Nowadays, the researches for improving LCD manufacturing process and reducing cost are getting accelerated and additionally new types of process are widely developed. In this situation, APEM (Anti Photo Exposure Method) which does not need photo-lithography is realized as one of possible alternative of LCD process. APEM makes LCD pattern by stamping and it can reduce the process cost and process time because of its simplicity. But optical alignment between pattern glass and target glass is very critical fact to realize the precise patterns. So, the analysis of deflection of large size of glass is carried out and design of experiment method is applied for optimal design of zig.

Bridge is Most from stay of Gantry structures part. In compliance with oneself weight of the bridge deflecting, this occurs drops the location precision of the work tool. Also accelerative at the time of gives a serious load to Y axial motors which transfer the bridge damages. The motor with high-speed transfer of location control which is accurate makes disrupt. The malleability of the bridge to maintain consequently and necessary to minimize a weight. This paper the structural FEM interpretations of the stone and the aluminum alloy with the material by which will be used in the bridge and static deflected and a candle precise plane X-Y stage optimal design with character the interpretation result.

TFT-LCD process has two advantages as compared with the semiconductor-process. It is that cycle time is short and number of the final products are small. But it is complex and high labor costs in the TFT-LCD process. Also, the process is a must for building PICS (Production Information and Control System) which automated and intelligent. In this paper, automated process of LCD module assembly line that can increases productivity and reduce the cost to strengthen the competitiveness corresponding with global market is planned in comparison with its manual/semi-auto. The result of the paper, the productivity will be increased about 1.5 times and cut down labor costs of 85%. In addition, whole assembly line can be short and simple.
광학 시스템을 이용한 Gantry Stage의 열변형 오차를 고려한 실시간 보상 실험

This paper suggests method to measure that error of the precision stage is used precision process and measurement equipment by using camera optics. The laser interferometer is the most widely used sensing unit to measure the position error. It measures the positioning error from the displacement of a moving reflector in terms of the wave length. But, the wave length os affected by the variation of atmospheric temperature. Temperature variation of 1℃ results in the measuring error of 1ppm. Though laser interferometer measures position error of stage when precision stage is manufactured by us or it is used to measure stage for the nonce as a general rule, optics tooling position measurement method to suggest is possible to apply in real-time and trace an error range continually. Therefore it is able to improve capabilities of equipment by compensating an error range when operates precision process and measurement equipment in real-time. From the experiment, it is confirmed that the measuring error of the optical device can be improved from 5.8㎛ to 1㎛ by the application of the method.
