        국내 말산업 육성 5개년 종합계획 추진 정책 및 기대성과 동향 탐색

        This paper examines the propulsion policy, expectation, and tendency exploration of comprehensive plan for horse industry promotion to make a realistic policy of horse industry worthy of development as a new income resources for farming and fishing communities in Korea. So, this paper investigated the development tendency of horse industry and explored the propulsion policy and expected outcome of comprehensive plan for horse industry promotion by year. As a result, this paper found that at the second year, of comprehensive five-year plan for horse industry promotion, the aim and expected effect figures were adjusted concretely from those of the first year. As the years go by, new goals and expected effect items were created. In many aspects, a great many efforts were deployed to make comprehensive plans. Especially, a lot of change were tried with the purpose of transferring the regional focus of horse industry from farming and fishing communities to urban communities, of nurturing talented youths, and of activating the distribution of the horse industry over various classes including neglected people.

        스포츠 동아리의 문화적 특성이 의사소통과 팀 학습 및 만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of cultural characteristics on communication and team learning and satisfaction in sports clubs. For the purpose, 500 questionnaires were distributed to sports club members of universities located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Jeollabuk-do, and Jeollanam-do. Data which included unfaithful answer and blanks were excluded. Extreme value was removed using a statistical method and the final analysis was made in 483 responses. There results were as follows. First, the effect of cultural characteristics on communication in sports clubs were examined and showed general effects. In detail, cultural characteristics had a significant effect on communication. Thus, smooth communication and information sharing through the cultural characteristics of sports clubs can contribute to increased positive network. Second, the effects of cultural characteristics on team learning and satisfaction in sports clubs were examined and showed partial effects. In detail, cultural characteristics had a significant effects on team learning and satisfaction. The findings suggested that increased team learning through the cultural characteristics improved members’ satisfaction in sports clubs Third, the effects of communication on team learning and satisfaction in sports clubs were examined and showed general effects. In detail, communication had a significant effect on team learning and satisfaction. The findings suggested that communication acted as a positive factor in team learning and the positive factor influenced learners’ satisfaction.

        지체장애인이 지각하는 스포츠 활동 신념이 자존감과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of perceived belief in sports activity on self-esteem and quality of life in people with physical disabilities. For the purpose, 450 questionnaires were distributed to people with physical disabilities participating in sports activity in welfare centers for the disabled located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Data with unfaithful answer and no answer were excluded. Extreme value was removed using a statistical method and 427 responses were finally analyzed. There results were as follows. First, perceived belief in sports activity had partially significant effect on self-esteem in people with physical activity. Second, perceived belief in sports activity had partially significant effect on quality of life in people with physical activity.

        보육교사의 감정노동, 교사효능감, 조직몰입의 구조적 관계 : 교사 경력에 따른 다집단 분석

        본 연구는 보육교사가 지각하는 감정노동의 표면적 행동과 내면적 행동, 조직몰입 간의 관계와 이들 간의 관계에서 교사효능감의 매개효과를 확인하고, 보육교사의 경력에 의한 다중집단 분석을 실시하여 경력별 경로계수의 차이를 비교하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 인천, 경기의 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사로서 이들에게 질문지를 배포하고 회수된 유효 표본 총 432부를 사용하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22 프로그램을 활용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 표면적 행동이 조직몰입에 이르는 경로는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았지만 내면적 행동이 조직몰입에 이르는 경로는 정적 영향을 미치고, 내면적 행동 수준이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아지는 결과가 나타났다. 보육교사의 표면적 행동과 내면적 행동이 교사효능감에 이르는 경로, 그리고 교사효능감이 조직몰입에 이르는 경로 역시 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 감정노동과 조직몰입간의 관계에서 교사효능감 매개효과 분석결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사 경력에 따른 변인 간 관계 분석결과, 5년 미만의 보육교사 표면적 행동과 내면적 행동이 조직몰입경로에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 5년 이상 보육교사는 내면적 행동만이 조직몰입에 이르는 경로에 유의하게 나타났다. 내면적 행동에서 조직몰입, 교사효능감에서 조직몰입, 내면적 행동에서 교사효능감에 이르는 경로에서 5년 이상 경력 교사집단이 상대적으로 더 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was to identify the relationships among surface acting, deep acting, and organizational commitment among child care teachers, and mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the relationships. And, it was to compare differences in path coefficients, by performing multi-group analysis depending on the careers of child care teachers. This study used 432 copies among all collected ones for final analysis. Statistical analysis of data was done using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22. The findings of the analysis are as follows. First, in the relationships among surface acting and deep acting of emotional labor, teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment among child care teachers, while the path from surface acting to organizational commitment was not statistically significant, the path from deep acting to organizational commitment was positively effective. The path from surface acting and deep acting to teacher efficacy, and the path from teacher efficacy to organizational commitment were positively effective as well. Second, the analysis of teacher efficacy-mediated effects in the relationship among emotional labor and organizational commitment was statistically significant. Third, in the relationships among surface acting, deep acting, teacher efficacy, and organizational commitment, it was found that teacher career makes some differences in path coefficients. In the paths from deep acting to organizational commitment, from teacher efficacy to organizational commitment, and from deep acting to teacher efficacy, the group of teachers with career of 5 years or more showed more significant effects.

