본 연구에서는 오미자 에탄올 추출물의 천연 항균제로서의 이용 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 식품 위해성 세균에 대한 항균활성을 측정하였다. Paper disc diffusion test와 최소저해 농도(MIC) 측정에서는 오미자 에탄올 추출물이 Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli O157:H7에 대해 큰 생육저해환과 낮은 MIC를 나타내었다. Time-kill assay에서는 L. monocytogenes의 생육이 오미자 에탄올 추출물에 의해 가장 저해되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 오미자 에탄올 추출물을 처리한 E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa에서는 ${\beta}$-galactosidase와 o-nitrophenyl-${\beta}$-D-galactoside가 높은 반응을 나타냄으로써 오미자 에탄올 추출물로 인해 세포막 손상이 유발됨을 유추할 수 있었다. 또한 E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, P. aeruginosa, Salmonella Typhimurium 등 그람음성균에서는 오미자 에탄올 추출물의 처리 농도가 높을수록 세포구성물의 유출과 세포 외막의 투과성이 증가하는 현상이 나타났다. 시차주사현미경(SEM)과 투과전자현미경(TEM)을 이용하여 관찰한 세포구조에서도 오미자 에탄올 추출물 처리 시 세포막의 부분적인 파괴와 세포 팽윤이 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 이들 결과는 오미자 에탄올 추출물이 식품위해성 세균에 대해 높은 항균 활성을 가지고 있으며, 천연 항균소재로서의 이용 가능성이 있음을 보여주었다. This study analyzed the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract of Schizandra chinensis Baillon against food pathogenic microorganisms to determine its capabilities as a natural antimicrobial agent. A paper disc diffusion test, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination, and time-kill assay showed that the ethanol extract strongly inhibits the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Release of cytoplasmic ${\beta}$-galactosidase was detected in E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa treated with the ethanol extract. An increase of outer membrane permeability caused by the ethanol extract was also observed. An outward flow of cell constituents was detected in the Gram negative strains treated with the ethanol extract. These results imply that the inner and outer membranes of cells were partially destroyed and cell constituents were released by the treatment of the S. chinensis Baillon ethanol extract. The results of this study indicate that ethanol extract of S. chinensis Baillon evidences a fairly good antibacterial effect.

공감과 소통의 비평 — 김병익의 중기 비평을 중심으로 —

이 논문은 4.19세대 비평의 한계를 벗어나 그 깊이와 넓이를 더했던 김병익의 중기 비평에서 특징적으로 드러나는 중요한 의미를 포착하고 그 비평사적 성과와 한계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 따라 1980년대를 다루고 있는 그의 비평 성과를 심도 있게 분석한 결과 중요한 의미로 파악된 것은 ‘공감과 소통의 비평’이었다. 이를 통해 김병익 중기 비평이 갖는 당대적인 의미뿐만 아니라 오늘날 핵심 가치로서 중요하게 부각되고 있는 ‘공감과 소통’의 비평적 원형을 발견할 수 있었다. 갈등과 대립이 중심이 되었던 1980년대 다른 문학의 양상들과는 달리, 김병익의 중기 비평은 다원주의적 관점을 통해 1980년대 문학-문화-현실을 온전히 포착하고자 하였고 민중문학론과의 공감과 소통을 통해 자기반성과 인식지평의 확대를 보여주었다. 한편 그의 실천 비평을 통해 문학사의 단절된 공간으로 인식되었던 1980년대 제대로 주목받지 못했던 다층적 소통의 장과 이 시기 새롭게 복원될 수 있었던 문학과 현실의 영토들을 확인할 수 있었다. 이처럼 김병익의 중기 비평은 그의 비평세계뿐 아니라 비평사의 측면에서도 중요하 다. 비록 그의 공감과 소통의 비평이 당대 문학장의 중심이었던 기성의 보수주의자와 젊은 진보주의자 양 진영 모두에게 설득력 있게 받아들여지지는 못했지만, 이 시기 『 우리 세대의 문학』, 『문학과 사회』로 이어지는 신세대 비평가들의 비평 방향에 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 당대 다양한 의미 있는 대상들과 공감하고 소통함으로써 실재했 지만 문학사에서 감추어져 있었던 다층적인 목소리들을 재구성해 낼 수 있었고, 여전히 과제로 남아있는 온전한 한국민족문학사로 나아갈 방향을 제시해 주고 있다. 특히 그의 중기 비평은 한국 비평사에서 ‘공감과 소통’의 비평적 원형을 보여준다는 점에서 중요한 가치를 갖는다. 그의 중기 비평은 드물게 대화의 열린 정신과 균형 감각을 유지하고 있기에 한국지성사에서 부족했지만 오늘날 중요한 미덕으로 부각되고 있는 다원주의적 관점과 융합의 좋은 준거를 제공해 준다.

