이동영역 필터와 영상대비를 이용한 실시간 시정측정

카메라를 이용한 실시간 시정측정은 인간의 시정 감각과 유사하고 현실성 있는 시정자료를 획득할 수 있으며 기존 고가의 광학기기를 이용한 측정방법을 대체할 수 있는 새로운 측정방식이다. 영상으로부터 깊이정보나 3차원 구조의 추출 등을 통해 시정을 측정하려는 시도가 있으나, 단순하고 빠른 처리가 요구되는 실시간 시정측정과 이동물체가 많이 나타나는 경우에는 많은 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시정의 감소는 영상에서 지수적인 대비의 감소로 나타난다는 점에 착안하여 영상으로부터 이동영역 필터를 이용하여 대비를 추출하고 영상대비와 시정간의 상관관계를 수학적으로 모델링함으로써 쉽고 빠르게 시정을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이동영역 필터는 영상으로부터 시정측정에 영향을 주는 하늘과 물체의 이동영역을 효과적으로 제거하기 위해 사용된다. 제안된 방법은 카메라를 통해 입력된 영상으로부터 실시간 시정측정이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 도로와 같이 차량의 이동이 많은 경우에도 안정적인 시정측정이 가능하다. Realtime visibility measurement using camera is a new method which can collect some realtime visibility data similar to those of the human eyes, and can replace the existing methods using the expensive optical equipment. There have been a few attempts to measure visibility by extracting depth and three-dimensional structure under bad weather conditions. However, if there are many movements of objects in the image, these approaches seem to be inappropriate. In addition, the realtime visibility measurement will require a relatively simple and fast processing. Typically the contrast degrades exponentially in the bad weather. Therefore, in this paper we propose an easy and quick method that extract contrast from images using a moving area filter and measure visibility by mathematically modelling of the relationship between image contrast and visibility. The moving area filter is used for removing the area of the sky and moving objects that affect visibility measurement on images. The method proposed here can make possible not only realtime visibility measurement from images taken by CCD cameras, but also steady visibility measurement by using the moving area filter in case of much traffic on the road.

저시정 도로상 차량이동영역의 효과적인 추출을 위한 임계치 자동결정 방법에 관한 연구

도로상의 안개로 인한 시정감소는 교통사고를 유발하는 주된 원인이므로 전방의 운전자에게 도로의 시정거리를 미리 알려주어 안전운행을 유도하기 위한 안개경고시스템은 도로의 안전관리를 위해 매우 중요한 요소이다. 우리는 CCTV 카메라 영상에서 도로상에 통행중인 차량의 이동영역이 시정에 따라 달라진다는 점에 착안하여 이동영역을 추출하고 이를 이용하여 가시거리를 계산하는 시정 측정 장치를 개발하고 있으며, 주간, 야간 등 날씨의 변화에 덜 민감하면서도 효과적이고 정확한 이동영역의 추출은 시정측정을 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이동영역의 추출을 위해 영상대비를 이용하여 자동으로 임계치를 결정하는 방법을 제안하며, 결정된 임계치를 적용시킴으로써 프레임간의 차영상으로 부터 잡음이 효과적으로 제거될 수 있음을 보인다. 또한, 차영상을 일정시간 누적시키는 방법을 통해 효과적으로 차량의 이동영역이 추출되는 것을 보이기 위해 실제 고속도로에서 촬영된 CCTV 영상을 이용하여 실험한 결과를 제시한다.

고속도로 안개경고시스템을 위한 Non-ROI 실시간 CCTV 시정측정에 관한 연구

대부분의 고속도로 안개경고시스템은 시정측정을 위해 고가의 광학센서를 사용하고 있으나 운전자의 시정감각과 유사하면서도 비교적 저가인 CCTV를 이용한 시정측정에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 CCTV를 이용한 시정측정 방법은 ROI를 기반으로 하고 있어 설치가 까다롭고 기존 CCTV를 활용하기 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고속도로상의 안개경고는 약 1~2Km이내의 시정일 때 발생되며, 눈으로 물체를 식별할 수 있는 최대거리가 시정이라는 기초적인 개념에 근거하여 고속도로 안개경고시스템에 사용될 수있는 Non-ROI 기반의 실시간 CCTV 시정측정 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 고속도로상에 주행중인 차량의 실시간 이동영역과 가시선을 검출하고 카메라와 도로간의 상관관계를 나타내는도로모델을 이용하여 시정측정을 수행하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 방법은 1~2Km 이내의 시정측정을위한 방법으로 ROI가 필요없고 직관적이고 현실적인 주야간 시정측정이 가능하며 기존의 고속도로CCTV에 바로 적용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

The previous models for thermal behavior in the melting furnace were deterministic, composed of such a form that if the initial input conditions are determined, the results would have been come out by using the basic heat equilibrium equations. But making the experiment by trusting the analysis results, the melted slag is fortuitously set often, because temperature variation of the melted slag in the reaction process is not point function but path function. So in this study, a transient model was developed and verified by comparing with the experimental results.

