태권도 겨루기 직후 스트레칭이 남자 대학 엘리트 선수의 혈중 피로물질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 태권도 겨루기 직후 회복방법으로 스트레칭을 실시하여 엘리트 태권도 겨루기선수의 피로물질에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 남자 대학 겨루기 선수 12명을 대상으로 스트레칭군(6명), 대조군(6명)으로 구분하여 실시하였다. 회복방법은 모의 친선 겨루기 2분 3회전 실시한 뒤 회복기에 15분간 실시되었으며, 안정 시, 모의 겨루기 직후, 회복 15분 후의 혈중 젖산 및 암모니아를 비교 분석하였다. 측정된 자료의 집단 내 시기별 차이 검증은 one-way ANOVA, 사후검정은 Duncan Test를 실시하였고, 집단 간 차이 검증은 independent t-test, 집단과 시기별 상호작용검증은 two-way repeated measures ANOVA를 실시하였다. 각 항목별 통계적 유의 수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 그 결과 혈중 피로물질의 젖산과 암모니아는 두 그룹 모두 시기 간 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.001), 암모니아 변화에서 그룹과 시기 간 상호작용효과(p<.001) 및 회복 15분 후에 스트레칭군이 대조군 보다 유의하게 낮은 수준을 나타내었다(p<.05). 따라서 고강도 운동인 겨루기 운동 직후 스트레칭을 통한 회복방법은 회복기 혈중 젖산과 암모니아 농도를 감소함으로써 경기력향상과 피로회복에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine effects of stretching after Taekwondo competition on male college elite Taekwondo athletes’ lactate and ammonia. This study included 12 male taekwondo athletes divided into the stretching group (A, n = 6) and the control group (B, n = 6). Taekwondo competition consists of 2 minutes and 3 rounds, and the subjects had a one minute break every time the competition was over. The variables of lactate and ammonia were measured in all the participants before and after the competition. The test data were analyzed by, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test and two-way repeated measures ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. As a result, blood lactate and ammonia were significantly different between the two groups (p<.001). Ammonia was significant differences between periods and significant interaction effects(p<.001). In the stretching group, ammonia levels were significantly lower after 15 min recovery than in the control group(p<.001). The findings of this study discussed so far indicate that stretching is a positive effect on male Taekwondo athletes.

Current status of soil contamination with fluorine and its source were investigated. The basic principles and procedures of various techniques for the analysis of fluorine contents in soil and solid phase samples were summarized in this review. Analysis of fluorine in solid matrices can be achieved by two types of techniques: (i) UV/Vis spectrophotometer or ion selective electrode (ISE) analysis after performing appropriate extraction steps and (ii) direct solid analysis. As the former cases, the standard method of Korean ministry of environment, alkali fusion-ISE method, pyrohydrolysis, oxygen bomb combustion, aqua regia digestion-automatic analysis, and sequential extraction-ISE method were introduced. In addition, direct analysis methods (i.e., X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and proton induced gamma-ray emission spectrometry) and atomic spectrometry combining with the equipment for introducing solid phase sample were also reviewed. Fluorine analysis techniques can be reasonably selected through site-specific information such as matrix condition, contamination level, the amount of samples and the principles of various methods for the analysis of fluorine presented in this review.
