        현대인의 행복추구를 위한 제안

        이 연구는 현대인 행복에 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각되는 요인에 대해 살펴보고 행복 추구를 위해 우리 일상생활 속에서 실천 가능한 제안을 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 행복의 개념과 조건에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 행복관련 선행연구 분석에서는 한국성인의 행복한 삶의 구성요인 탐색, 여가활동과 행복의 관계, 그리고 운동과 행복의 관계에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 이러한 과정을 통해 나타난 현대인의 행복 추구를 위한 제안의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정적인 생각과 생활태도를 갖자. 즉 모든 일을 대할 때 긍정적인 생각을 갖고 편안한 마음으로 대하는 자세가 행복 추구를 위해 절대적으로 필요하다고 하겠다. 둘째, 일상생활 속에서 여가활동을 계획하고 참여하자. 즉, 현대인들이 일상의 업무와 여가의 균형 속에서 다양한 여가활동을 계획하고 참여하기를 적극 권장한다. 셋째, 생활 주변의 스포츠시설을 활용한 다양한 신체활동(운동)에 참여하자. 즉, 생활 속 스포츠시설을 활용하여 다양한 신체활동에 적극적으로 참여하기를 권장한다. 이러한 생활 속 운동 참여는 곧 개인의 행복으로 연결될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study has two folds: a) to investigate the factors that may influence the happiness of modern people and b) to suggest practicable ways that individuals can do in daily life for the pursuit of happiness. To achieve the purpose of this study, researcher first examined definition and conditions of happiness. Then, researcher examined the search and measure of the happy life of Korean adults, the relationship between leisure activities and happiness, and the relationship between exercise and happiness. The suggestions for the pursuit of happiness in modern people that are obtained through this analysis process are as follows. First, have a positive thoughts and attitudes. For the pursuit of happiness, individuals need to have positive thoughts and comfort when dealing with everything. Second, plan and participate in leisure activities in our daily lives. In other words, it is highly encouraged for modern people to plan and participate in various leisure activities in the balance of daily work and leisure activities. Lastly, participate in various physical activities (PA) that utilize sports facilities in local area. It should be encouraged to actively take part in various PA by utilizing sports facilities available for them. This participation in PA in daily life could soon lead to personal happiness.

        초등체육수업 운영상의 문제점과 활성화 방안모색

        본 연구의 목적은 초등체육수업의 문제점과 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위하여 시도되었다. 이를 위해 G지역에 위치한 초등학교 교사 10명을 비확률적 표집에 의하여 목적표집하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료수집 방법으로는 보고서 형식의 개방형 질문지로, 초등학교 교사로서 본인이 갖고 있는 체육수업에 대한 생각, 그리고 현재 초등학교 체육수업의 현실, 초등학교 체육수업이 정상적으로 이루어지지 못하는 이유, 초등체육수업의 문제점 등 초등학교 체육수업에 관한 전반적인 내용에 대해 자유롭게 기술하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 교사 개개인과 기술한 내용에 대한 상세한 설명을 듣고 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료에서 먼저 연구자는 초등체육수업의 문제점에 관한 원자료에서 구체적인 주제나 의미 있는 개념이 무엇이지 결정하였으며, 이에 대한 활성화 방안을 모색하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 초등학교 체육수업에서의 문제점으로는 교사의 체육교과 전문성 및 책무성 부족, 초등학교의 여초현상으로 인한 체육수업 기피현상, 운동장과 실내체육관 시설 부족, 체육교구의 부실화, 관리자의 체육교과 외면, 학생들의 체육교과에 대한 인식 부족으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 체육수업의 활성화 방안으로는 의무적·주기적 체육 직무연수 실시, 여분의 교실을 활용한 실내공간 확보, 체육수업 컨텐츠 개발, 뉴스포츠 활용 수업, 지도서의 내실화 및 체육 전담교사제 실시 방안이 제시되었다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the problems occurring in P. E. classes in elementary schools, and find the ways to vitalize P. E. For data collection, 10 elementary school teachers in ‘G’ province were selected, using non-random sampling method. On the open-ended questionnaire, the selected research participants indicated their thoughts about, reality and problems of P. E. classes they taught, reasons why P. E. classes have not been well organized, and other issues they have concerned. As the next step, each participant described their thoughts more about the issues being studied in an in-depth interview. From the collected data, the investigator analyzed meaningful themes and concepts of the problems of P. E. classes. Ways to vitalize P. E. were also generated through the analysis process. The result of the study shows that the problems of P. E. classes are 1) teachers’ lack of professionalism and responsibility in the P. E. classes, 2) teachers’ disliking-nature on P. E. caused by female teachers’ dominance in number, 3) lack of school yard and gymnasium, 4) deterioration of facility and teaching aids, 5) avoidance toward P. E. by managers in school, and 6) lack of students’ awareness on P. E. Meanwhile, ways to vitalize P. E. found in the study are 1) reinforcing mandatory/regular P. E. training program for teachers, 2) securing indoor space that are not in use, 3) enlarging P. E. contents, 4) having more classes using new sports, 5) reinforcing teaching manual, and 6) introducing P. E. specialist system in elementary schools.