증강현실 기술을 이용한 지능형 자재 인식 시스템

In this paper, the intelligent materials recognition system is proposed and how the materials in the construction site are dealt with by the intelligent system for automatic construction is introduced. First, the technical properties of the automatic construction system using an intelligent crane are explained and then, the characterized features of the proposed system are introduced by comparing it with the previous technologies. Finally, how the proposed system communicates with the real-time progress management system and recognizes the target material scheduled to be lifted by the crane are explained.

본 논문에서는 최근 세계적으로 급속히 대두되고 있는 지리정보시스템을 WWW 상에서 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 Client/Server 모델의 설계 및 구현 예를 보이고 있다. 이 모델의 가장 큰 특징은, 대량의 데이터를 처리하는 지리정보시스템을 웹 상에서 지원할 때 발생하는 느린 전송속도 문제를 해결하기 위하여 클라이언트에서 서버에 요청한 질의 처리에 필요한 데이터나 질의 처리 결과를 서버에서 데이터 변환과 중복 데이터 삭제 등의 방법을 이용하여 클라이언트로 전송할 데이터 패킷의 크기를 줄이는 클라이언트와 서버간의 데이터 통신 프로토콜을 제시하고 있다. 이 방법을 이용함으로써 전체 시스템의 속도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보인다.

교회의 공공성에 대한 함석헌과 하우어워스의 입장 비교 연구 : 종말론적 정치신학의 관점에서

함석헌과 하우어워스는 각기 다른 역사적 상황에서 당대 기독교회가 나아가야 할 바람직한 방향에 관하여 말했다. 함석헌은 기독교의 공공성과 사회 참여를 강조하고, 하우어워스는 교회의 교회 됨이 기독교의 진정한 사회윤리라고 주장했다. 함석헌은 한국 기독교가 올바른 역사 철학의 정립과 공적 참여를 통하여 한국 사회에서 정신적 역할을 해 줄 것을요청했다. 반면에 하우어워스는 라인홀드 니버 이후로 본격화된 미국 기독교의 공적 참여가 토대주의 인식론에 근거한 것으로 더 이상 실현 불가능한 ‘보편적 정의’ 확립이라는 정치적 목적을 위해 잘못된 기독교 사회윤리를 실행하는 것이라 비판한다. 그리고 진정한 기독교 사회윤리는 예수 내러티브를 통한 성품의 공동체로서 교회를 만들어나가는 것이며, 그 자체가 참된 정치에의 참여라고 주장한다. 본고는 기독교의 보편성을 강조하는 함석헌은 하우어워스가 가지고 있는 기독론적이고 종말론적 성격을 상실할 위험이 있고, 반토대주의적 입장에 기대고 있는 하우어워스는 현재 역사 속 기독교가 처해있는 현실을 무시하고 분파주의적이면서도 동시에 또 하나의 은밀한 토대주의적 성격을 가질 위험이 있다고 본다. 따라서 오늘날 바람직한 교회의 사회윤리는 토대주의와 반토대주의 사이에서 한쪽으로 치우치지 않도록 균형을 잡는 것이 필요하며, 공시적 관점에서의 교회의 공공성과 통시적 관점에서의 종말론적 소망을 모두 붙잡는 것이 필요하다. Ham Seok-heon and Stanley Hauerwas discussed the desirable direction for the contemporary Christian church in different historical situations. Ham Seokheon emphasized the public nature and social participation of Christianity, and Hauerwas argued that “being a church of the church” is the true social ethic of Christianity. Ham Seok-heon requested that Korean Christianity play a spiritual role in Korean society through the establishment of a correct philosophy of history and public participation. On the other hand, Hauerwas criticized the public participation of Christianity in the United States, which had been in full swing since Reinhold Niebuhr, was based on foundationalist epistemology and that it was practicing a wrongheaded Christian social ethics for the political purpose of establishing ‘universal justice,’ a notion that was no longer feasible. And argues that true Christian social ethics aims to build the church as a community of character through the narrative of Jesus, and it is itself a true participation in politics. Ham Seok-heon, who emphasized the universality of Christianity, risked losing the Christological and eschatological character of Hauerwas. Conversely, Hauerwas, leaning on an anti-foundationalist position, is in danger of adopting a sectarian and crypto-foundationalism while ignoring the reality of Christianity in history. Therefore, it is necessary to strike a balance between foundationalism and anti-foundationalism for the desirable social ethics of the church today, and it is necessary to grasp both the public nature of the church from a synchronic point of view and its eschatological hope from a diachronic point of view.
