A numerical study has been performed to investigate the thermal performance of solar heating system with baffle type of storage tank by using the commercial code TRNSYS. As a result, the solar fraction depends strongly on the efficiency and heat loss coefficient of solar collector as well as the heating capacity of house and the water temperature supplied to the shower. In addition, the solar fraction has been basically ranked to higher level in baffle type of storage tank than typical type of single storage tank for the range of operation condition.
스기모토 타카시의 디자인에 나타나는 흔적의 의미에 관한 연구

Interior designer Sugimoto Takashi uses salvaged material and natural thing for aesthetical purpose. These material performs not just as fun stuff but as design tool in order to set up cultural meaning which modern society always lacks for. The method of communicating the meaning is the multi-layered trace on them. There are three types of trace. They are harsh texture of surface, untrimmed outline, and gathering & arrangement. Through these formation methods of trace, Sugimoto can suggest various curtural meanings such as vanishing value of old-fashioned lifestyle, primitive energy of nature, and sincere touch of somebody. As a result, the trace in Sugimoto’s design is an endeavor to exist tradition(the long ago) and nature(the far away) in here-and-now interior space.

Laser welding process for wing of a guided weapon is studied. Nd;YAG pulse laser beam is used to weld the skin(STS304, thickness: 1mm) to frame(AMS 5398) of wing. Optimal laser welding condition is obtained from the mechanical testing and observation of the welded joint.

The Inter-Korea Arbitration Committee(the Arbitration Committee) should aim to regulate the application of legal standards which are developing in an increasingly commercial disputes in Korea area. The Arbitration Committee is characterized by the gradual recognition of general standards in relation to inter-Korea commercial arbitration procedure. The Arbitration Committee has progressively become an autonomous discipline of the law applicable to the arbitration agreement, which regulates the obligation of the parties to settle inter-trade disputes by their local committee. The commercial arbitration system contributes usefully to the security and expansion of inter-trade. The Arbitration Committee enables the parties to an arbitration to design their arbitral proceedings to suit their particular needs. With regard to the law governing arbitral procedure, this principle grants the parties the power to select suitable procedural rules. The arbitration rules should be applied by arbitrators for its users' application in inter-Korea commercial arbitration. For the local arbitration committee and its users, the arbitration procedure must not only be good but it should also be known or at least easily ascertainable. When parties are trying to agree on a suitable local committee, their counsel yearn for ready access to the local law. If that information is not easily available, it may well be a reason for preferring their local committee. The above considerations suggest certain major conditions that an acceptable practice for inter-Korea commercial arbitration should meet. It should be good quality with solutions that are sound and suitable to the specific needs of inter-Korea arbitration system.

케이블 구조물에 사용되는 케이블은 길이가 길다는 특징을 갖고 있으므로 케이블의 피로 데이터 처리를 위해서는 일반적으로 구조물을 구성하는 강재 요소에 적용되는 통계모델과는 다른 모델을 적용하는 것이 합리적이라 할 수 있다. 즉 케이블과 같이 길이가 긴 요소에서 피로수명에 크게 영향을 미치는 시편의 길이를 포함할 수 있는 모델, 즉 대수정규분포모델과 기존의 극치분포모델을 길이효과를 고려할 수 있도록 유도하여 기존의 케이블 피로 실험 데이터에 적용해 봄으로써, 케이블이 사용되고 있는 실제 구조물에서 케이블의 피로거동을 예측 또는 평가하는 데에 적합한 모델을 제시한다. The cable in the cable-supported structures is long, therefore it can be reasonable to apply the different models, compared with those used for general steel elements. This paper compares the statistical models with existing cable fatigue data, after deriving the cdf(cumulative distibution function) with modifying the log-normal distribution, the existing extremal distributions so as to include length effect. The paper presents the appropriate model for analyzing and assessing the fatigue behavior of cable which is being used for actual structures.

본 논문의 목적은 타인명의에 의한 어음발행에 있어서 판례·학설이 취하고 있는 복잡하고도 산만한 해결방법을 비판하고 보다 통일적이고 체계적인 해결방안을 모색하는 것이다. 첫째, 어음발행 상대방의 인식을 기준으로 타인명의 어음발행의 구조를 자기행위와 타인행위로 나누고, 자기행위에 의한 어음발행의 경우에는 상법상 명의대여법을, 타인행위에 의한 어음발행의 경우에는 민법상 대리법을 각각 그 기초규정으로 설정·적용하도록 하여 타인명의 어음발행에 대한 체계적 접근방법을 시도하였다. 둘째, 타인명의의 어음발행에 대한 구체적 해결방법으로는, 먼저 어음발행 당사자의 의사가 일치하는 한 법률행위해석을 통하여 어음행위의 유효성을 확보하도록 하였고, 다음으로 어음발행이 무효가 되는 경우에는 법정책적 견지에서 명의대여법 내지 표현대리법을 적용하여 상대방의 신뢰형태에 일치하는 해결을 가져올 수 있도록 하였다. 특히 어음위조의 경우 대리법을 적용하는 판례와는 달리 명의대여법을 적용하도록 하여 상법상 명의대여법을 행위자오인에 관한 일반법리로 확장함으로써 어음발행관계의 구체적 타당성을 확보하도록 하였다.
Emotional Interactions on the Basis of the Self-Similarity between Users and 3D Avatar Robots

For humanoid intelligent robots to coexist and interact with human beings smoothly, in-depth interdisciplinary research on the expression depending on the type of mutual interaction is needed. Meaning, the consideration of cognitive·psychological expectations that users will have when they meet robots" face will be an important factor in interaction. This study aims for an empirical study of users" emotional reaction on the face of 3D avatar virtual robots with self-similarity. First, the literature study was designed to examine emotional interaction between robots and human beings, then SD method image investigation on participantive questionnaire and samples of the participant was performed by designing 22 samples of virtual robot faces for demonstration. As a result, ① the impression formed by the shape of robots was found to affect users" emotional interaction. ② The impression of 3D avatar robot face similar to the user and operational robot face were found to have different effect which represents the degree of difference of emotional interaction, and ③ sad or painful emotion in users" long-term memory can be converted into a positive energy through smiley robot face with self-similarity(of users).
