Pulse laser welding was performed on C22 metal bellows. The results can be summarized as follows: Laser welded metal bellows had less thermal distortion, narrow HAZ, high aspect ratio in comparison with other welding processes like TIG, Plasma welding. Laser welded bellows has higher tensile strengths than that C22 base metal. The value of hardness in laser weld metal was measured 100-120 Hv, it was decreased compared to the base metal. It is reasoned that due to the annealed by heat input during the laser welding.

조기영어교육에 관한 학부모들의 인식

본고는 광주광역시 남구의 어린이집에 자녀를 보내고 있는 학부모들을 대상으로 초등학교 취학 전 아동의 조기영어교육에 대한 부모의 인식과 실태를 통해 바람직하고 효과적인 조기영어교육을 마련하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 얻는데 목적을 두고 첫째, 광주광역시 남구지역의 조기영어교육에 관한 학부모들의 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 살펴보고 효율적인 방향을 제시한다. 둘째, 현재 조기영어교육이 행해지고 있는 어린이집에 자녀를 보내는 학부모님들에게 설문지를 배포하여 조기영어교육에 관한 인식을 조사했다, 이조사를 바탕으로 조기영어 교육의 올바른 교육방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

영어전통문법론에 있어 품사에 대한 연구

문법이론의 궁극적인 목표는 `정확한 의사소통`이다. 이를 위해 우리는 문법현상에 대해 체계적으로 이해하고 설명하려 한다. 이러한 문법이론의 연구에는 다양한 방법들이 있는데, 이 연구에서는 종적인 연구 방법론 중, 영어전통문법론에 있어 품사에 대한 연구를 통해 영어현대문법론에 있어서 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 영어전통문법론에서의 `문장, 품사, 실사와 형용사의 관계, 수식과 서술관계` 등을 살펴보고, 이후 품사에 대한 집중적인 분석을 통해 영어문법론에서의 문제점에 대한 분석과 현대문법론에 있어서의 대안을 도출한다. 향후에는 이 연구에서의 연구방법들을 활용하여 문장, 실사와 형용사의 관계, 수식과 서술관계 등의 부분에까지 연구를 확장하고자 한다. The ultimate goal of grammar theory is `correct communication.` To do this, we systematically understand and explain grammatical phenomena. There are various ways of studying these grammatical theories. In this study among the longitudinal research methodology, I would like to suggest implications for contemporary grammatical theory of English through the study of parts of speech in English traditional grammatical theory. To do this, we first examine `the relationship between sentences, parts of speech, actual and adjectives, formulas and narrative relations in English traditional grammar`, and then through intensive analysis of parts of speech, we analyze the problems in English grammar and derive alternatives in modern grammar. In the future, we will extend the research to the parts of sentences, actual and adjective relations, expressions and narrative relations using the research methods in this study.

영어 시제와 상

본고에서는 시제의 일반적 정의와 상에 관한 개념들을 정리 하였다. 시제는 시간을 나타내는 동사의 굴절형’이고 따라서 시제는 문법범주의 하나로서 영어의 경우 현재시제와 과거시제를 인정하고 있다. 시제처럼 상을 문법범주로 인정한다면 그 기술 대상은 당연히 문법적 표현에 국한될 것이고 반대로 문법범주가 아닌 의미범주로 간주하면 문법적 표현은 물론이고 어휘적 표현까지 기술대상이 될 것이다. 따라서 상은 문법범주로서 명시되어 있고 특히 영어의 상은 진행형과 완료형의 두 형태로 국한하고 있다. 이 경우에 진행상(the progressive aspect)은 진행형, 완료상(the perfect aspect)은 완료형을 가리킨다. 제 2장에서는 여러 학자들의 시제에 관한 정의를 살펴보고 또한 각 시제의 용법들을 정의 하였다. 3장에서는 상의 정의를 제시하였고, 상에는 문법적, 의미적상이 있음을 여러 학자들의 정의를 통하여 알아보았다. 시제와 상은 어떻게 보면 간단한 문법 범주이나 시각을 좀더 달리하면 다양한 스펙트럼을 가진 범주로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 시제와 상의 정의가 명확해지면 영어교육의 피대상자가 언어를 이해하는데 많은 도움이 될 것이다. 더하여 다양한 영역에서 시제와 상에 관한 개념정의가 필요하고 더 많은 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 여겨진다. The purpose of this paper investigate the general definition of Tense and the concepts about Aspect. I consider the correlation between the lexical and the grammatical aspect. Tense is an inflection type of a verb that indicates the time, tense is grammatical categories. Tense has the current tense and the past tense in English. If we recognize aspect as a grammatical category, that the subject of in description will be confined to the grammatical expression. In contrast, when considered as a category of meaning, lexical and grammatical representation is the expression target. Therefore, aspect is stated as a grammatical category. Specially , the aspect of English, there is only a progressive tense and perfect tense. In this case, the progressive aspect is progressive tense and the perfect aspect is perfect tense. Chapter 2, I investigate the definition of the tense of many scholars and define the usage of each tense. In Chapter 3, I exhibit the definition of the Aspect. Aspect is grammatical and semantic one. Tense and Aspect is a simple grammar category, but they have a various spectrum. Therefore, As the definition of the Tense and Aspect becomes clear it will be helpful to students who are received English education. In addition, the definition about tense and aspect needs in variety of areas, more research is needed.

