시정수제어에 의한 교류서보모터의 속도제어특성

This paper describes the controller for the improving speed control the AC servo motor. The microprocessor provides an output to the difference in command. The servo system improves the characteristics of speed control. When the motor is running at the same speed as set by the reference signal, the speed encoder also provides a signal of the same frequency. Thus, the microprocessor controlled digital techniques enable to realize the flexible performance and control which was possible with time constant. The optimal speed of machining center is 75msec in 30000mm/min and actually, 75msec is using om machining center. Finally experimental results prove excellent performance of this control system. This can reduced error whth more exact measure of actual speed. The system can be adaptable to CNC machine.

인터넷 확산에 대한 사회적 인식과 접근

개념적 차원에서 정리하자면 인터넷이 확산수용된다는 것은 인터넷에 바탕한 집단적ㆍ개인적 정보소통 연결망이 확산수용된다는 의미이다. 인터넷과 같은 정보기술이 갖추어져 있다해도 이를 활용할 수 있는 긍정적인 사회환경이나 사용자의 적극적인 의지가 없다면 기술은 가능성으로만 존재한다. 따라서, 유연한 형식과 다양한 내용을 갖춘 정보소통 연결망이 일상적, 공공적 차원에서 확산수용되는 것은 기술의 잠재적 역량을 현실화할 수 있는 정치적 문화적 변화를 포괄하는 사회적 변화와 함께 나타나는 현상이다. 이런 점에서 정보소통 연결망으로서의 인터넷의 확산은 한국사회가 정치에 있어서 권위주의, 사회의 위계질서적 구조, 문화적 보수주의 등등의 틀이 점차 변화되면서 절차적 민주주의의 실현, 개인주의적 성향의 확대, 그리고 다양한 이념을 담아내는 문화현상이 증대되는 최근의 사회적 변화양상과 궤를 같이하는 것이다. 이는 하드웨어에 치중되었던 지금까지의 정보화 정책을 넘어 정보화의 새로운 정책적 전망을 수립하기 위한 인식의 출발점이기도 하다. The diffusion of the Internet illustrates the expansion of collective and/or individual information and communication nexus(IC nexus). Technologies such as the Internet would remain a potential unless there exist positive social environments and active users to utilize it. Therefore, the growth of the IC nexus having flexible forms and diverse contents at the personal as well as public level is a consequence not only of the interaction between technology supply and technology demand, but also of broad social changes including political and cultural ones that help materialize Internet's technological potential. In this respect, Internet diffusion in Korea is closely associated with recent social transformations which are manifest in the changes from authoritarian politics, hierarchical social order and conservative culture to more democratic, individualistic and diverse ones. This notion can be a starting point to build a much-needed new vision of social informatization policy, which has focused largely on the hardware sector so far.

The Usage of Metacognitive Skills in Classroom Settings for both Learners and Educators

The aim of the present study is to make suggestions of a few metacognitive strategies that both learners and educators could implement in the educational settings. While metacognition, simply defined as ‘learning to learn’, contains a wide range of educational benefits, it is common that learners are not equipped with such strategies. However, researchers show that metacognition can be taught, and educators have discovered a number of teaching methods that could help their students attain related skills. The paper proposes self-questions that could promote metacognition of both learners and educators as its means. The findings showed positive potential of implementing metacognitive strategies in classrooms for both learners and educators in terms of promoting learners’ thinking, acknowledging their learning status, and accurately monitoring learning procedures. Discussing both positive outcomes and hindrance factors for metacognitive strategies to be implemented in classroom settings, the present study attempts to deliver the importance of its usage.

