3D 스캐너와 역설계를 활용한 자동차용 허브의 3D 프린팅 특성

Reverse engineering techniques using 3D scanners and 3D printing technologies are being used in various industries. In this paper, the three-dimensional model is designed for automotive hub parts through 3D scanning and reverse engineering, and the design of hub parts is intended to be printed on FDM-style 3D printers to measure and analyze the dimensions of hub parts designed for reverse design and 3D printed hub parts. Experimental result have shown that the dimensions of 3D printed hub parts are small compared to those of the reverse-engineered dimensions, which are due to the shrinkage of filament materials in 3D printing.
수송기기 유압 실린더 블록 재료의 Fe-Cu 계면반응 특성

Generally, a hydraulic cylinder block which is one of a vehicle parts that plays Important role in excavator power transmission, has copper alloy separation phenomenon by sliding motion between metals in high pressure condition. In this paper, to solve this problem, the interfacial reaction layer of Fe-Cu With SCM440 and copper alloy is studied through the melting method. As the result of this study, it is found that the interfacial reaction layer of $1{\mu}m$ created in the interface of Fe-Cu which has very strong physical bonding. It has been also confirmed that the melting method can improve life of the hydraulic cylinder block.
자동차 실린더헤드 가이드 핀의 정밀도 향상을 위한 6날 리머에 관한 연구

Generally, automotive cylinder head is manufactured by FCD45 material that is hard to cutting materials, and it needs the accurate machining tool for higher output of engine. This paper is concerned with a study on TiN coated 6 edges reamer for improving machining accuracy of cylinder head guide pin. The reamer shape is changed from 4 edges to 6 edges for the improvement of machining accuracy. Also, TiN coating is applied to the improvement of surface roughness of cylinder head guide pin and tool life of 6 edges reamer. It is noted that 6 edges reamer are effective in controlling the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness as well as increasing tool life.
트랙트용 미드 모어의 공기 유동 특성에 관한 연구(Ⅰ)

Recently, the work machine is widely used in the agricultural machine and to use the power source of the tractor, the mower had been widely used as a working machine for mowing. The mower is classified as a front mower, mid-mower, and rear mower according to the mounting position of the lower frame on tractor. The main structure of mower is composed of deck, gearbox, and blade. This study concerns a study on air flow characteristics of Mid-mower for tractor. An air flow characteristics of the Mid-mower deck was evaluated by the velocity vector, flow path, and total air flow according to the number of revolutions. As the analysis results, The inner path of designed deck had no effect on air flow.
마이크로 기둥 구조의 크기가 소유성 특성 발현에 미치는 영향

The oleophobic property of surfaces modified with micro-post structures are investigated for a range of micro-post diameter (11-23μm) and pitch (20-40μm). The contact angle of an oil droplet on surfaces with various micro-post dimensions was calculated using the Cassie-Baxter model and did not show a good agreement with the measured contact angle. From measurement, the micro-post with diameter of 23㎛ and pitch of 32㎛ was found to have the highest contact angle (134.3°).

This paper presented on an environment estimation of cutting fluid which is a mouse model of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis using cutting fluid in grinding and cutting. Above results will be remarked the necessity of friendly environmental cutting skill when it had used in workshop. The results of a mouse experimental using cutting fluid showed that it are occurred to the respiratory organs sickness. Also cutting fluid are occurred to hurtfulness a person when it used to grinding and cutting in workshop. Also, the results of grinding experiments in avitation materials showed that surface roughness are superior to more emulsion type oil than vegetable type oil according to increase of the depth of cut. Grinding force are similar to both emulsion type oil and vegetable type oil.

The development of an aluminium main bearings assembly for diesel engine is presented in this paper. The material of main bearings assembly was used AC4CH aluminium. In our evaluation of AC4CH aluminium main bearings assembly, we analyzed the thermal stress, the tensile test and the weight. From the results of the evaluation, the tensile tests of aluminum AC4CH to the main bearings that require a assembly of yield strength and tensile strength was satisfied. In the analysis results on the temperature, it has not influence on the AC4CH aluminum main bearings assembly. The weight decreased approximately 38.5% in AC4CH aluminium main bearings assembly developed comparing with FC25 main bearings assembly.
