한국 민족주의의 현상과 전망 : 운동권 민족주의의 실체파악과 21세기 전망

민족주의 격동기에 진입하며 국력을 기초로 대결하는 21세기 새로운 동아시아적 냉전체제에서 한국민족주의는 어떻게 민족공동체 실현과 동아시아 공동체 모색을 추구할 것인가? 한국민족주의 이해를 위해 정부 흐름에서 내용을 분석하여 그 실체와 방향을 전망할 수 있을 것이다. 80년대 민주화운동 이후 한미동맹, 반공Ideology가 민족주의 축에서 분리되고 자주ㆍ자립 정책으로 추진하고 있는 그 실체를 파악하겠다. 김영삼정부 후 김대중, 노무현 정부로 이어지는 운동권의 민족주의 내용은 무엇인가? 21세기 동아시아의 새로운 세력균형에서 한미동맹이 무너지고 한국이 중국에 기울어진다는 외교의 축 속에서 중시되는 정책을 대외적 민족주의 관점에서 검토해 보겠다. 또한 국가와 민족구성원 사이의 관계로서 국군포로, 납북자 문제를 중심으로 대내적 정책도 검토해보겠다. This study examines how the Korean nationalism can help Koreans and East Asia, which is a region entrenched with strong nationalism since the newly established East Asian Cold War. This paper also analyzes the 21st century Korean nationalism and domestic regime trend. Meanwhile, the Korean democratic movement and the rise of Korean nationalism in the 1980s should be considered separately from the Korean-American alliance and the anti-communist movement. Therefore, this paper shows the development and use of Korean nationalism by democratic movement activist such as Kim Youngsam, Kim Daejung, and Rho Muhyeon and their regimes. Furthermore, this paper resolves two issues about the result of a collapse in the Korean-American alliance and what would happen in South Korea when North Korea takes an important position in international politics. Finally, this paper discusses the possibility of resolving the issue of prisoners of war during the Korean War and the post-war civilian kidnappings.

This paper deals with the control of the rotor flux of induction motors by a hysteresis voltage controller. The proposed controller is combined with a indirect field oriented control to achieve a robust current and flux control. Experimental results are presented to evaluate the performances of this hysteresis voltage controller.

1830-50년대 영국 면공업 여성노동자의 정체성 형성 - 노동조합대연합과 공장개혁운동, 차티스트운동을 중심으로 -

1830-50년대 영국에서는 면공업을 중심으로 여성들이 노동시장에 유입되어 갔으며, 이들은 자신들의 노동조건을 개선하기 위한 노동운동에도 적극적으로 참가하고 있었다. 1830년대의 노동조합대연합 형성, 파업 등의 노동운동, 차티스트운동과 같은 노동자계급의 저항문화의 일부였던 여성들은 그 안에서 노동자로서의 정체성을 형성해 갔다. 그러나 당시 차티스트운동과 공장개혁운동은 성별분업과 남성부양자 이데올로기에 기반한 이상을 추구하고 있었고, 이로 인해 확산된 가정성을 중시하는 인식은 다른 한편으로 여성노동자들의 정체성에 영향을 주고 있었다. 1840년대 공장법은 그러한 이상을 반영하는 것으로, 여성의 노동시장 진출 증가라는 현실과 노동자계급의 이상 사이에는 괴리가 생겨났고, 이는 특히 기혼여성의 임금노동에 대한 부정적 인식으로 나타났다. 그러나 여성들은 노동자로서의 정체성을 완전히 포기하지 않았으며, 여성의 가정성을 중시하는 당시의 인식은 1870년대 이후 여성운동의 주된 비판의 대상이 되었다. This paper investigates how working-class women of English textile industries in the 1830-50s identified themselves from two aspects. On one side, as participants in the labour market, women workers identified themselves as wage-earners and became active supporters of labour struggles such as strikes. In the Grand National Consolidated Trades Union, the labour movement, and the Chartist movement, female workers also constituted part of working-class struggle as workers. On the other side, the ideology of separate gender spheres and male-breadwinner forced women to identify themselves as wives and mothers. Emphasizing female domesticity, the Chartist movement and the factory reform movement articulated an ideal of working-class families, which defined the public sphere (the labour market) as men’s and the private sphere (the home) as women’s. The ideal of male-breadwinner was reflected in the factory acts of the 1840s and, as a result, the status of women in the labour market became formally distinguished from that of men’s. A gap between the reality and the ideal of working-class shaped a difference between two identities of women, as workers and as wives/mothers, and led to negative perception about married women’s wage work. Despite the fact that women were discouraged to identify themselves as workers, females steadily forged their status in the labour market and paved the way for the feminist movement of the 1870s.