      • 스포츠 경기특성에 따른 대학 운동선수의 지도자행동 선호유형

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the preferring leader behavior styles according to the trait of exercise-performance in collegiate athletics. The trait of exercise - performance was characterized by Person-to-Person Sports, Individual Sports or Sports for Record dividing into two groups. The classified five behavior styles were Training and Instruction Behavior, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior and Positive Feedback Behavior in the multidimensional model introduced by Chelladurai and Saleh(1980). A total of 415 college athletes including 230 Person-to-Person Sport players and 185 Individual Sports or Sport for Record players were answered to the questionnaire. All subjects were registered players at the federation of each sport and attended national tournament more than once. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) In the preferred leader behavior style of Person-to-Person Sports, Democratic Behavior was the most preferred behavior style. Positive Feedback Behavior, Training and Instruction Behavior and Social Support Behavior were preferred to be of second, third and fourth respectively. Autocratic Behavior was the least preferred leader behavior style. 2) In the preferred leader behavior style of Individual Sports or Sports for Record, Democratic Behavior was the most preferred behavior style. Training and Instruction Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior and Social Support Behavior were preferred to be of second, third and fourth respectively. Autocratic Behavior was the least preferred leader behavior style. 3) No difference was found between Person-to-Person Sport player group and Individual Sport or Sport for Record player group in the preference of leader behavior styles except Democratic Behavior.

        사회 안전을 위한 스포츠 인성교육의 역할: 학교폭력 예방을 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this research is to examine the role of sports guidance for social safety. Methods: The fact about sports activities contributing to well-being and psychosocial development of growing children is supported by previous research results. One of the main reasons is that adolescents, who are confined in the classroom, can experience positive emotions like excitement through diverse physical activities and sports. Furthermore, they can have an opportunity to relieve distress related to their studies through cooperating and sympathizing with friends. These facts are being strongly proven by the existing research results that show sports activities positively influence adolescents’ identity; self-esteem; anxiety; depression; distress; self-confidence; moods; and psychological well-being. Conclusion: In fact, the government, youth-related organizations, and researchers in the related fields have proposed various solutions to school violence like bullying and social issues. Nevertheless, the reason why these approaches are not effective is that they have dealt with these issues with only short-term and temporary resolutions. Although sports activities are well-known for social-psychological and emotional developments of youths, these positive factors are not naturally acquired just by simple participation. Thus, for contributing sports activities to resolve social safety issues, it is crucial to preferentially maintain sufficient physical education lesson time for adolescents to alleviate distress and to develop advantages of physical education and sports activities with parents, sports instructors, and education administrators.

        대학생의 교양체육 수강과 동아리활동 참여가 여가태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of leisure attitude on physical education as a liberal arts and circle activity among university students. In order to clarify this purpose, 505 university students answered questionnaire which was consists of leisure attitude scale introduced by Ragheb and Beard in 1982. Analysis of Variance(ANOVA) and t-test were the adapted methods to analyze the collected data according to the purpose of this study. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) Man has more behavioral component than woman in the leisure attitude. 2) The times of physical education as a liberal arts effect leisure attitude among university students. In other words, the more participation times of physical education as a liberal arts the more powerful influence upon the leisure attitude. 3) The types of circle activity effect leisure attitude. In other words, the participation group in sports circle has more affective component, behavioral component than any other circle activity in the leisure attitude.

        대학교 여가스포츠 시설의 효율적 활용 방안

        The objective of this study is to let college student to make efficient and reasonable use for the school leisure facility ; maintain the facility that has reflected the request of the students, and the facility supervisor to have a reference in facility placement and operation. Through this study people should make a chance to think about the efficient and reasonable use of the facility. From that thinking development of operation should take place. Majority of people should enjoy their university life through using leisure sport facility. To meet those objectives here are plans. First, presenting variety of leisure sport facility and programs for guiding student to participate in sport. From that university culture should get out of unhealthy and unproductive image and become healthy and sound culture. Second, simple leisure sport facility and equipment using small space should take place. For students to have an easy accessible environment to facility or equipment so they could use the facility whenever they feel like using it. Third, user centered administration should be operated. Customer satisfaction should rise by abolishing time limit, so student can use the facility whenever they have time, then usage of facility should rise as well. Forth, publicity about the leisure sport product should take place. Publicity of leisure sport facility using school web site should be a good data. And this should attract majority of students. Fifth, utilizing leisure sport facility for majority should take place. Concept of facility for Athletic clubs and P. E. department only should be disposed. Facility should be open to general student including female, and public.

