소프트웨어 형상관리 운영 방안에 관한 연구

형상관리는 프로젝트를 추진함에 있어 현실적으로 필수적인 관리 항목으로 인식할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그 이유는 프로젝트를 성공적으로 완료하기 위해서는 전체 프로젝트 공정을 통해 사전에 계획된 절차에 준하여 단계별로 어떻게 추진되고 있는지 추진과정을 추적, 확인되어야 하며, 또한 추진 결과에 있어 단계별로 어떤 결과물이 양산되고 있는지를 검증 및 확인하여야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 형상관리를 위해서는 프로젝트 수행 초기에 형상관리 계획을 입안하기 위한 형상관리 조직형태를 제안하며 작성된 계획서에 수록된 형상관리 조직을 운영함에 있어 필요한 형상관리활동의 주요 내용들에 대해 국내외 표준 및 지침에 대해 조사하였으며, 현실적으로 공공 프로젝트를 추진함에 있어 형상관리를 위한 필수관리 항목과 문서화 기준 및 이들 문서들간의 연관성에 대해 연구, 제안한다.

정보시스템 장애는 단순한 소프트웨어 오류에서부터 프로그램 시험 미비, 물리적인 방재시설 미비 등 다양하다. 비록 장애가 사소하더라도 그 결과는 엄청난 피해를 야기 시키기도 한다. 최근에는 이런 문제를 해결하는데 있어 단순한 외부 보안시스템만으로는 어렵게 되었다. 이제는 기업의 전반적인 정보기술에 대해 위험과 관련된 종합적인 대응책 수립과 적절한 대응이 필요한 시점에 도래하였다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 조직체 내에서 IT자원에 대한 무결성, 가용성, 기밀성을 고려하여 조직 내부와 외부에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 정보 및 시스템과 데이터에 대한 통제는 물론이고 위험에도 대처 할 수 있는 종합적인 위험관리시스템을 모델링하기 위한 특성에 대해 연구하였다. IoT를 이용한 지하매설물관리용 지능형표지기(IMI) 기술개발에 관한 연구

과거 지리정보시스템 GIS(Geographic Information System)의 활용영역이 정부와 몇몇 공공분야에 국한돼 있었으나, 최근 모바일, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 등 다른 영역과 결합하면서 시장이 다양해지고 있다. 21세기 GIS기술의 발전방향은 GIS응용시스템 개발 및 공간정보 서비스를 위한 제반 기술로서 웹 GIS, 3차원 GIS, 모바일 GIS, LBS 등을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 사용하고 있는 지하매설물 관련 표지못의 단순 위치파악 기능에서 탈피해서 새로운 개념의 표지못(지능형 저장 메모리장치를 내장한 표지못)을 개발해서, 현장에서 지하매설물관련 정보 (설치일자, 매설 깊이, 배관두께, 배관 재질, 관리기관, 시공자, 연락처 등)를 입력하고 DB서버에 저장해서, 필요하면 적시. 적소에서 활용할 수 있게 한다. 본 연구를 통해 무분별한 굴착기 공사 등으로 야기되는 각종 사고를 미리 방지하고, 최소화 할 수 있으며, 싱크홀 관련 대책 수립을 위한 정보제공 등. 지하매설물관리를 체계적이며, 신뢰성 있는 정보 제공이 가능하도록, 현장에서 편리하게 정보를 입력할 방안을 제시함으로써, 지하 매설관로 사고를 절대적으로 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 목적을 두고 연구 개발하였다. Geographic Information System The geographic information system (GIS) has been limited to the government and some public sectors. Recently, the market has been diversified by combining with other areas such as mobile and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The development direction of GIS technology in the 21st century is Web GIS, 3D GIS, mobile GIS, LBS, etc. as general technology for GIS application system development and spatial information service. In this study, we developed a new concept marking nail (a marking nail with built - in intelligent storage memory device) from the function of simple positioning of a marking nail related to a previously used underground item,, Burial depth, pipe thickness, piping material, management agency, contractor, contact, etc.) and store it in DB server, if necessary.Make it available in the right place. Through this research, it is possible to prevent and minimize various accidents caused by irregular excavation works, etc., and to provide information for establishing countermeasures related to sink holes. In order to provide systematic and reliable information on underground burial management, it was proposed to input information conveniently in the field, and the purpose was to reduce the incidence of buried underground pipes absolutely.

