Together with the aging, the improvement of the living standard, and the increase of the chronic diseases, recently, wellbeing has become a flow of the era. The interest in the dietary life which has a direct and close relationship with wellbeing has been increasing. The image of a restaurant at a hotel gets a lot of influences from the menu provided and the reactions by the employees providing the services. As such, this research took a look at the recognitions and the tendencies regarding the well-being menus with a total of 314 persons, including 236 males and 77 females, who are the employees at the halls and the kitchens who work at the restaurants of 6 first-class hotels in Seoul as the subjects. It took a look at the influences of these elements on the degree of loyalty to the organization by having the organizational immersion, the work satisfaction, the work stress, and the special work characteristics as the media. As for the research methods, the factorial analysis and the correlation analysis were carried out. And it is judged that such factors have the significant influences on the degree of the loyalty to the organization through the organiza-tional immersion, job satisfaction, and the special characteristics of the job. This research possesses the limitation that it was proceeded with by being centered on the restaurants of 6 1st class hotels in Seoul. As a result, it is thought that there is a need for the comparative researches with the hotels of the diverse ratings in the whole nation and the ordinary restau-rants as the subjects in the future.

In this study, in order to analyze various and practical core competencies of nursing students who are future nurses, the individual factors, environmental factors, and school characteristic factors of the subjects were set as independent variables to investigate the factors affecting the core competencies. In addition, by analyzing the relationship between variables and providing various ways to manage these variables, we intend to present a basic plan for improving the core competency achievement level of nursing students. This study was conducted on 210 nursing students attending a university located in U-si, Gyeonggi-do, who understood the purpose and method of this study and agreed to participate in the study. As a result of the study, the factor that had the greatest influence on the core competency of nursing students was positive psychological capital, and the general characteristic was religion. Through the results of this study, it was found that positive psychological capital had the greatest influence on core competencies. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the positive psychological capital of nursing students, and to develop and apply a positive psychological capital enhancement program. In conclusion, it was suggested to identify the variables affecting positive psychological capital by classifying various groups and general characteristics in detail, and to develop a management plan for this.