본고는 국제 언어로써 영어를 가르치는데 있어서 문화를 중심으로 의사소통 개선방안을 제안하는 것이다. 현대를 살아가는 우리는 세계문화에 대한 올바른 이해가 필수적이다. 세계가 점차 국제화 되면서 국제 문화에 대한 이해의 필요성 또한 점점더 높아지고 있다. 언어는 사회에서 창조되고 언어는 사회에 기초하고 있다. 언어와 문화는 또한 밀접한 관계를 유지하고 있다. 외국어를 배우는 목적은 외국어를 모국어로 사용하는 사람들과의 완벽한 의사소통에 있다. 외국어 교육에 있어서 문화를 강조한 것은 1990년대 이후부터 진행되어 왔다. 다양한 국가의 문화는 그들만이 가지는 고유한 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 그들의 문화를 제대로 이해하지 못하면 의사소통을 하는데 상당한 어려움을 겪을 것이다. 외국어 학습과 관련한 문화교육에서 가장 중요한 사상으로 문화의 내용 중 어떤 것을 가르칠 것인가 하는 문제를 언급하고 외국어 학습 내에서 문화 교육이 언어적 접근을 통해 이루어질 때 외국어 의사소통능력의 향상을 가져올 수 있음을 강조하였다. 문화적 측면의 중요성을 강조하면서 외국어를 교육한다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니지만, 학교에서 체계적인 학습 진행 프로그램으로 문화적 측면을 고려하여 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기, 말하기 등의 의사소통 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 2장에서는 기존의 언어 습득 이론을 정리하고 그것을 바탕으로 3장에서 문화를 통한 영어교육의 방법들을 제시하여. 타문화의 올바른 이해를 통하여 단순한 의사소통에서 벗어나 상대방의 문화를 존중하고 더 나아가 올바른 의사소통이 될 수 있도록 하는데 이논문의 목적이라 하겠다. The purpose of the study is to suggest improvement of communication in the English Education-Focusing on the cultural education. Understanding different cultures is essential to live in the modern society. As the world becomes more globalized, understanding international culture became one of the prerequisites to become a global citizen. Since a language is created in a society and the language bounds the lives of the people living in the society, the language and the culture of the society are closely related. It is not possible to study a language departed from the culture of the people using the language to communicate perfectly with them in the language. Thus, whenever we study English, we have studied the culture of the people using English as their mother tongue. This kind of learning is the studying English as a foreign language. And the aim of the learning of a foreign language is to communicate perfectly with the people using the language as their mother tongue. However, the globalization of the world increases rapidly the number of the people and the country using and teaching English, and that changes the role of English from a foreign language to an international language using all together to communicate with the people having different languages and cultures. So the learning and teaching method of English, especially in teaching culture, has to be changed with the step. chapter 2 summarizes the theory of language acquisition and chapter 3 proposes to try the method of English teaching through culture.

항공사 조직구성원의 조직갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 셀프리더십의 매개효과

호텔기업은 최고의 서비스를 주고받는 산업으로 다른 기업과의 비교우위를 위하여 우수한 인력개발을 통해 조직의 효율성을 확보하는 전략에 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 호텔종사원을 연구대상으로 선정하여 첫째, 관계갈등이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다, 둘째, 과업갈등이 조직시민 행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 관계갈등과 조직시민행동과의 관계, 과업갈등과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 조절을 살펴보았다. 자료 수집을 위한 설문조사는 서울 경기도 지역의 특급호텔 종사원을 대상으로 400명에게 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 예측해보면 첫째, 관계갈등은 조직시민행동에 유의미한 관계를 미칠 것으로, 둘째 과업갈등은 조직시민행동에 유의미한 관계를 미칠 것으로, 셋째, 셀프리더십은 관계갈등과 조직시민행동간의 관계에서 조절변수의 역할을 넷째, 셀프리더십은 과업갈등과 조직시민행동에 조절효과를 미칠 것으로 판단되어 진다. 조직시민행동의 예측변인으로서 관계갈등과 과업갈등에 대하여 탐색적인 수준에서 연구가 이루어졌음에도 관계갈등과 조직시민행동 그리고 셀프리더십의 상호작용을 다룬 연구가 이루어진 것에 의미가 있다. 또한 관계갈등과 조직시민행동의 관계를 조절하고 과업갈등과 조직시민행동과의 관계를 조절할 것으로 예측되어지는데 이는 후속연구의 바탕이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 조직의 관리자는 관계갈등과 과업갈등을 최소화 하고 조직시민행동을 높일 수 있는 방안에 대한 다양한 자기개발 및 프로그램을 개발하고 종사원에게 제공하여 건실한 조직문화를 이루어야 하겠다.

Exploring Major Keyword & Relationship in the Studies of Hotel Employees Using Semantic Network Analysis Methods

The purpose of this study is to extract the key words from the list of research subjects related to "hotel workers" published in recent 10 years(2009~2018) by using the language network analysis method and to confirm the relation between the key words. In this paper, we propose a semantic network analysis that can overcome limitations of longitudinal study, analyze the recent research trends, and widely use as a research model. The results of this study are as follows ; First, in analyzing major key words in the title of "Hotel Employer" in recent 10 years, the major keyword of job satisfaction(40), special grade(26), organizational commitment(20), emotional labor(19), service(12), restaurant(10), and turnover intention(9). Second, we analyzed the relation of language network among major key words extracted from the study title of "hotel workers". Such a research process is expected to grasp the trends of research related to "hotel workers" and give implications for the future direction of related research.
