        Purpose: This study was to compare the health behaviors and factors influencing on suicidal ideation according to the gender among adolescents with asthma and to examine the relationship between them. Methods: The data was obtained from the 2014 youth’s risk behavior web-based study in South Korea. The data were analyzed with the SPSS/Win 21.0 program, using descriptive statistics, x<sup>2</sup> test and multiple logistic regression. Results: As the result of multiple logistic regression, the factors of health behaviors and risk related to suicidal ideation were subjective happiness, stress, depression, drug use, treatment experience due to violence in both male and female. In female, physical activity and alcohol drinking were factors related to suicidal ideation. Conclusion: Therefore, we have to develop suicide prevention program, to decrease the suicidal ideation of adolescents considering such differences by gender differences.

        12주의 저항성운동이 20대 마른 비만 여성의 체격, 신체구성, 인슐린 저항성 및 혈중 지질에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 12주간의 저항성운동이 20대 마른 비만(normal weight obesity) 여성의 체격, 신체구성, 인슐린 저항성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 마른 비만 기준에 해당되는 16명의 대상자를 운동집단 8명과 통제 집단 8명으로 무선 할당하였다. 운동 집단의 대상자는 12주간 주3회 저항성운동을 실시한반면, 통제 집단의 대상자는 동일한 처치 기간 중 평소의 생활을 유지하도록 하였다. 사전검사와 사후검사에서 체격, 신체구성, 인슐린 저항성, 그리고 혈중 지질을 측정하여 두 집단 간에, 그리고 두 검사 간에 반복 이원변량분석(repeated two-way ANOVA)을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 체중, BMI, 허리둘레, 엉덩이둘레, WHR과 WHtR이 운동 집단에서 유의하게 감소되었다. 2) 신체구성 변인의 유의한 변화는 없었으나, 운동 집단의 체지방량이 통제 집단에 비하여 더 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 3) 공복혈당은 두 집단에서 모두 유의하게 감소되었으나, 다른 인슐린 저항성 변인에서는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 4) 모든 혈중 지질 변인에서 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 12주간의 저항성운동이 20대 마른 비만자의 체격과 신체구성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 인슐린 저항성과 혈중 지질에는 영향을 미치지 못했던 것으로 판단된다. 향후 연구에서 보다 높은 연령의 마른 비만자를 대상으로 연구를 진행한다면 저항성운동이 대사 지표에 미치는 영향을 보다 명확하게 규명할 수 있을 것이다. This study was designed to examine the effects of 12 weeks of resistance exercise training on physique, body composition, insulin resistance, and blood lipid profiles in 20s normal weight obese females. Sixteen females were randomized into one of following two groups: resistance training group (RT group; n=8) and control group (CON group; n=8). Subjects in RT group completed 12 weeks of resistance exercise training for three times/wk, and subjects in CON group were asked to maintain their normal life pattern during the same intervention period. Data were analyzed using two-way repeated measures ANOVA with post hoc test. Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) Body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR, and WHtR decreased significantly in RT group. 2) All variables regarding body composition did not change in both groups; however, fat mass was tended to decrease more in RT group than CON group. 3) Fasting plasma glucose decreased significantly in both groups, whereas other variables regarding insulin resistance did not change significantly in both groups. 4) All variables regarding blood lipids did not change significantly in both groups. Results indicate that 12 weeks of resistance exercise training was beneficial in physique and body composition; however, it was not beneficial in insulin resistance and blood lipid profiles in 20s normal weight obese females. Future research including normal weight obese subjects with higher age would be warranted to elucidate more clearly the effects of resistance exercise training on metabolic status.

        12주간의 저항성운동이 20대 마른 비만 여성의 신체구성, 체력, 심혈관기능 및 hs-CRP에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to examine the effects of 12 weeks of resistance exercise training on body composition, physical fitness, cardiovascular function, and hs-CRP of normal weight obese women in 20s. Sixteen normal weight obese women participated in this study as subjects. They were randomly assigned to one of two groups, i.e. resistance exercise training group (TR: n=8) and control group (CON: n=8). Subjects in TR participated in resistance exercise training 20-40 min/session, 2-3 sessions/week for 12 weeks, whereas subjects in CON were asked to maintain their normal life pattern for the same intervention period. All subjects were asked not to change their physical activity pattern and energy intake throughout the intervention period. The variables regarding body composition, physical fitness, cardiovascular function, and hs-CRP were measured and compared between two groups as well as between pre- and post-test. Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) Body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, WHR, and BMI decreased significantly in TR. 2) Sit-up, standing on one leg with eyes closed, and VO2max increased significantly in TR. One-RM of leg press and standing long jump were not changed significantly; however, the variables increased more in TR than CON. 3) Resting heart rate and blood pressure were not changed significantly in two groups. 4) Vascular compliance unaltered significantly; however it was improved in TR, whereas worsen in CON. 5) hs-CRP was not changed significantly in both groups. It was concluded that 12 weeks of resistance exercise training would be beneficial for body composition and physical fitness in normal weight obese women.

        보육시설 아동에 대한 교사의 안전교육 요구도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of safety education requirement in child daycare center teachers. Method: The data using questionnaire were collected from eight child daycare centers located in Seoul, Gyounggi-Do, and Kwangwon-Do. Final participants were 133 child daycare center teachers. Results: The degree of safety education requirement were as follows: education need of safety knowledge (4.26±.50), safety education need of daycare center (3.29±.60), recognition about safety education training (3.94±.58), and confidence of safety care practice (2.75±.43). There is significant correlation between education need of safety knowledge and safety education need of daycare center (r=.495, p<.001), education need of safety knowledge and recognition about safety education training (r=.555, p<.001), education need of safety knowledge and confidence of safety care practice (r=.201, p=.020), safety education need of daycare center and recognition about safety education training (r=.464, p<.001), and recognition about safety education training and confidence of safety care practice (r=.187, p=.032). Conclusion: On this study, child daycare center teachers’ safety education requirement was relatively high. It is recommended that safety education for them should be done for children’s healthy life.

