The performance test is conducted for the purpose of determining the accurate thermal performance of the power generation facility or deriving the factors of thermal efficiency degradation. Compared to the acquisition method of power plant thermal performance test data by compensating cable or transmission cable, performance test using wireless instrument can acquire digital data in order to shorten the period due to installation and demolition of instrument and enhance safety of workers and relatively accurate data can be acquired thereby improving work efficiency. Wireless instruments have already been introduced to the market a long time ago, and some of them are used in industry such as petrochemical industry. However, there is no example which has been conducted for performance test of power generation facilities. In order to apply power generation facilities, a reliable system capable of acquiring performance data smoothly without affecting the control system is required. The wireless measurement system can eliminate the measurement defects and errors such as the damage due to the movement of the connecting cable, the extension due to the extension of the shield wire, the contact failure at the contact point between the measuring sensor and the connecting wire, This method has the advantage of collecting relatively accurate performance test data.

Today, most weapon systems operate as component systems of SoS(System of Systems) and they produce synergy effects in the battle field by interoperating. In addition, the acquisition issues on weapon systems have expanded into SoS context including sustainment analysis. Availability is the sustainment KPP(Key Performance Parameter) of weapon systems. In this paper, a simulation model is proposed to analyze the availability of SoS. The simulation model consists of 5 modules: Mission and Task, System, System RBD, Maintenance system and a simulation engine. Then it was implemented and applied to a SoS. As a result of the application, the simulation model could be applied for analyzing the availability of the SoS and provided information about critical tasks and risky component systems to complete the given mission of the SoS.

Under the relevant regulations, it is required to develop a system architecture for the research and development of the information and communication infra system ; however, the national defense architecture development guides and MND-AF, which provide the instructions on the development and utilization of a system architecture, are still limited to the ITA level and merely providing the guidelines for developing the information system centric architecture. Thus, it is evident that we need a suitable architecture development methodology that corresponds to the growing needs for the communication infra system architecture, as well as the general weapon system architecture. Improving a meta-model is the core of improving a architecture framework. It determines a contents of a architecture and it influences a efficiency and a effectiveness of a architecture. The meta-model of the architecture framework must reflect concerns of various stakeholders and provide a traceability among them. Also, it should be easy to develop and use the architecture by securing the feasibility of the logical relationships and eliminating the duplication of the data inside the architecture. It is implemented through the development of the data-centric architecture and achieved through the "Fit-for-purpose" concept.