        노인 여가복지관 스포츠 프로그램을 통한 운동지속이 여가민족과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise adherence on leisure satisfaction and quality of life in seniors’ participation in welfare center sports programs. For this purpose, 1,700 questionnaires were distributed to 65-year-old people who participated in senior welfare center sports activity for more than six months. Data were excluded from analysis if it included unreliable or missing responses. Extreme value was removed using statistical methods. 1,596 responses were used for the final analysis. Finally the results are as follows. First, for the effects of exercise adherence on leisure satisfaction in senior welfare center sports programs, partial effects were found. In other words, satisfaction at exercise adherence factors was related with high leisure satisfaction. Second, for the effects of exercise adherence on quality of life in senior welfare center sports programs, partial effects were found. In other words, exercise adherence was positively related with quality of life.

        운동선수들이 지각하는 스포츠 자신감 요인, 성격유형, 운동몰입 간의 관계 분석

        I wanted to find out how factors affect each other in the relationship between sports confidence, personality types and athletic flow. To achieve the purpose of the study, the subject of the study is a registered athlete of the Korea Sports Council. And they are active as athletes in 16 sports, and the players totaled 270. In addition, I used the questionnaire to achieve my research goals, and conducted data collection and analysis to derive the following conclusions. First, we looked at the effects of sports confidence as recognized by athletes on the factors that contribute to exercise flow. The results showed that among the behavioral flow factors, demonstrating one’s ability, Physical and mental preparation factors, and the perception flow factors had a significant effect on social support and Physical and mental preparation actors. Second, We looked at the effect of the personality types of athletes on the flow of exercise. The results showed that behavioral flow and cognitive flow factors had a significant effect on factors of credibility and extraversion. Third, we looked at the effect of sports confidence in athletes on their personality types. As a result, Credibility had a significant effect on social support, physical and mental preparation factors. Also, Friendliness and extraversion factors had a significant effect on coaching leadership, social support, and physical and mental preparation factors.

        체육전공 대학생의 취업스트레스, 분노표현, 사회적지지 간의 관계 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among the employment stress of university student in major of physical education, anger expression and social support. To achieve the objective of this study, the study represents the population of student who were a university student in Gwangju and Jeollanamdo 400 data as an object of study. In addition, SPSS Win Ver. 22.0 was used to process the data except the questionnaire which the answer was insincere, and left out. And We used the analysis method frequency Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Pearson"s Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. As a result, 364 of 400 data were extracted and following conclusions were as follow. First, a study factor of the employment stress had an effect on the anger control of the anger expression, a school environment factor of the employment stress had an effect on the anger control, anger-out and anger-in of the anger expression. Second, a family environment factor of the employment stress had an effect on the friend, family support of a social support, the study factor and school environment factor of the employment stress had an effect on the family support of a social support. Last, anger control factor of the anger expression had an effect on the other people, friend, family support of a social support, the anger-in factor of the anger expression had an effect on the friend, family support of a social support.

        예비유아교사의 교육실습 사전교육 내용에 대한 실습지도교사의 요구분석

        본 연구의 목적은 유아교육과 예비유아교사에게 우선적으로 필요한 교육실습 사전교육의 내용이 무엇인지 실습지도교사의 요구를 분석하는 것이며, 이를 통해 예비유아교사의 교육실습을 돕는 사전교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 경상남도에 소재한 유치원 실습지도교사 390명을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교육실습 사전교육 내용에 대한 교육요구도와 우선순위를 도출하기 위해 대응표본 t-검증, Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus 모델 등의 3단계 분석방법을 활용하였다. 그 결과, 실습지도교사의 교육실습 사전교육내용에 대한 교육요구에서 8개 교육실습 영역의 22개 교육실습 내용 모두 현재수준과 요구되는 수준 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 Borich 요구도 값을 계산하여 22개의 교육실습 내용에 대한 우선순위를 결정하였다. 마지막으로 The Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 ‘교수학습실제’ 교육실습 영역에서 3개 교육실습 내용이 예비유아교사 교육실습 사전교육에서 우선적으로 고려해야할 내용으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사 교육실습 사전교육에서 우선적으로 다루어져야할 교육실습 사전교육 내용을 명료화하여 실습지도교사의 교육실습 수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 예비유아교사 교육실습 사전교육프로그램의 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있으리라 사료된다. This study investigates the preferential contents of pre-training education practicum for cooperating teachers. Based on its analysis, the study suggests basic references to design pre-training of education practicum contents that would help the teaching practice of the cooperating teachers. The study conducted a survey targeting a total of 390 cooperating teachers majoring in early child education at a three-year-course community college and a four-year-course university located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. Research participants completed the teaching practice in order to figure out the needs and priorities of the pre-training of education practicum contents before the teaching practice. The analysis was conducted with three tests as matching sample t-test, Borich Needs Anslysis and the Locus for Focus Model. According to the results, in terms of the pre-service teachers" needs for the 22 practicum contexts of education practicum contents in the eight teaching practice domains, significant differences were observed between the current level and the demanding level. Next, the Borich Needs value was measured, and the priority of the 22 practicum contexts was determined. Lastly, via the Locus for Focus Model, the three practicum contexts in the three teaching practice domains as “teaching-learning reality , “child protection”, “office work” and others were understood as the highest priority. The findings of the study make it clear what should be treated first during pre-service teachers" training of education practicum before the teaching practice. In this way, the study is believed to be a basic reference source for designing pre-service teachers" training of education practicum before teaching practice. This would, after all, improve the teachers" performance during teaching practice.
