among 9 players who participated in the game. The Wilcoxon sign rank test was used to determine the differences in the kinematic variables of each athlete. The speed, distance, and time decreased in the uphill section compared to the flat section, and the push distance ratio and the push time ratio increased (P <.05). The difference between the kinematic variables of 1st lap and 2nd lap was not different except the ratio of push time. Compared with the 1st lap interval, movement range of the body bending toso and the ratio of push time increased in the 2nd lap interval (P <.05). Continuous skills and training to improve these kinetic variables are needed to improve the record.
2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 여자 멀리뛰기 경기의 운동학적 분석

The long jump motions of 8 finalists in the women`s long jump at the IAAF World Championships, Daegu 2011 were analyzed, and the kinematic characteristics of their techniques were investigated. The kinematic characteristics of the long jump motion of the 8 finalists were as follows. In the run-up phase, the length of the 2 stride was 108 ± 6.92% that of the 3 stride. The length of the 1 stride was 91 ± 5.78% that of the 2 stride. The change in the height of the center of gravity was 0.07 ± 0.03 m. The maximum velocity during the run-up phase was 9.44 ± 0.13 m at the 1 stride. In the take-off phase, the horizontal velocity, vertical velocity, reduction in horizontal velocity were 7.80 ± 0.15 m/s, 2.96 ± 0.14 m/s, and 1.64 ± 0.19 m/s, respectively. The minimum knee angle and take-off angle were 151 ± 8.89° and 20.7 ± 1.03°, respectively. In the flight phase, the flight time and maximum height of the center of gravity were 0.78 ± 0.03 s, and 1.60±0.05 m, respectively. In the landing phase, the landing length was 0.50 ± 0.07 m. The trunk angle, knee angle, and hip angle were 74 ± 18.75°, 131 ± 10.45°, and 82 ± 9.03°, respectively. The kinematic characteristics of the motion of a good long jump were as follows. The reduction in the horizontal velocity in the take-off phase was minimized, and the maximum velocity of the run-up was maintained. The vertical velocity in the take-off phase was increased using a rapidly extended knee and high center of gravity.
