본 연구는 냉장고에 보관중인 음식의 유통기한을 냉장고에 들어간 시점(어플리케이션에 식품을 등록한 시점)을 기준으로 사용자의 스마트 폰으로 알림 서비스 제공을 제안하였다. 사용자는 어플을 통해 바코드가 미 부착된 식품과 부착된 식품 모두를 각각 식품 이미지 인식, 바코드 인식을 통해 식품을 등록하고 글자 인식을 통한 유통기한을 입력함으로써 손쉬운 식품 등록을 할 수 있다. 이렇게 함으로써 보관중인 식품들의 유통기한 내에 섭취를 유도하고 이를 통해 음식물 폐기물 발생을 예방할 것으로 기대된다. This study proposes to provide a notification service to the user's smart phone based on the expiration date of the food stored in the refrigerator when it enters the refrigerator (the time the food is registered in the application). Through this application, users can easily register food information through food image recognition for food without barcode and bar code recognition for food with attached barcode, respectively, and entering the expiration date through automatic character recognition. In this way, it is expected to induce intake of the stored foods within the expiration date and thereby prevent the generation of food waste.

NATM 터널에서 콘크리트 라이닝에 작용하는 지반하중의 주요 설계인자 중 하나는 주지보재의 내구성 저하에 따른 지반-주지보재의 평형상태의 교란으로, 설계시 이를 고려한 지반하중 산정이 필요하다. 그러나 지반을 단순한 반력스프링으로 고려하는 지중골조 해석방법이 콘크리트 라이닝 설계에 사용됨에 따라, 지반, 주지보재, 콘크리트 라이닝의 상호작용을 적절히 고려하지 못하는 문제가 발생된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 지반조건에서 지반, 주지보재, 콘크리트 라이닝의 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 지반-라이닝 상호작용모델을 이용하여 주지보재 기능저하를 고려한 지반하중을 산정하였다. 또한 산정된 지반하중을 바탕으로 다중회기분석방법을 사용하여 콘크리트 라이닝에 작용하는 지반하중크기 예측식을 제안하였다. A major factor of ground loads acting on a concrete lining is a disturbance of the equilibrium between ground and primary supports due to decrease of durability of primary supports on NATM tunnel. Therefore, these loads should be considered in design of concrete lining. However it is impossible to consider interactions of ground-supports-lining properly using embedded frame analysis commonly used in tunnel design. In this study, the magnitude of the loads acting on a concrete lining under various ground conditions using Ground-Lining Interaction model was calculated. And also, a ground loads formula was proposed using multiple regression analysis according to the calculate results.
철도터널의 굴진장 증대 시 안정성 평가 및 경제성 검토

터널 공사비 중 굴착 및 버력처리 비용은 터널 전체 공사비 중 약50%를 차지한다. 이러한 굴착 및 버력처리 효율을 증대하기 위한 방법으로는 여러 가지 검토되고 있으나 터널의 경우 하루 동안 발파 할 수 있는 횟수의 제약으로 인해 터널 굴착효율을 증대시키기 위한 가장 직관적인 방법은 굴진장 증대에 따른 굴착공기 향상이다. 그러나 굴진장 증대는 발파 굴착에 따른 기술적 제약과 터널의 안정성, 버력처리 장비 운용 및 주변환경에 제한을 받게 되어, 굴진장 증대방안을 적용하기 위해서는 상기 제시된 문제점들에 대한 분석 및 해결방안을 포함한 적정 굴진장 산정이 중요하나, 현재까지 굴진장 결정을 위한 일관된 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 양호한 암반조건에 대해 굴진장 증대에 따른 터널의 안정성 평가 및 경제성 분석을 통한 굴진장 증대 적용성을 검토하였다. Excavation and muck disposal costs account for approximately 50% of the tunnel construction costs. Thus there were studied various methods decreasing the excavation and muck disposal costs. In case of tunnel, the intuitive methods for excavating efficiency increment is cost reduction by excavation span increasing. But excavation span increasing is restricted by technical constraints and tunnel stability under blasting excavation, muck handling equipment, operations, and the environment. Therefore applied the increment of excavation span, it is important that determinate the proper excavation span including solutions for the problems given above. In this paper, we researched the proper excavation spans through tunnel stability and Economic Analysis about the excavation span increasing.
추출 방법에 따른 삼나무 잎 추출물의 항산화 활성 평가

This study was to investigate the antioxidant activities of Cryptomeria japonica leaves extracts such as essential oil, methanol extract and hot water extract and to evaluate its potential as a natural antioxidant. Antioxidant activities of extracts were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging activity, FRAP activity, zanthin oxidase inhibitory activity, and iron ion chelate activity, comparing with the positive controls. According to the results, methanol and hot water extracts showed higher antioxidant activities than essential oil. This fact suggested that terpenoids have lower antioxidant effect than phenolic compounds which were found in methanol and hot water extracts. Especially, acetone and water soluble fractions of methanol extract and ethanol fraction of hot water extract contained a lot of phenolic compounds and hydroxyl group, indicating that many hydroxyl groups and glycosidic bonds showed higher antioxidant effect than the other fractions. These results can suggest that the phenolic compounds which contained hydroxyl group or glycosidic bonds have a certain role for effective antioxidant activities.
전나무 정유의 항진균 효과와 유효성분의 시너지효과 평가

This study was to investigate the antifungal activity of A. holophylla essential oil against dermatophytes, such as Epidermophyton floccosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Trichophyton rubrum, and to determine the potential effective compound as dermatitis treatment. To evaluate the potential antifungal activities of A. holophylla essential oil and its fractions, paper disc diffusion and agar dilution method tested with morphological observation. Also, their major constituents were analyzed by GC/MS. To determine synergic effects of active ingredient from A. holophylla essential oil were carried out by checkerboard microtiter plate testing. The morphological changes of the dermatophytes exposed to active fraction G4 were observed by electron microscopes. As the results, the highest activities were identified in the fraction containing α-bisabolol. A mixture of α-bisabolol and bornyl acetate showed the synergy effects, expressing high potential effects. Also, morphological observation using electron microscopes showed a dramatic changes of cell membrane of E. floccosum and T. rubrum exposed to fraction G4 containing α-bisabolol. In conclusion, A. holophylla essential oil and its constituents were expected to be used as antifungal agent or raw material for dermatitis therapy.
터널 발파 진동 저감을 위한 대구경 무장약공 천공 장비의 최적 세팅조건 산정을 위한 딥러닝 적용에 관한 연구

Multi-setting smart-investigation of the ground and large uncharged hole boring (MSP) method to reduce the blast-induced vibration in a tunnel excavation is carried out over 50m of long-distance boring in a horizontal direction and thus has been accompanied by deviations in boring alignment because of the heavy and one-directional rotation of the rod. Therefore, the deviation has been adjusted through the boring machine’s variable setting rely on the previous construction records and expert’s experience. However, the geological characteristics, machine conditions, and inexperienced workers have caused significant deviation from the target alignment. The excessive deviation from the boring target may cause a delay in the construction schedule and economic losses. A deep learning-based prediction model has been developed to discover an ideal initial setting of the MSP machine. Dropout, early stopping, pre-training techniques have been employed to prevent overfitting in the training phase and, significantly improved the prediction results. These results showed the high possibility of developing the model to suggest the boring machine’s optimum initial setting. We expect that optimized setting guidelines can be further developed through the continuous addition of the data and the additional consideration of the other factors.
