This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. This is an intelligence type remote medical examination system for both on-line and off-line mode to transcend time and space on the web being participated by anybody, which is cheap type to solve problems in existing remote medical examination system such as high price based on hardware, incompatibility, and so on. By interconnecting ASP and SQL on IIS 4.0 web server, database enables system integration for efficient data processing, on-line consultation between patient and doctor, medical examination on off-line, transmission of medical prescription to pharmacist designated by patient and preparation of medicine, semi-eternal storage of medical examination data owing to storage and search of medical examination data, exact medical examination and prescription using this medical examination data by patient and doctor, and so on.
지하철 고가교 접합강화유리 방음판의 열차진동 및 풍하중에 대한 성능평가

소음 저감을 목적으로 설치되는 방음벽은 크게 흡음판과 방음판으로 나뉘며, 일조 및 경관을 저해하는 방음벽의 문제점을 해결하고자 투명 방음벽을 설치하는 것이 일반적 추세이다. 방음벽에 사용되는 투명 방음판의 소재는 여러 가지가 있으나 경우에 따라서는 황변현상과 재질변형 등으로 인해 투명도가 떨어지고 오염이 심해져 오히려 도시미관을 해하기도 한다. 따라서 이러한 단점을 보안하기 위하여 투명 방음판의 재질을 접합강화유리로의 대체가 가능하다. 본 논문은 메트로 지하철 고가교 상에서의 열차 유발진동에 따른 접합강화유리 방음판의 진동 및 풍하중에 의한 안전성을 분석하고, 접합강화유리 시스템 및 재료에 대한 휨능력 성능시험, 압축강도 및 탄성계수 시험, 충격시험 등을 수행하여 접합강화유리의 방음판으로서의 적정성을 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. Types of noise barrier installed for noise attenuation are largely divided into noise-absorbing format and noise-proofing format. In these days, installation of transparent noise barrier is general trend to solve problems that hinder sunshine and landscape. Some kinds of transparent boards are used to one of components in noise barriers, but in some cases, less transparency and worse pollution due to yellowing phenomena, and severe material deformation are to harm the urban aesthetics Therefore laminated-tempered glass board in that yellowing phenomena does not occur can be replaced as a transparent one to secure those shortcomings. In this paper, the structural safety against train induced vibration and the resistibility to wind load are analyzed for laminated-tempered glass system as a component of noise barrier installed on Metro railway elevated bridges. Also the appropriateness is evaluated through flexural bending performance test, compressive strength test, modulus of elasticity tests, and impact test for the system or the glass material itself. All of these processes are intended to present the deployment of logic to evaluate the adequacy for the system.

The number of internet users rapidly increases, it has development of various learning method and education-contents. Currently, it has increasing of management, maintenance and reusing of education-contents through CMS (Content Management System) and SCORM(Shareable Content Object Reference Model) standard but actually, it has not more service for customer, In this paper, we propose CMS(Content Management System) using the supporting self learning method for increasing teaming effective of customer.
소결 조건 변화에 따른 직류 피뢰기용 ZnO 바리스터의 미세구조 및 전기적 성질에 관한 연구

The microstructure and electrical characteristics of A ∼ C's ZnO varistors fabricated according to variable sintering condition, which sintering temperature was 1130 $^{\circ}C$ and speeds of pusher were A: 2 mm/min, B: 4 mm/min, C: 6 mm/min, respectively, were investigated. The experimental results obtained from this study were summarized as follows: The sintering density of A ∼C's ZnO varistors sintered at 1130 $^{\circ}C$ were decreased by sintering keep time to shorten, such as A: 9hour, B: 4.5hour and C: 3hour. A's ZnO varistor exhibited good densification nearly 98 % of theory density. In the microstructure, A∼C's ZnO varistors fabricated variable sintering condition was consisted of ZnO grain(ZnO), spinel phase(Z $n_{2.33}$S $b_{0.67}$ $O_4$), Bi-rich phasc(B $i_2$ $O_3$), wholly. Varistor voltage of A∼C's ZnO varistors sintered at 1130 $^{\circ}C$ increased in order A <B <C's ZnO varistors. C's ZnO varistor exhibited good characteristics that nonlinear exponent was 31.70. Leakage current of A ∼ C's ZnO varistors exhibited below 2 ㎃ at rated voltage. Lightning impulse residual voltage of A's ZnO varistor suited standard characteristics, which was 3.85kV at 2.5kA, 4.4 kV at 5kA and 5.16 kV at 10 kA. After continuous lightning impulse current test of A's ZnO varistor exhibited good discharge characteristics which ZnO varistor reveals no evidence of puncture, flashover, cracking in visual examination. After high current impulse test of A's ZnO varistor exhibited good discharge characteristics, which variation rate of residual voltage was 0.4 % before and after test, and revealed no evidence. evidence.

단일 이미지 패턴을 이용한 다수의 전력설비 데이터를 증강하기 위한 패턴 배열화 기법 설계

전력 소비량이 극대화 되면서 개인 전력 중개사업자 및 전력 생산설비의 증가에 따라 전력 설비를 유지, 보수하기 위한 현장 설비 담당자들을 위한 증강현실 기반 모니터링 시스템들에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기존 증강현실 기반 모니터링 시스템들의 경우 외부 환경, 설비의 복잡성, 조명환경에 대한 간섭 등의 문제로 인하여 정확한 패턴 검출이 어려우며, 전력 설비에 대한 다양한 센싱 정보 및 서비스 정보를 하나의 패턴에 매칭하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이로 인하여 전력 설비의 센서별로 단일 이미지의 패턴을 이용하여 센서 정보를 매칭하기 때문에 모든 정보를 증강하여 제공하기 위해 다수의 이미지 패턴이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 특징 패턴들로 구성된 단일 이미지에서 특징 패턴들의 배열조합을 통해 다수의 정보를 매칭하여 제공하는 단일 이미지 패턴 배열화 기법을 제안한다. As power consumption is maximized, research on augmented reality-based monitoring systems for on-site facility managers to maintain and repair power facilities is being actively conducted as individual power brokerages and power production facilities increase. However, in the case of existing augmented reality-based monitoring systems, it is difficult to accurately detect patterns due to problems such as external environment, facility complexity, and interference with the lighting environment, and it is not possible to match various sensing information and service information for power facilities to one pattern. there is a problem. For this reason, since sensor information is matched using a single image pattern for each sensor of a power facility, a plurality of image patterns are required to augment and provide all information. In this paper, we propose a single image pattern arrangement method that matches and provides a plurality of information through an array combination of feature patterns in a single image composed of a plurality of feature patterns.

This article addresses Japan’s role in maritime security in the South China Sea. It identifies Tokyo’s three main policy tools: regional multilateralism, ODA, and JCG aid to littoral states in the form of equipment and capacity building. Barring a major external shock Tokyo will continue playing a more active but low-key role. Maritime security in the SCS and the Malacca straits has in fact long been a priority for Japanese policy-makers. Nonetheless, for domestic and regional reasons related to Japan’s role in the region up to 1945, Tokyo’s role in SCS maritime security has been low key, if none the less important. Since 1981 Japan has pledged to defend SLOCs up to 1000 miles from Tokyo, a zone that extends to the northern coasts of the Philippines ,but does not include the SCS. Consequently, Japan has relied on the US to help it maintain the security of its SCS SLOCs in the event of a crisis. However, Japan’s role remains restricted by legal and politico historical issues. As two keen observer sexplain,‘‘memories of Japan’s wartime aggression in Asia make the Japanese and the Asians alike extra cautious about expanded Japanese military roles.
