사출-프레스 이단 성형을 통한 고정밀 폴리머 렌즈의 제작

According to a remarkable progress of IT industry, precision polymer lens is widely used in optical parts. Due to poor optical properties of polymer, higher precision of lens is strongly required. Conventional forming methods (injection molding, press forming) have unavoidable problems, such as machining of complex mold structure, preparation of proper preform, pressing of a polymer under high temperature and pressure condition, etc. In this paper, two-step forming process is newly proposed, which is press forming using the preform roughly manufactured by injection molding. Aspherical biconvex lens with a diameter of 3.5㎜ are fabricated by this two-step forming process. Through an optimal press condition and well-prepared preform, defects such as crack, bubble and flash are minimized. Also, the fabricated lens has high dimensional accuracy and excellent optical performance.

아미노산계 급 단백질계 화합물을 교환법, 옥화법으로 각각 방사성옥소표식 (radioiodine labelling)하여 본 결과 저자의 방식으로서 평균 100∼60%의 좋은 표식수율을 얻었으며 제품이 화학적 및 생물학으로 순수하였으며 pyrogen free였다. 수은을 함유한 neohydrine은 상법에 의하여 표식합성하였으며 좋은 품질의 제품을 득하였으나 표식수율은 50∼60%였다. 제품의 임상검사에 있어서는 부작용이 한 예도 발견되지 않았다. 1966년 2∼10월말간에 hippuran131I 외 18종의 의약품을 58.8mc 합성하였으며 그 중 7종을 (34.9mc) 분배하여 시험에 제공하였다. The iodine containing radiopharmaceuticals, Hippuran, L-Thyroxine, Triiodothyronine, Rose Bengal, RISA, MAA, Triolein, Oleic acid and sterilized iodide solution were prepared. The labelling yield was av. 100-70%. The exchange method, iodination method, and chloramine-T procedure for a low temperature iodination were adopted as the preparative procedures. The preparative procedures and pyrogen free test of products were described and the distribution activity of the products in this institute was reported.
