음악활동 프로그램이 시각장애학생의 음정 및 리듬 변별력 향상에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of a music activity program on enhancing the tonic and rhythmic discriminability of children with visual impairments. Four first graders at a special school for children with visual impairments participated in this study. The researcher designed and implemented a 12-session programin which the children were involved in a variety of music activities. To evaluate the effects of the program, three approaches were taken. Gordon s Primary Measures of Music Audiation(PMMA) was administered one week before and after the program. Tonic and rhythmic tests designed by the researcher were administered at the end of each session throughout the program. The children s behaviors in each session were observed and analyzed. The results did not show the effects of the program on enhancing the tonic but showed some effects on the rhythmic discriminability of children with visual impairments.

In this study, the causality regarding the effects of organizational justice for employees in food service corporation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment were examined. The purpose of this study is to provide measures to promote performance by establishing positive attitudes of employees in food service industry as suggesting efficient and varied ways to enhance the organizational justice. The summarized results of this study are the followings: as to hypothesis 1, ‘distributional justice’ and ‘procedural justice’, the factors of organizational justice, affect job satisfaction positively(+) and ‘interactive justice’ affects nothing on job satisfaction. It has shown that distributional justice and procedural justice are important factors for promoting job satisfaction. Regarding hypothesis 2, ‘job satisfaction’ of employees in food service industry affects ‘organizational commitment’ positively(+). The higher job satisfaction the higher organizational commitment. In terms of hypothesis 3, ‘distributional justice’ and ‘interactive justice’ among the factors of ‘organizational justice’ affect ‘organizational commitment’ positively(+) and ‘procedural justice’ does not influence on ‘organizational commitment’. Such results indicate that promoting awareness of organizational justice is important factor since it influences directly on enhancing job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and ultimately organizational performance; therefore, such indications should be recognized and managed in the organizational level. Further studies, designed enlarged number of sample and to implement correlation research between variables, are needed to generalize this result and apply varied research methods.
