This study is an investigation for improvement of experiment and practice education of Department of Mechanics through job analysis. The results of this study are as follows. 1. There will be necessary two or three courses (machine design, machine production or machine operation and repair part) for the last term. 2. Experiment and practice method linked from material selection to manufactures completion will be developed. 3. There will be high the rate of a technical high school graduate. educated fundamental experiment and practice. 4. Practice for metal pattern, jig and fixture will be added immediately. 5. There will be necessary the devleopment of teaching material for experiment and practice which made jointly with industrial constitution. 6. Improved curriculum has been obtained.

Many reasearches about the combustion process, gas temperature and velocity Ma constant volume combustion chamber haven been conducted. But it was not easy to explain the combustion process in the combustion chamber because it is very complicated in the combustion zone. This chamber had a hexagonal combustion chamber and had six ignition plugs. Test mixture gas was a propane-air mixture gas and was made in mixing chamber. Flame propagation was observed by a high speed video camera. Combustion characteristics such as rate of release , burning period and pressure in chamber were revealed to varying the initial temperature and charging pressure in combustion chamber. In the case of rate of heat release and burning period become short according to high of initial temperature.

In this paper dealt with heat flux and heat release rate with Crank angle in combustion process of a gasoline engine. Heat flux and heat release rate in combustion chambustion chamber have relation with E.G.R., ignition timing, engine r.p. m., back pressure and so forth. This study analysed indication diagram of the gasoline engine by variance of back pressure, heat flux and heat release rate were calculated by equation(9),(10). In addition to this calculated tolal quantity of heat release per one cycle. The results of the experiment and calculation were as follows. 1. It was abserved that maxinum heat flux and maxinum heat release rate decreased as back pressure increase. 2. Maxinum heat flux increased as engine r. p. m. increase. 3. Quantity of heat released decreased decreased in accordance with increase back pressure of engine.
레이저 레일레이 산란법에 의한 定積燃燒室內의 溫度變動에 대한 計測

본 연구에서는 혼합기를 연소실 내로 공급하기 전에 필터를 이용하여 일정 크 기의 미립자를 제거함으로서 가능한 Mie산란의 영향을 감소시키고, 또 화학 발광의 영 향을 제거하기 위하여 광학장치의 개선 및 광학 필터를 사용하였다. 뿐만 아니라 연 소실 내의 배경광 및 반사산란광을 제거하기 위한 방법으로 입사창 및 연소실 내를 모 두 코팅을 하였다. 따라서 레이저 레일레이 산란을 이용하여 지금까지 나타난 문제 점들을 위와 같은 방법으로 개선하였을 뿐만 아니라 측정기술을 향상시켜 정적연소실 내에서의 온도를 측정함으로서 정적연소실 내에서의 온도측정이 가능하다는 것을 확인 하고, 또 그 적응성을 조사하는데 중점을 두어 실험을 하였다. The combustion process in the combustion chamber has been investigated by taking pressure, temperature, chemical equilibrium and the shape of flame. To predict temperature of a flame in a combustion chamber is one of very important problems in the field of combustion and the temperature is a important factor of ignition and counteraction to inflammation. In this paper, the flame temperature was determined by the method of the Rayleigh scattering of Ar-Ion Laser (514.5nm). The Rayleigh scattering has been got considerably attention because of its strong cattering intensity. As a result, it is shown that I can measure the shape of flame by schlieren photography and that I can get the flame temperature variation in constant volume combustion chamber by Laser Rayleigh Scattering.

Kerosene jet diffusion and premixed flames in the high temperature air stream were experimentally investigated to make clear the temperature effect on the flame structure. Kerosene was used as the test fuel. The air temperature was controlled from room temperature to 1100K which was higher than the self- ignition temperature of a kerosene spray. Flame shape and temperature distribution were measured to characterize the spray combustion appeared in the hut air stream. As the result ignition point was shifted to the upstream side with an increase of air temperature. When the air temperature become higher than 800K, the blue flame appeared at the bottom portion of flame.
원통형 연소실에서 단발 분출화염의 온도분포에 관한 연구

Many researches about the combustion process gas temperature and velocity in a constant volume combustion chamber have been conducted. The temperature and the distribution of velocity in the combustion chamber have a large influence in the combustion process. Temperature distribution and their histories of jet flame in a constant combustion chamber were measured by a laser rayleigh pyrometer , as a fundamental study of the combustion process in a spark ignition engine. It makes this study get the important data of temperature histories and flame state of jet flame.
대체냉매 HFC-134_a를 사용하는 공조시스템의 성능해석

The Performance analysis of the refrigeration system for the automotive vehicles using CFC-12 and HFC-134_(a) were experimentally carried out. The coefficent of performance of the system for HFC-134_(a), was lower than that for CFC-12, but the refrigeration capacity of HFC-134_(a) was higher than that of CFC-12 operated in the same operating and design conditions. The compression work of the system using CFC-12, As the compressor speed increased, Refrigeration capacity increased but COP decreased. The optimal design conditions were obtained as optimum capacity ratios of condenser and evaporator. But maximum point of refrigeration capacity and COP with respect to capacity ratio are different, for that reason we have to construct the refrigeration system in the side of optimum design.