대원군의 국가경영과 이념적 재검토

이 연구는 19세기 중반 국교확대 문제와 관련한 대원군의 ‘쇄국정책’에 대한 재검토를 목적으로 한다. 그동안 대원군 정치에 대한 연구는 대체로 체제를 수호하고자 한 봉건적 측면, 반근대적 폐쇄성, 내정개혁의 진보성 그리고 사적 권력 추구와 연관된 낮은 단계의 리얼리즘 등에 주목하고 있다. 이렇게 폐쇄성, 전제성을 대원군 정책의 특성으로 강조하는 경우, 이후 식민지화 역사와 관련하여 그 원인으로서 주목하는 경향을 보였다. 그런데 이들 연구의 경우 대원군 정치가 조선조의 정치, 시상사와 어떠한 맥락에서 성립하며 특히 쇄국정책의 기초로 인식되어온 위정척사와 관련해 그 사상적 연관은 무엇인지 구체적 실체를 제시하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 구체적 정책을 기초로 대원군의 국가경영의 지향을 검토하고 그 기초가 된 이념적 재검토를 시도해 보겠다. The domestic situation of Korea had become aggrevated in the latter part of the 19th century, when the country was engulfed in western and Japanese encroachment. the Taewongun, who came to power ar the time firmly rejected any sorts of compromise with the western powers under the banner of ‘closing the country and expulsing barbarians’ while renovating gorvernmental structure and implementing measures to enrich the people. His domestic policies were in fact to expand national capacity by introducing measures for equalitarian treatment of the people of all strata in Korea society. His foreign policy to resist intercourse with westerners led them, who felt Korea not important for their economic and political purposes, to abandon, at least temporarily, their design to open Korea. When reforms by Taewongun on the domestic scene began to bear fruit, however, he was forced to retreat from power and, thus his nationalistic polices were discarded.

한국의 전통적 여성관과『한국여성해방이론』

여성과 남성이 동등한 존재로 공존하는 사회를 목표로 한국에서 페미니즘이 이론으로서 태동한 후, 그리고 운동으로서 중요한 역할을 한 이래 계속해서 제기되는 관심은 어떻게 한국여성의 역사적 특징을 살린 운동과 사상이 될 수 있을 것 인가였다. 이 점에서, 한국여성학에 한 획을 긋는 이론서『한국여성해방이론-유토피아에서 헤테로토피아로-』가 한국정치사상 분야에서 출판된 것은 큰 수확이다. 이 책은 1.정치적 경제적 영역에서 법적 권리 뿐 아니라 2. 공적사적 부문에도 관심을 확대하여 3. 역사적 추적을 통한 한국의 특수성에 초점 맞추며 한국여성해방이론이 담아야 할 문제의식을 모두 보이며, 그에 답하려는 광범한 내용의 이론서이다. 저자는 한국여성의 본성을 해명하고 여성운동을 활성화시킬 수 있는 이념과 여성해방의 대안 제시가 한국페미니즘의 학문적 과제라는 인식에서 출발한다. 따라서 『한국여성해방이론-유토피아에서 헤테로토피아로-』은 첫째, 한국여성의 본성을 규명하며 둘째, 서양여성해방론을 검토해서 한국여성의 경험과 맞는 여성해방사상을 부분 수용하고 셋째, 이를 한국의 남녀평등사상과 통합, 재구성하여 한국여성운동 이념이 포괄하는「새공동체주의」를 대안으로 제시하려는 것이다. This book has the intentions of inspiring the Korean feminist movement and reconstructing existing theories through a critical examination and evaluation of the modern western feminist theory. This study will present new communitarianism as the theory for the present Korean Feminist movement, based on the sexual egalitarianism contained in Korean thought. This inquiry is possible by abstracting valid thoughts from the western feminist theories, in correspondence with west. Whit this kind of critical work, the study of the nature of women is also our concern. 1. Although there are differences between men and woman-strongness and warmness-, their value is equal. And “warmness” as an essence of Korean women can contribute to the identity of the feminist movement. 2. For college-graduate women who want to participate in public economic activities, equal opportunity and the freedom of choice must be guaranteed. 3. The labour condition and environment of women workers should be improved, in the same manner, the quality-life of part-time women workers should be advanced. The term of public education should be extended to 12 years. 4. The value of housework should be reasonably evaluated, according to which a pension plan for housewives would be established. 5. Men who respect human dignity, consider women as humans, and pursue non-violence will be together in the New Communitarian world.

동학정치사상과 甲午東學農民運動

동학은 〈人乃天〉 평등사상을 기초로 이념과 조직을 제공함으로써 조선조 농민운동에 에너지를 부여했으며 운동의 진전과정에서 그 사상을 구체화, 체계화 하였다. 특히 집강소체제 하에서는 통치의 주체로서 스스로 인식한 과제를 전개하여 그 정치적 가능성을 현실화 시켜주었다는 의미가 있다. 동학정치사상에 의해 한국민족주의는 민중에 의한 민족주의운동의 역사가 전개되었다. The Tonghak(Eastern Learning) started in the 1860s with the ideas of 'building up the nation and providing the people welfare, conformity of heaven and man'. The Tonghak' stance had later taken the forms of national independence in the face of foreign encroachment and equality amongst people of all social classes. Tonghak ideology and organization had been further developed by combining Korean nationalism with the peasant rebellions. It was sufficiently noticed that modem Korean nationalism had developed with popularization by the Tonghak peasant movement.

In this study, we investigate organic-inorganic halide perovskite solar cells with a vacuum thermal evaporated hole transporting layer (NPB/MoO3-x). By replacing solution process based Spiro-MeOTAD with vacuum thermal evaporation based NPB/MoO3-x, a thin hole transporting layer was implemented. In addition, parasitic absorption that may occur during the doping process was eliminated by excluding solution process doping. In a solar cell with a thin vacuum thermal evaporated hole transporting layer, the short-circuit current density (Jsc) increased to 23.93 mA/cm², resulting in the highest power converstion efficiency (PCE) at 18.76%. Considering these results, it is essential to control the thickness of hole transporting layer located at the top in solar cell configuration.