Purpose: This study examined image of nurses in relation to their job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 352 registered nurses who were working in 2 university hospitals and 1 general hospital. The data were collected from October 1 to October 30, 2012, using a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Mean scores for nurses’ image and job satisfaction were 3.66±.44 and 3.14±.33. Significant positive correlation was founded between image of nurses and job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses(r=.515, p<.001). Conclusion: The result indicate that practical plans and strategies are needed for improving nurses’ image and job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses. 연구목적: 본 연구는 병원간호사가 지각한 간호사 이미지와 직무만족 정도를 파악하고 이들의 관계를 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구방법: 병원간호사의 간호사 이미지와 직무만족간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구로 2012년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 2개 대학병원과 1개 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 간호사 352명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 program을 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 간호사 이미지는 3.66±.44점, 직무만족은 3.14±.33점이었으며, 대상자가 지각한 간호사 이미지가 긍정적일수록 직무만족도가 높았다(r=.515, p=<.001). 결론: 대상자가 지각한 간호사 이미지가 긍정적일수록 직무만족도가 높은 것으로 확인되었으므로 간호사 이미지를 향상시킬 수 있는 전략과 이를 위한 실제적인 방안을 마련하여 병원간호사의 직무만족을 향상시키는 노력이 필요하다.

윤대녕 소설에 나타난 유토피아 의식 : 『달의 지평선』을 중심으로 focusing on 『Horizon of the Moon』

Dae Nyoung Yoon shows us the new utopian vision of 21th century in his novel, 『Horizon of the Moon』(1998). He suggested that we should be able to reach utopia by means of regeneration-in that course, damaged being can resume 'purity' and get together with a sincere 'the other' through 'love'. With faith in human being, he convinced that the utopia would come true when the characters in『Horizon of the Moon』 restored their own completeness in virtue of the moon's revolving time and spare structure and resumed daily lives. Especially, he deserves to be appreciated in the sense that his utopian vision was originated from the reflection on Korean contemporary dystopian reality. He paid attention to an individual who had been repressed by 'grand ideology' in the 1980's and post-capitalism in the 1990's. In brief, he offered us the new utopian vision by suggesting that the pure individual should be capable of making a small community trough 'love' in a reality where reason-centered utopian vision on the base of grand ideology or grand system often damaged humanity.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the various critical recognition and practice in literary criticism of Sang-byung Chun and to turn out the achievement and limitation in view of literature history with attention to Sang-byung Chun as the professional critic. Sang-byung Chun's criticism started with the existent recognition and resistance of established generation which postwar generation had together and pointed toward modern literature's 'pure essence'. He showed self-consciousness of criticism and special critical point of view which emphasized universal validity and intelligence of criticism. These critical recognition as a poet-critic was practiced in consideration of korea literature's 'intelligence'·'lyricism' and the 'modern' 'east' writer. Though his critical activity was short period and sometimes showed limitations of abstract logic, Many achievements from His literary criticism in the 1950s have influence on those days criticism and should not be overlooked with the importance of literary history.