최근 정보화 사업을 추진중인 공공기관의 정보시스템 공익 프로젝트와 관련, 프로젝트 관리 분야에 국한하여 기존의 감리 기준에 의한 감히 현황을 조사하고 유형을 분석, 감리인과 피 감리인이 향후 감리 업무를 수행함에 있어 고려되어야 할 프로젝트 관리 감리 영역과 세부 감리 점검대상에 대해 개선방안을 제시한다.

Agile 방법론을 이용한 S/W개발 프로세스 및 성숙도 측정

최근 애자일 개발프로세스가 생산성 증대효과, 품질향상, 고객만족 등의 효용성이 입증되면서 프로젝트 추진 시 방법론 선택에 있어 전문가들에게 많은 관심을 갖게 되었다. 시대적 요구와 사용자 요구에 부응하기 위한 방법론 선정과 관련해서, 본 논문에서는 제품 기반의 Cross functional team의 문제점을 해결하고자 제안된 방법론이 Feature Team 모델이며, 이 모델이 Cross functional team을 조직하고, 이 팀이 결과물(프로덕트) 단위가 아니라, 기능단위로 여러 프로덕트에 걸쳐서 개발을 진행하는 모델이라는 점에 대해 조사하였으며, 가치-주도형 애자일 기법을 통해 계획-기반형 모델과 차이점을 제시하였다. Agile 성숙도 측정기준을 검토하였으며, PRINCE2 Agile Health-check 항목 연구를 통해 Agile 기법이 프로젝트 착수단계의 요구사항은 확정 본이 아닌 언제라도 변경될 수 있다는 것을 전제를 해서 객관적인 평가를 받는 방법에 대해 연구하고 프로젝트 팀 구성에 대해 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다. Agile 방법론을 이용한 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트관리

최근에는 소프트웨어개발 프로세스나 도구보다는 개인과의 상호작용을 희망하고, 고객은 포괄적인 문서보다는 우선 작동하는 소프트웨어를 희망하며, 개발자는 계약에 대한 협상보다는 고객과의 협력을, 서로가 계획을 고수하기 보 다는 변화에 대응하는 것을 더욱 가치 있게 생각한다. 이러한 관점에서, 소프트웨어 개발은 프로세스 중심보다는 프로 젝트팀에게 자율성과 동기를 부여하고, 열정과 비전 등 인간관계 중심의 관리방식이 요구되고 있다. 최근에 와서 애자일 개발프로세스가 생산성 증대효과, 품질향상, 고객만족 등의 효용성이 입증되면서 프로젝트를 추 진 할 때 방법론 선택에 있어, 전문가들에게 주목을 받게 되었다. 시대적 요구와 사용자 요구에 부응하기 위한 방법론 선정과 관련, 본 논문에서는 조직 구성에 있어, 제품 기반의 Cross functional team의 문제점을 해결하고자 제안된 방 법론이 Feature Team 모델이며, 이 모델이 Cross functional team을 조직하고, 이 팀이 결과물(프로덕트) 단위가 아 니라, 기능단위로 여러 프로덕트에 걸쳐서 개발을 진행하는 모델이라는 점에 대해 조사하였으며, 가치-주도형 애자일 기법을 통해 계획-기반형 모델과 차이점을 제시하였다. 그리고 객체지향모델링을 위해서는 기존의 JAD(joint application development)회의가 목표로 하는 도메인 분석, 요구추출, 모델링과 정리, 검토과정에 있어, UML 구조도와 행동도를 사전에 숙지하고 프로젝트를 진행하도록 제안한다.