        대학교 스포츠동아리활동의 교육적 의미 고찰

        The primary purpose of this study was to research into educational values of university’s student-organized sports clubs. For this purpose, positive aspects of sports clubs, educational values embedded within sports clubs, and plans for stable settlement and enhancement of these sports clubs were considered. First of all, educational values of sports clubs were categorized as leisure education, emotional education, social experience education, whole man education, and the promotion of health education. Second, plans for stable settlement and enhancement of these sports clubs were identified as plans to secure facilities, administrative financial support, and abundance of opportunity and to eliminate obstructive factors to participation and enhancement of sports clubs. Consequently, based on various benefits and stable settlement and enhancement of sports clubs, this research seeks to encourage students to participate in these sports clubs. 이 연구는 대학교 스포츠동아리활동의 교육적 의미에 대해 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 동아리활동의 의미와 긍정적 효과, 스포츠동아리활동이 갖는 교육적 의미에 대해 고찰해 보고, 스포츠동아리활동의 안정적 정착 방안에 대해 탐구하였다. 스포츠동아리 활동의 교육적 의미로는 첫째, 여가활용 교육의 의미, 둘째, 정서적 순화 교육의 의미, 셋째, 사회적 체험 교육의 의미, 넷째, 전인 형성 교육의 의미, 다섯째, 건강증진 교육의 의미로 나타났다. 다음으로 스포츠 동아리 활동의 안정적 정착 방안 에서는 첫째, 대학교 내의 스포츠 시설 확보 방아, 둘째, 대학 당국의 스포츠 동아리에 대한 행정적· 재정적 지원 방안, 셋째, 대학 스포츠 동아리 회원들이 마음껏 활동할 수 있도록 충분한 기회의 제공 방안, 넷째, 대학생들의 스포츠 동아리 활동 참가에 있어 방해가 되는 요인을 제거하는 방안, 다섯째, 스포츠 동아리 프로그램 확보 및 지도자 배치 방안으로 나타났다.

        체육전공 교대생을 위한 교직개발준비도 향상 컨설팅 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 체육전공 교대생을 위한 교직개발 준비도 향상 컨설팅을 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 G 교육대학교 체육교육 과 3학년에 재학중인 학생 중에서 연구에 자발적 참여의사를 가진 6명을 선정하였다. 이들을 대상으로 자료수집은 심층면담, 예비교사들의 일기, 교육실습을 수강하고 있는 예비교사들의 수업지도안과 소감문을 포함하는 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Spradley(1980)의 영역분석과 분류분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 체육전공 교대생들 의 실천적 반성능력 향상을 위해서는 읽고(현상을 객관적인 눈으로 바라보고, 자신이 경험한 일들에서 의미를 읽어내는 능력), 마음을 열고(의뢰인이 최대한 솔직하게 자신을 열어보이는것), 이론화하고(의뢰인들이 배운 내용들을 자신의 마음에서 이론의 형태로 의미를 만들어가는 것), 변화하는 것(컨설팅을 통해 반성한 내용을 실천함으로써 새로운 교사로 변화하는 것) 이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 컨설팅 결과 체육전공 교대생들은 자신들이 막연히 생각하는 것보다 자신들에게 맞는 체육교수(교사)와 같은 멘토를 만났을 때, 자신들의 꿈을 더욱 자세하게 확신하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교직개발 향상 컨설팅은 체육전공 교대생들에게 교육적 성장을 도모하는 미래지향적인 지원 체제가 되는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research was to enhance the training program for students who major in physical education. In order to conduct this research, we have selected 6 volunteer junior students from education universities in Kyung-Gi area. Regarding these students, we have collected class-plans, journals, interviews and reflections from those who are practicing teaching. The results of this research are as followed below. To begin with, in order to enhance self-evaluation ability, each student must read (the ability to analyze situations objectively and draw meaning from personal experiences), open up fully to the clients, theorize meanings to what clients has learned, and change and amend mistakes and flaws in teaching. Secondly, instead of working alone and obscurely thinking about her future, when a student works together with a mentor professor in interested fields, the student plan more specifically with more confidence. Lastly, the consulting to enhance the learning for physical education major students has become the support system for each student`s academic future.