        20대 여성의 체질량지수와 체지방률에 따른 체력, 혈중 지질 및 인슐린 저항성의 비교 분석

        마른 비만(normal weight obesity)은 체질량지수(body mass index: BMI)가 정상으로서 외형상 체격이 정상적으로 보이지만 근육량이 적고 체지방률이 높은 상태이다. 마른 비만은 운동 부족과 과도한 식이 제한에 기인하여 주로 20대 여성에게서 나타나며, 일반 비만 못지않게 여성의 건강을 위협하는 원인으로 부각되어 최근 외국에서는 마른 비만에 대한 연구가 수행되어 왔지만, 국내에서는 관련 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이 연구는 마른 비만의 건강상 문제점을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었으며, BMI와 체지방률에 따라 신체구성,체력, 혈중 지질, 그리고 인슐린 저항성을 비교 분석하였다. 이 연구에서는 20대 여성 60명을 대상으로 BMI와 체지방률에 따라 정상 집단(n=25), 마른비만 집단(n=22), 그리고 일반비만 집단(n=13)의 세 집단을 구성하였으며, 각 집단 간에 신체구성, 체력, 혈중 지질, 그리고 인슐린 저항성의 차이를 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 얻은 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 신체구성과 관련된 모든 변인에서 세 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 모든 변인에서 일반비만 집단, 마른비만 집단, 그리고 정상 집단 순으로 높게 나타났다. 2) 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기는 세 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났지만, 다른 체력관련 변인에서는 세 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 3) 혈중 지질과 관련된 모든 변인에서 세 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 특히, TC,LDL-C, TC/HDL-C 비율, 그리고 LDL-C/HDL-C 비율의 경우 마른비만 집단의 수치가 정상 집단에 비하여 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 4) 인슐린 저항성과 관련된 모든 변인에서 세 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 공복 인슐린과 HOMA-IR에서 일반비만 집단, 마른비만 집단, 그리고 정상 집단 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이연구에서 얻은 결과를 종합해 보면, 20대 여성의 경우 일반 비만인은 물론 마른 비만인도 정상인에 비하여 혈중 지질과 인슐린 저항성에 문제가 있는 것으로 결론지을 수 있다. 마른 비만은 외형적으로 날씬해 보이기때문에 비만으로 판정되기 어렵고 건강상의 위험성이 없다고 인식되기 쉽지만, 이 연구를 통하여 고지혈증과 당뇨병의 위험이 정상 신체구성을 가진 자에 비하여 높을 가능성이 더 크다고 제시된 바, 이들에게 적합한 운동과 영양 섭취 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 후속 연구가 요청된다. This study was designed to compare physical fitness, blood lipids, and insulin resistance according to body mass index (BMI) and percent body fat (%BF) in 20s females. Sixty women, aged 20-29 yrs, volunteered to participate in the study as subjects. There were three groups, i.e., normal group (BMI < 24 kg·m-2 and %BF < 25%; n = 25), normal weight obese group (BMI < 24 kg·m-2 and 28% < %BF < 40%; n = 22), and obese group (BMI > 26 kg·m-2 and 30% < %BF < 40%; n = 13). Physical fitness, blood lipid profiles, and surrogate indices of insulin resistance were measured and compared among three groups. Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) There were significant differences in all variables regarding body composition among three groups. All values were lowest in normal group and highest in obese group. 2) There was significant difference in sit-and-reach among three groups, whereas no significant differences were found in other variables regarding physical fitness among three groups. 3) There were significant differences in all variables regarding blood lipids among three groups. In particular, total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), TC/HDL-C ratio, and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio were significantly higher in normal weight obese group than normal group. 4) There were significant differences in all variables regarding insulin resistance among three groups. Fasting plasma glucose and HOMA-IR were lowest in normal group and highest in obese group. It was concluded that there would be abnormal blood lipid profiles and insulin resistance in even normal weight obese individuals as well as general obese individuals in 20s females.

        6주간의 고강도 인터벌 트레이닝이 20대 과체중 남성의 혈중 지질, 동맥경화지수 및 심혈관기능에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to examine the effects of 6 weeks of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT) under relatively equal energy expenditure on body composition, blood lipid profiles, atherogenic index, and cardiovascular function in 20s overweight males. Thirty-two participants were randomized into one of the following three groups: HIIT group (n=11), MICT group(n=11), and control group(n=10). Subjects in HIIT group completed 6 weeks of training for 33 min/session, three sessions/wk, and subjects in MICT group exercised for 41 min/session to equalize the energy expenditure with HIIT group. Subjects in control group were asked to maintain their normal life pattern during the same intervention period. Data were analyzed using repeated two-way ANOVA. Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) Body weight, body mass index, fat mass, and percent body fat decreased significantly in HIIT group, and body weight, body mass index, and fat mass deceased significantly in MICT group. 2) Total cholesterol decreased significantly in HIIT group. 3) Atherogenic index were tended to improve in HIIT, but the changes failed to reach the statistically significant level. 4) Systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, and RPP decreased significantly in HIIT group, and systolic blood pressure decreased significantly in MICT group. Results indicate that high-intensity interval training would be more beneficial for body composition, blood lipid profiles, atherogenic index, and cardiovascular function than moderate-intensity continuous training in overweight males.
