        공구형상 최적화 및 비자성체의 자가연마 특성 연구

        The magnetic abrasive polishing (MAP) process is used to achieve the nano-meter grade polishing results on flat or complicated surface. In previous study, polishing the stainless steel plate which is a non-magneto-material was tried. To polish non-magneto-materials using the MAP process was very difficult because the process was fundamentally possible by the help of a magnetic force. Therefore, it had lower efficiency than magneto-materials such as SM45C. In this study, optimization for tool geometry of the MAP was performed to improve the magnetic force between tool and workpiece. Moreover, a permanent magnet was installed below the non-magneto-material to improve the magnetic force. And then the design of experiments was carried out to evaluate the effect of the MAP parameters on the polishing results.

        무등산 도립공원 시설물의 관리상태 평가와 개선방안

        This study applied the normative approach to establish evaluative standards for the facilities in Moodeung-san Provincial Park. Based on the established evaluative standards, this study examined the present facility managerial conditions of the park, and suggested some management alternatives to solve the identified problems. Data were collected by on-site survey and a mail-back questionnaire during August of 1996 in Moodeung-san Provincial Park. Out of 1,173, 519 respondents (44.2%) were used for the analysis. According to the results, three indicators out of five established indicators except `adequacy of garbage cans` and `adequacy of trail-guidance facilities` were in worse conditions than the established evaluative standards. The three indicators were 1) adequacy of toilets, 2) cleanness of toilets, 3) waiting time for using public transportations. The present condition for `adequacy of trail-guidance facilities` was the same with the evaluative standard. This study suggested some management strategies to improve these problematic conditions, and introduced how managers may use these information for the facility management of the park.

        무등산 도립공원의 등산로 이용현황과 등산로 선정요인

        Understanding of the reasons why users in recreation settings select particular trails may provide useful information for effective recreation resources management. This study investigated the present use of the major trails in Mudeung-san Provincial Park and the major influential factors on trail selection . This study was conducted in Mudeung-san Provincial Park stretching over Hwasun-gun and Damyang-gun of Chonnam Province and Kwang-ju city during August in 1996. Data were collected through on-site survey and mail-back questionnaire. 519(44.2%) out of 1173 survey samples were used for analysis. Reasons for selecting a particular trail were classified into 8 major factors. In overall, the order of the importance degree of the factors was 1) aesthetics of landscape, 2) safety(from physical and crime), 3) conditions for health, 4) quietness, 5) familiarity, 6) on the way to the destination, 7) convenience/social, 8) others` intention. There were differences in the degree of importance of each factor depending on trails, users` characteristics(eg., gender, age, group size, visit experience, etc.) and users` behavioral patterns. Recreation motivations were classified into 5 major factors. The order of the importance degree of the factors was 1) contacting with nature, 2) self-training, 3) solitude, 4) social interaction, 5) appreciating cultural properties. Regardless of trails, `contacting with nature` was the most important factor, and the degree of importance in the other 4 motivational factors showed only a little differences in order according to the trails. There were correlations between major factors for trail selection and recreation motivations. The results of this study may provide foundational information for establishing effective management strategies through better understanding of the present use of trails and influential factors on trail selection. It can be used for reducing the present social and ecological problems caused by use concentration on certain trails and providing users with better quality of diverse recreational experiences. This study discussed the findings, and suggested some management strategies based on these information.

        노트북 케이스용 마그네슘의 자기연마가공에서 영구자석의 효과

        In previous study, it showed that the MAP was greatly effective polishing process for magnesium plate. But it had lower efficiency than magnetic materials such as SM45C. It was very difficult to cut non-magnetic materials using the MAP process because the process was fundamentally possible by help of a magnetic force. This study aimed to verify analytically formation of the magnetic field in a case of the non-magnetic materials especially focused on magnesium plate. So, In this study, the magnetic density flux was predicted using simulation program. As a result, the magnetic density flux was lower at the center of pole on inductor than outside. It had same result on the experimental verification. And magnetic force was lower according to increase of working gap. So, to improve the magnetic force, permanent magnet was installed under the workpiece. In that case, the magnetic density flux not only at center but also at outside of pole was increased. Therefore, the efficiency of magnetic abrasive polishing was also increased. A design of experimental method was adopted for assessment of parameters' effect on the MAP results of magnesium plate for improving the magnetic force.

        산림휴양지에서 쓰레기투기 행동과 규범에 미치는 설득메시지의 효과

        This study was conducted to find out whether persuasive messages with different contents of information (aesthetic, aesthetic+ecological, aesthetic+ecological+economic, aesthetic+ecological+economic +educational) about the consequences of littering influence users` awareness of the consequences of littering, personal norms and littering behaviors in a recreation setting based on the Schwartz`s norm activation theory. Data were collected at the Second Campground in the northern managerial district of Chirisan National Park. Of the total 177 questionnaires distributed, 144(85%) were used for the study. In addition to that, in order to find out whether personal norms on littering were changed from 1994 to 1996, data collected at the same campground in 1994 were also partly used. Based on the result of the study, persuasive messages didn`t directly affect the users` level of the awareness of the consequences(AC) of littering, personal norms, and littering behavior. People whose awareness of the consequences of littering are higher, however, tended to have stronger personal norms about littering. And also, people whose awareness of the consequences of littering are higher or people whose personal norms are stronger appeared to litter fewer than people whose awareness of the consequences or the strength of personal norms are lower. The extent of personal norms about littering was not changed through 1994 to 1996. The results were discussed and some management alternatives were suggested.

