부모 상호작용행동 검사(IBSP)와 아동 상호작용행동 검사(IBSC)의 개발 및 타당화 연구

본 연구에서는 영유아기 아동과 부모 간 상호작용 행동의 구체적인 관계양상을 분석하기 위한 부모 상호작용행동 검사와 아동 상호작용행동 검사를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다, 연구대상은 서울시와 경기지역 소재 22개 유치원 및 어린이집에 소속되어 있는 만 1∼6세 사이 영유아와 부모 1051명이다, 연구절차는 먼저 부모 및 아동 상호작용행동 유형에 관한 문항을 개발하여 문항적합성 분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고, 최종 선정된 문항에 대해 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 실시하였다, 연구결과는 먼저 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 부모 상호작용행동 검사(IBSP)는 21개 항목 3개 요인구조, 아동 상호작용행동 검사(IBSC)는 25개 항목 4개 요인구조가 적합한 것으로 확인되었다, 그리고 구조방정식모형으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 각 척도별 요인구조는 적합도 지수를 바탕으로 양호한 것으로 검증되었다, 검사 도구의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 내적합치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도 계수를 산출한 결과 통계적으로 양호한 수준으로 나타났다, 또한 공인타당도 검증을 위해 부모 및 아동의 상호작용행동을 측정하는 준거 관련 척도와 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 수준으로 나타났다, 따라서 본 검사들은 만 1∼6세 사이 영유아 및 부모의 상호작용 유형을 측정하는데 적합한 도구임을 입증하였다, Much research on understanding the nature and effects of parent child interactions depends on culturally appropriate, comprehensive interactive scales. These must be constantly assessed, revised or recreated to keep up with societal cultural changes. For this reason, this study developed and validated the Interactive Behavior Scale for Parent and Child. A total of 1051 parents with young children from 1 to 6 years of age participated in this study. Initial items were developed and then reduced by conducting item content and factor analysis. Exploratory factor analysis show that the IBSP (Interactive Behavior Scale for Parents) consists of 21 items and three factors, and that the IBSC (Interactive Behavior Scale for Child) consists of 25 items and four factors. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good model fit which suggests good construct validities. All factors in the IBSP and IBIC demonstrate proper internal consistency, test-retest consistency and a clear pattern of convergent validity. Furthermore there is a significant correlation between total and sub-dimension scores of the IBSP, IBSC and Korean Maternal Behavior Rating Scale (K-MBRS) and the Korean Child Behavior Rating Scale (K-CBRS) total and subscale scores, all of which indicate good concurrent validity. In conclusion, the IBSP and IBSC have been validated as useful tools for assessing interactive behaviors of a parent and a young child between 1 and 6 years of age.

CD ROM을 이용한 교육프로그램이 단기입원수술 환자의 수술 전 불안과 수술 후 자가간호 수행을 위한 지식에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of nursing education using a CD ROM on the anxiety and knowledge of the patients having minor surgery. Method: Forty patients hospitalized in K hospital in Seoul from April to August 2002 participated in this study. In the experimental group, twenty patients received nursing education on the operational procedures and post-operational care. The control group, received conventional nursing care only. Anxiety experienced by patients was measured by Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and knowledge was measured by an instrument developed by Rahe et al. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical program. Result: There were no significant differences in anxiety level between two groups. However, subjects in the experimental group were found to have significantly higher postoperative knowledge levels than those in the control group, and were very satisfied with the CD ROM program. Conclusion: The nursing education program using CD ROM before minor surgery proved to be an effective nursing intervention to increase knowledge of patients and contribute to their self care after discharge. To decrease anxiety of the surgery, the nursing education program should be combined with supprortive emotional nursing intervention, such as touch, and massage.
