        전기화학식 이산화탄소 센서의 초기 EMF 안정화 연구

        Initial EMF stabilization behavior of the electrochemical CO2 sensor based on the galvanic cell, Pt, O2, CO2, Na2CO3//Na β-Alumina//Na2Ti6O(13)-TiO2, O2, Pt is investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) combined with EMF measurement. From the measured impedance spectra variation with time, it is deduced that the continuous increase in EMF at early operation stage is deeply related to the sluggish stabilization process of reference electrode material, Na2Ti6O(13)-TiO2, adopted in CO2 sensor rather than carbonate sensing electrode which is quickly stabilized. Fast stabilization of reference material of two phase mixture is the key in order to make the electrochemical CO2 sensor applicable for wide range of fileds and replacable with NDIR analyzer.

        단체종목 운동선수들의 자기관리와 운동성과의 관계에서 훈련몰입의 매개효과 검증

        Purpose: The study aims to identify the relationship among self-management, exercise commission and athletic performance in team sports athletes. To achieve this goal high school and university (basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer) athletes were selected as subjects from the 2020 Korea Sports Council’s registered team sports athletes. Method: A total of 373 copies of data collection through surveys were used as final data. Data analysis was conducted with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis to demonstrate the following conclusions. Results: First, interpersonal, mental, and training management factors, which are sub-factors of self-management of group sports athletes, were shown to have a significant impact on the exercise commission factors. Second, it was found that interpersonal, physical, and training factors of group sports athletes significantly affected performance factors. Mental and training factors significantly affected performance factors. Mental, physical, and training factors significantly affected performance factors. Third, the relationship between self-management and athletic performance of team sports athletes has been shown to have a partial mediating effect. Conclusion: Based on this, it is expected to help players who play at sports sites and show their individual skills and also improve the team’s performance.

        불안정한 지면에서의 복합운동프로그램이 여성 노인의 낙상관련체력 및 보행기능에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of unstable surface combined exercise on fall-related fitness and gait function in elderly women. The subjects were 33 elderly women who were randomly divided into exercise group (n=18) and control group (n=15). Subjects have participated in unstable surface combined exercise on a as resistance, balance, and walking exercise 3 times a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks. Fall-related fitness including isokinetic leg strength, coordination, and balance was measured in accordance to a standardized fitness assessment manual. Gait function including gait speed, stride length, double support, cadence, gait cycle was measured by Optogait. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures were used to test significant time by group interactions for measured variables at α=.05. In results, the fall-related fitness as figure 8 walks (p=.014), functional reach test (p<.001), close-eye standing test (p<.001), isokinetic leg strength (left: p<.019, right: p=.001) and gait function variables as stride length (p=.005), double support (p=.009) were showed significant interaction between measured time and group. In conclusion, the current findings of the study suggest that combined exercise in unstable surface provides a safe and effective means against fall prevention, such as improvement of fall-related fitness and gait function in elderly women.

        고강도 운동 후 농축 액화산소 섭취가 엘리트운동선수들의 산화스트레스 및 항산화반응, 혈중피로물질, 심혈관계 요인에 미치는 영향

        This study was to analysis how concentrated liquid oxygen intake after high-intensity exercise effect of elite athletes’ oxidative stress and antioxidation, blood fatigue substances, cardiovascular factors, and to define the usability of the intake. The study subjects were total 9 male elite athletes. With the exercise intensity equal to VO₂max80% which was calculated on Bruce protocol based maximum exercise stress test, the study subjects had done high-intensity exercise for 40 minutes on treadmill. To minimize the previous learning effect of exercise stress test, they had oneweek wash-out period, and the three groups of control, placebo, and GO₂ had cross-over design three times for three weeks. To compare interaction effects, two-way ANOVA (3RG×4RM) was conducted. In order to the significant difference in a repeated period, LSD post-hoc test was conducted for examining significance. The change in timebased SOD (p=.002), lactic acid (p<.001), blood pressure (systolic: p<.001, diastolic: p=.004), and heart rate (p<.001) depending on concentrated liquid oxygen intake was significantly different in each measurement time. Findings of this study suggest that intake of concentrated liquid oxygen as one-time single substance after high-intensity exercise was limited positive effect on SOD, lactic acid, and cardiovascular factors.

        최대운동부하검사 후 회복기 하지 수중 스포츠마사지가 혈중 피로물질에 미치는 영향

        The present study attempt is to find out the effects of the aqua massage therapy on blood fatigue materials depending on types of sports massage administered for effective recovery after the maximum Exercise test among people who shared living sports. The study subjects were total 24 male college students majoring in physical education, designated to 3 groups(8subjects/group) administered with different types of therapies in convalescence: rest recovery (RR), sports massage (SM) and aqua sports massage (ASM) so that changes of lactate and ammonia levels in blood were comparatively analysed. The changes in ammonia among groups in convalescence after sports therapies, ASM group showed more reduction on average compared with SM and RR groups. The changes in lactate after sports therapies among group in convalescence, RR group showed less decrease on average compared to ASM and SM groups. In view of convalescence from fatigue after all-out, compared to RR group, SM and ASM groups’ lactate and ammonia levels in blood were found to decrease significantly, indicating the effects of massage on effective reduction in fatigue, which seems attributable to the notable harmony between hand pressure and buoyancy in water.

        기합 적용 조건에 따른 대학생들의 무산소성 파워 변인과 자율신경계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate whether shouting application conditions affects anaerobic power and autonomic nerve activity when physical education students had anaerobic power test. The 24 male subjects were divided into 4 groups (each of which was comprised of 6 subjects) according to the application conditions of shouting and participated in test with four types of crossover design. In order to find the effect of shouting application conditions on anaerobic power, one-way ANOVA was conducted. To compare interaction effects, two-way (4(Randomized Groups)×5(Repeated Measures)) ANOVA) was conducted. Tukey HSD as a post hoc method was applied just in case of the statistically significant difference in all analyses. There was no significant difference in anaerobic power according to shouting application conditions. However, the more strength shouting had, the stronger anaerobic power was. Regarding a change in heart variability according to shouting application conditions, shouting application conditions had interaction effect with recovery time (p<.001), and there was a significant difference depending on a recovery time (p<.001). Regarding a change in autonomic nerve activity according to shouting application conditions, there was a significant difference depending on a recovery time (p<.001). Given the result, it will be necessary to conduct extended and follow-up research on nearby cheer-up (shouting pattern and volume) with no use of any devices for shouting and the influence of shouting on actual exercise performance.
