펜타캠을 이용한 섬유주 절제술 전후의 각막 고위수차와 전방계측치의 변화 관찰

Purpose: To evaluate changes in corneal keratometry, high-order aberrations (HOAs), and anterior chamber parameters after trabeculectomy using Pentacam<sup>® (Oculus Inc., Dutenhofen, Germany). Methods: Forty eyes of 40 patients who underwent limbal-based trabeculectomy or fornix-based trabeculectomy between July 2011 and May 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. Intraocular pressure (IOP), corneal keratometry, central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume, and HOAs were measured using Pentacam<sup>® preoperatively and at 3 months postoperatively. Results: The mean age of patients who underwent trabeculectomy was 58.26 ± 16.28 years. IOP showed significant decrease after surgery in both groups compared to preoperative values (<em>p</em> < 0.05). There were no significant differences in corneal keratometry, anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber volume, central corneal thickness, total root mean square (RMS), trefoil, and coma after surgery (<em>p</em> > 0.05). Conclusions: Postoperative corneal keratometry and anterior chamber parameters did not change significantly compared to preoperative values in glaucoma patients after performing trabeculectomy. Most HOAs that affected quality of vision were not changed in the limbal-based trabeculectomy or fornix-based trabeculectomy. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(5):662-668

According to launching of Paris Climate Change Accord, Reduction targets of Korea in Business As Usual (BAU) scenarios are set at 37%. Building sectors, which account for about 30%, of Green House Gas emissions, have more room for reduction and lower cost than industrial sectors, so many countries are striving to conserve building energy reduction by supplying green buildings. Korea also induces energy efficiency improvement and energy savings via a diverse policy. However, it can not produce actual results for problems in the process of policy formulation and lack of knowledge of policy demanders. Therefore, government policy should be converted into direction leading to participation of an end user and architects in the process of establishment.

According to Paris Agreement that will replace Kyoto Protocol, Korea set a target of 37% reduction in Business As Usual (BAU). Buildings account for about 30% of Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, and many countries are promoting the policy to supply green building. Korea induces energy efficiency improvement and energy saving of buildings through a range of policies. However, it has a difficulty in producing actual effect by problems of the process of policy formulation and lack of awareness of policy demanders. Therefore, I searched solutions to supply green building and save energy using buildings to analyse and examine ordinary citizens pertaining to government policy.

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the smoke elimination performance and evacuation time in an arcade of traditional market. In this study, the effect of the opening for the ventilation about the smoke eliminating performance was analyzed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method. And also the evacuation time was analyzed according to the height of the building. The opening of the arcade is very important design factor to control the smoke movement.

The purpose of this study was to classify the design types of arcade including the width of road, the buildings around the market, the height of ventilation opening, the height of arcade roof and etc, analyzing eleven traditional markets in Seoul for thermal, ventilation, and fire performance by simulation and experiment. The results of this study were as follows; the arcade design types are roughly classified into 2 groups by the shape of arcade roof, monitor and vault, including that the width of road was divided into 4 groups(6m, 8m, 12m, 12m-) by traffic lane, and there are so many buildings have two floor, and so on.
시장 구조와 아케이드의 형태에 따른 재래시장의 환기성능 분석

Many traditional markets in Korea have been remodeled into arcade-type malls. The openings along the arcade roof are an important design factor that makes the marketplace more comfortable, healthy, and safe. Thus, a wind tunnel method and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model analyses have been conducted to determine the optimal openings in terms of size and location. A 1/20-scaled model for an arcade-type traditional market was constructed. Experiments were also constructed in a wind tunnel. The ventilation performance was analyzed with the opening ratios of 100% and 0% of the roofs. The two kinds of wind directions were also examined. In this study, to validate and quantify the air exchange rate in the model, SF6 as a tracer gas was employed. The tracer gas was released into the scaled model and the concentration of the gas within the model was monitored to predict air change rates. The gas was injected at a constant rate during the experiment and its concentration was measured with a precise gas monitor. The wind tunnel experiment was used to validate the CFD model. This validated CFD model was used for many analyses, which reviewed various design parameters of the arcade roofs. Through these validations, the optimized opening design is offered.

The purpose of this study was to come up with the proper range of design variable including the height of ventilation opening, the height of arcade roof, the transmission coefficient of roof materials and etc, analyzing the thermal environment of arcade with changing them by using the simulation program, VE(Virtual Environment). The results of this study were as follows; the width of road have little effect on thermal environment, but the transmission coefficient of roof materials with above 0.5 aggravates the thermal environment, and so on.
병영시설의 에너지 성능개선을 위한 부하패턴 분석 및 외피시스템 사례 기초연구

Recently, overseas countries trying to restoration the ecosystem and environment for make preparation to the dearth of resources and environmental disruption. Especially, propagation of renewable energy and reusing energy technologies are made progress around Europe, United States and Japan. In the case of Korea, supply rate of the renewable energy is insignificant condition that slightly 2.58%(2008) and now it’s spread out around a government agency and public enterprises. In addition, government announced "green growth" policy by means of new growth motive because necessity of energy efficiency improvement and building sustainable energy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is embody the sustainable military facility model that applied improving energy performance and load retrenchment technology in design process. In the progress, load analysis of facility and passive design are performed for check propriety of applying passive system. Procedure of this study is to simulate eQuest 3-6 that includes heating and cooling loads calculating. Also, simulating model for load analysis is based on B individual observation post, Camp OO, Republic of Korea Marine corps.