사회복지사의 외상사건경험에 따른 외상후스트레스와 정신건강의 영향관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

The purpose of study is analyzing the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health. To get the result, a survey was conducted, targeting social workers who work in Gwang-Ju and Jeonnam area and traumatic experience, posttraumatic stress, social support, resilience and mental health outcome measures were used in the survey. Key outcomes of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, it was showed that between posttraumatic stress, resilience and mental health have a direct relationship. Secondly, it was analyzed that resilience had a partial mediation effect in the relationship between posttraumatic stress and mental health. Based on these results, comprehensive interventions for improving the mental health and resilience of social workers were proposed. 본 연구는 외상후스트레스와 정신건강간의 구조적 관계에서 회복탄력성이 갖는 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전남, 광주 사회복지사를 대상으로 외상경험, 외상후스트레스, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성, 정신건강척도를 이용하여 설문조사 하였고, 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외상후스트레스, 회복탄력성, 정신건강 간에 직접적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 회복탄력성은 외상후스트레스와 정신건강간의 영향관계에서 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 결과를 토대로 사회복지사의 회복탄력성과 정신건강의 증진을 위한 포괄적인 개입방법을 제안하였다.

메타인지를 기반으로 한 공감능력 향상 : 문헌연구

본 문헌연구에서는 해외의 주요 기업들이 보이고 있는 부도덕한 일련의 사태를 중점적으로 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서 강조하는 부도덕성이란 회사의 이익만을 앞세워 타인을 배려하지 않은 탈선, 불법, 편법 등을 포함하 고 있으며, 회사가 가진 공감력 부족이 관련된 문제를 일으키는 원인으로 지목되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로 본 연구는 메타인지 및 메타인지와 관련된 일련의 활동을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 개인의 공감능 력이 향상될 수 있음을 문헌연구 형식으로 제안하였다. 제안된 활동에는 디자인씽킹(Design Thinking), 목적지향 의 질문, 성찰적 글쓰기가 포함되어 있는데, 개인이 자신의 인지 과정을 성찰하고, 메타인지 기능을 함양할 수 있 는 기회를 통해 공감능력을 높일 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 여러 문헌 정보를 기반으로 하여, 개인 의 메타인지 향상이 공감능력 향상으로 이어질 것이라는 일련의 증거를 제시하고 있다. The major problems this literature review discusses include notable company scandals of major global enterprises that involve mindless attitudes that appear to cause damage to their reputation. One may argue that such regretful events occurred due to lack of empathy, discarding what consequences would encounter because of their decisions. In the study, metacognition and its relevant activities are suggested as a means of fostering individuals’ empathic skills. The approach consists of Design Thinking (DT), purpose-driven questions, and reflective writing in which participants have opportunities to reflect on their own cognitive processes and to promote their metacognition. The study proposes evidence from the literature to support the notion that advocacy of metacognition may result in improved empathy.

신경회로망을 이용한 평면좌표형 공작기계 교류서보전동기의 제어에 관한 연구

본 논문은 신경회로망에 근거한 교류서보전동기의 제어를 위해 새로운 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 일반적인 제어 기법을 사용하는 대선 선경회로망 PID제어가가 교류서보전동기 제어를 위해 이용되었다. 서보시스템에서 널리 이용되는 제어는 PID제어이며, 이는 간단한 구조와 안전성과 신뢰성을 지니고 있다. 그러나 복잡한 사스템에서 문제점을 나타내므로 불확실한 파라미터의 상태에서는 불완전한 동작을 나타내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PID제어기의 개선된 제어 알고리즘을 제안하여 교류서보전동기의 시스템을 신경회로망제어를 이용한 PID제어기에 의해 구동시켜 단계적인 제어를 시뮬레이션과 실험에 의해서 제안한 제어알고리즘의 타당성을 입증하고자 한다. This paper presents a new approach to the problem based on neural network methods. Instead of using general controllers, neural networks PID control are used to control AC servo motor. The most popular and widely used control method in servo system control loops is PID type. PID controller has the features of simple structure, stability and reliability. But it has limitations in complex system control and can not remain above virtues under the conditions of parameters uncertain and environment uncertainties. AC servo motor controller is designed for drive of the cartesian coordinate type for machine tools.
