교정의 궁극적 목표가 수형자의 교정ㆍ교화를 통한 성공적인 사회복귀에 있다고 할 때, 현재 교정시설 내에서 행해지고 있는 각종 교정교육프로그램은 교정의 목표수행과 교육을 통한 범죄 예방적 기능에 매우 긍정적으로 작용할 것으로 기대된다. 최근 우리사회의 범죄 발생율과 재범율이 증가하고 있다는 것은 우리의 교정교육프로그램들이 그간 양적으로 많은 발전을 이루었다고는 하나, 질적인 면에 있어서 투여된 노력만큼의 산출효과를 거두고 있지 못하다는 반증이기도 한 것이다. 또한 교정교육의 구체적 개선방안보다도 더 중요한 것은 수형자를 관용적 태도로 포용해야 하며 각계각층의 많은 분야에 관련된 사람들이 보여주는 많은 애정과 관심 그리고 성숙한 시민정신이 필요하다 하겠다. 따라서 현재 우리나라 교정시설에서 행해지고 있는 각종 교정교육프로그램의 운영 실태와 문제점을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시함으로써 더욱 효과적인 교정교육이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 이는 더 나아가 효율적인 교정교육을 통해 출소자의 사회적응력을 향상하고 재범율을 낮춤으로써 결과적으로 전체 국민이 범죄로부터 보다 자유롭고 편안하게 살 수 있도록 국민의 ‘삶의 질’을 향상하고자 함이 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적이라고도 할 수 있겠다. The ultimate purpose of correction is to ensure successful inmates' return to society through correctional and educational programs. However, it is more difficult than it sound to change a criminal, who already failed to be corrected in a family, school or society, into a decent member of the society only through some programs in the correction Institution. Despite such limits of the correctional and educational programs, their importance and necessity have been highly claimed since those program, to a certain extent, has contributed to reducing the recurrence of crimes so that the general citizens can be freer from crimes. playing the roles of crime prevention and shield for the society. In the initial period of Korean correction facilities, the main focus was given to religious inspiration and eradication illiteracy. However, significant development followed in correction and education field after the development of correctional administrative works and adoption of various programs. Now, those facilities are contributing to better inmates' right as well as fully conducting correctional and educational roles. In the mean time, however, crime rate and recurrence rate of Korea have increased. These indicate that there were some advancement in terms of quantity, but the outcomes are below expectation considering the efforts that have been made so far for better quality correction and education programs. Against this backdrop, this study classifies educational and correctional programs in Korea as follows: religious education, spiritual education. life pattern correction, academic classes. emotional training, vocational training and correction-treatment programs. The the purpose is to analyze the situation and problems of each program and to suggest some measures for improvement.
전방 전치 태반 임신에서 태반절개를 통한 태아 만출의 안전성

Objective: This study was to evaluate the safety of cesarean delivery through transplacental incision in anterior placenta previa and its effect on mother and neonate. Methods: We examined 74 cases of placenta previa retrospectively who underwent cesarean section from May 2006 to December 2009, in Chungbuk National University Hospital. They were divided into two groups according to the placental incision. Transplacental incision was made in all cases of anterior placenta previa. We compared postoperative maternal hemoglobin change, neonatal hemoglobin and hematocrit, intra and/or postoperative transfusion volume, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) admission days between the two groups. Results: There were no differences in maternal characteristics, hemoglobin changes, transfusion volume between the two groups. Nor the neonatal hemoglobin and hematocrit level, Apgar score and admission days were different. There was no neonatal acidosis below pH 7.20. Conclusion: The cesarean delivery through transplacental incision in anterior placenta previa seems to be safe because it did not increase maternal and fetal blood loss nor NICU admission days.

Recently, environmental pollution related to global warming is on the rise. Meanwhile, renewable energy is a representative example of many efforts to develop eco-friendly energy to solve the depletion of natural resources and the depletion of petroleum resources in conjunction with global warming. Among them, photovoltaic power generation is increasing the subsidies for the government to increase the production of photovoltaic electricity of the general public, showing a high growth rate. However, polysilicon, which is a raw material of the photovoltaic panel, generates waste called polysilicon sludge in the manufacturing process. In order to produce 1 ton of polysilicon, about 2 tons of waste polysilicon sludge is generated. In 2012, polysilicon sludge was generated at 78,000 tons, with an average of about 220 tons per day. The sludge generated due to insufficient treatment of polysilicon sludge is currently solidified and is processed by landfilling. Therefore, in this study, polysilicone sludge is used as the concept of admixture, and the physical properties of the matrix according to the polysilicon sludge replacement ratio based on light burned magnesia is determined.
