In this paper, we perform a three-dimensional electromagnetic finite element numerical analysis applied axially symmetrical shape of a typical solenoid valve. parts of the solenoid valve Inner Yoke, Outer Yoke, Armature was to change the material of the attraction force characteristics according to identify current and the stator and the plunger clearance derives an analysis result. According to an analysis result, attraction force in increasing as clearance decreasing and property of b-h curve greater. Especially, it was figured out that the armature made of materials with better B-H curve characteristics increases the attraction force more than the armature made of the same material as the Inner and Outer Yokes.

The recent technical trend of high pressure hydraulic main control valve requires reliable durability under long term high pressure condition and high speed operation with precision control mechanical efficiency at the life time. In this study, specially made tribologycal specimen was prepared using materials of real spool and block, and special heat treatment was applied using laser equipment. Tribological characteristics of laser tempered specimen of main control valve was investigated compared with the normal heat treated specimens. the results present the trend of friction coefficient, friction force and wear rate enhancement of laser tempered specimen.

The technologies of the swash plate type piston pump for heavy equipment are requiring high speed, high pressure, low noise level and mechanical efficiency. especially, It is need that improvement of materials and equipment for high pressure. So far, standard wear testing has been used for analysis of tribological characteristics. But it is different that running condition of piston pump. In this study through conducting the non-standard fretting type wear testing, the different materials has been used to consider tribological characteristics of swash plate type piston pump. We have changed the impact force conditions in this test and found out trend that work rate and friction coefficient of wear parts. It was found that work rate of each wear parts increased with increasing impact force, however friction coefficient was decreased with increasing impact force.

본 논문은 라즈베리 파이(Raspberry Pi) 아두이노(Arduino)을 이용하여 무단 침입자를 스마트폰을 통해 실시간으로 스트리밍 되는 영상을 확인하고, 즉각적으로 신고할 수 있는 홈 케어 방법 IoT 시스템 구축에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 이는 1인 가구 및 비어있는 원룸 등의 무단 침입을 방지하고 범죄를 예방하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