        2 세대 자기연마를 이용한 미세 그루브형상 표면가공에 관한 연구

        자기연마공정은 유동성이 높은 연마입자를 활용하기 때문에 곡면 및 그루브 형상에도 적용이 가능한 장점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제 2세대 자기연마법을 활용하여 그루브 형상에 대한 자기연마가공 특성을 평가하여, 이를 향후 연료전지 채널과 같은 3차원 형상의 자기연마에 활용하고자 한다. 실험은 최대 1.5mm 깊이의 그루브에 대해 자기연마가공 후 슬롯부 및 랜드부의 표면거칠기 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 랜드부의 길이가 증가하고 그루브의 깊이가 깊어질수록 랜드부의 표면거칠기 향상정도는 높아졌다. 또한 슬롯부의 표면거칠기 향상정도는 랜드부와 슬롯부의 길이비가 증가하고 그루브의 깊이가 깊어질수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 마지막으로 자기연마가공을 통해서 그루브의 형상에는 큰 변화없이, 그루브의 모서리에 생성된 버를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있었다. The second-generation magnetic abrasive polishing is one of the nontraditional machining technologies newly developed. Because of the flexibility effect in magnetic abrasive polishing, the precise and mirror like surface can be obtained during this process. In this study, magnetic abrasive polishing process was applied in small grooved surface. As a result, it was seen that the flexible magnetic abrasive tool was effective to remove burrs on the edge of the groove. However, the efficiency of magnetic abrasive polishing at the slot was very low according to increasing depth and width of slot. So, correlation between geometric parameters, such as the depth and width, and surface roughness was evaluated and the minimum width for suitable polishing was found by experimental results.

        환경경영이 환경성과와 공급사슬성과에 미치는 영향분석

        저탄소화와 녹색산업화에 기반을 둔 녹색성장이 새로운 경제성장력으로 주목을 받으면서 세계경제는 "지속가능한 개발(sustainable development)"이란 새로운 경제발전의 패러다임을 창출하게 되었다. 지속가능한 개발은 경제적 수익성과 환경적 지속가능성의 조하를 이룬 새로운 경제발전 모델로 환경보전에 대한 기업의 역할과 책임을 강력히 요구하고 있다. 따라서 오늘날 세계경제 환경은 환경경영의 필요성을 매우 중요시 하고 아울러 환경보전에 대한 각종 규제를 더욱 강화하고 있다. 그러나 국내기업들의 환경경영에 대한 상황은 아직 초기 단계에 불과하며, 환경경영에 따른 연구도 미진한 실정이다. 특히 통합 ERP시스템과 SCM 등과 같은 기업 간 연계시스템에서의 환경경영에 관한 연구는 그리 많지 않다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 공급사슬상의 기업 간 환경경영이 환경성과와 공급사슬성과에 어떠한 영향 을 미치고, 또한 환경성과는 공급사슬성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 아울러 기업규모와 ISO 14001 인증획득이 환경성과와 공급사슬성과 간의 조절변수로서의 의미가 있는 지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구결과 환경경영은 환경성과와 공급사슬성과에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 환경성과도 공급사슬성과에 유의적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 환경성과가 환경경영과 공급사슬성과 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 기업규모와 ISO 14001인증획득이 환경성과와 공급사슬성과 간에 대부분 부(-)의 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. Many firms these days are paying attention to environmental conservation with the introduction of a new paradigm of economic development represented as a combination of economic earnings and environmental substantiality. However, there have been few academic studies on this topic and the results have left something to be desired. Not only have most of the existing studies confined their analysis to instances of specific firms from only an accounting, financial, and non-financial standpoint, but also studies on environmental management of integrated systems such as ERP and SCM, which most firms prefer today, are hardly found. In other words, there are few studies on how inter-firm environmental management in the supply chain affects environmental performance and supply chain performance, or how environmental performance affects supply chain performance. Thus the objectives of this study are to analyze how inter-firm environmental management in the supply chain affects environmental performance and supply chain performance, and how environmental performance affects supply chain performance. Moreover, the objective is to demonstrate the moderating effect of business scale and acquisition of ISO 14001 between environmental performance and supply chain performance. The result of the study shows that environmental management significantly affects environmental and supply chain performance, as well as environmental performance affecting supply chain performance. It is shown that environmental performance plays an intermediary role between environmental management and supply chain performance. Further, business scale and acquisition of ISO 14001 have a partly moderating effect on environmental performance and supply chain performance.

      • 섬유 산업용 연삭숫돌의 설계 및 성형공정 개발

        The grinding process is dissimilar to other conventional machining methods such as turning and milling. The difference between them is due to not only the cutting edges of the grinding wheel don’t have the uniformity but also the edges act differently on the workpiece at each grinding. In spite of many researches during past decades, describing the grinding action between the grinding wheel and the workpiece was not made clearly. So statistical models and computer simulations that could overcome the variety of the cutting edges were introduced. These complexities and difficulties of illustrating the grinding process also raised an obstacle to the optimization of the grinding process and to the verification of the interrelationship between the grinding parameter and the obtained grinding result. In present paper, the finest grinding wheel for textile industry was developed by using the response surface method, genetic algorithm and Taguchi method to predict surface roughness and wear of the grinding wheel.
