그동안 사회는 유한한 에너지의 과도한 사용으로 인해 온난화가 발생하고, 기상이변과 사회적으로 여러 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 정부는 그린 ICT를 국가전략으로 내세우고 있다. 늘어난 전력량의 큰 원인중 하나는 가전 제품들의 불필요한 재 작동에 있는데, 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 시스템을 위한 가전기기 재가동 제어를 통해 점점 낭비되는 에너지를 절약 할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 국내에서 개발된 인공위성 중 최초로 홀 추력기(Hall-effect Thruster)를 탑재한 두바이셋-2(DubiaSat-2)호의 궤도를 분석하여 홀 추력기의 성능을 검증하였다. 두바이셋-2호가 발사된 2013년 11월 21일(UTC) 이후 8개월간의 초기 궤도 운용을 위한 준비 및 수행 결과들에 대해 중점을 두었으며, 임무 수행 기간 중 태양활동이 궤도 변화에 미치는 영향력을 함께 분석하였다. 특히, 증가한 추력에 따른 실제 궤도 변화와 예측된 궤도를 비교하여 분석한 결과 홀 추력기는 지상 실험 결과와 유사한 11 mN 추력을 발생하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 정리된 내용은 추후 홀 추력기를 탑재한 인공위성의 초기 및 정상 임무기간 동안 궤도 운용 시 안정성과 효율성을 높이는데 주요 참고자료가 될 것으로 판단된다. DubaiSat-2 is the first satellite developed in Korea equipped with a hall-effect thruster. In this paper, the performance of the DubaiSat-2 hall-effect thruster is verified by analyzing the orbit information of DubaiSat-2. The preparation and performance of orbit operations during 8 months after launch (2013.11.21., UTC) is emphasized and the effects of solar activity on orbit evolution is analyzed. In particular, the hall-effect thruster’s thrust is estimated by analyzing difference between observed orbit evolution and predicted orbit. As a result, the estimated thrust is similar to the ground experiment result of 11 mN. The summarized result in this paper would be important reference to improve the stability and effectiveness of satellite operation during the early operation and normal mission lifetime in case of low Earth orbit satellites.

Recently, as the markets interest in eco-friendly vehicles has increased rapidly, technology development of electric vehicles is required. Among them, the increase in the mileage of electric vehicles is the most important item, and an optimized control system of the driving motor with the highest battery energy consumption is essential to achieve this. In order to increase the energy consumption efficiency of the motor control system, the first step is to precisely measure the rotation position of the motor. This paper proposes a new resolver signal peak delay calculation method that can reduce the chip size by about 30%, and explains how to reach the safe state through additional control of the IC even in the event of a microcontroller failure.

Dynamic characteristics of an electro-magnetic clutch transmission system were investigated by using Bondgraph modeling method. Simulation results showed that when the rotor engaged with the armature, the response time of the current, the driver torque, the rotational speed and the relative sliding time between the driver and the driven side decreased, as the gap size between the rotor and the armature decreased and the number of coil turns increased. Also, when the rotor disengaged with the armature, the delay time increased with the decreased gap size and the increased number of coil turns. It was found that the experimental results of the current, the driver torque, the rotational speeds were in good accordance with the theoretical results. The results of this study can be used as basic design materials of the electro-magnetic clutch.<br/>

Objectives This study is aimed to evaluate the feasibility of further clinical research of warm needle acupuncture as an effective and safe treatment for chronic low back pain. Methods Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to the Warm needle acupuncture group (n=15) and Dry needle acupuncture group (n=15). All patients will receive acupuncture therapy twice a week for 6 weeks, but only the experimental group will receive thermal stimulation. The primary outcome will be measured using the visual analogue scale for bothersomeness of low back pain, and the secondary outcome will be measured using the VAS for pain intensity, Oswestry disability index, 36-Item Short Form Health Survey, Beck's depression inventory, and amount of analgesics used. Conclusions The results of this study will be used to determine the feasibility of a future large-scale randomized controlled trial that provides clinical evidence for the efficacy and safety of warm needle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with chronic low back pain.
