본 연구는 상담 및 교육 관련 분야 전문가 15인에게 델파이 조사를 실시하여 지나치게 특정 관계에 집착하거나 부정적인 관계임에도 벗어나지 못하고 심리적 고통을 경험하는 어려움을 겪는 관계적 어려움에 대하여 관계중독이라는 개념으로 사용하는 것에 대한 적합성, 그리고 관계중독의 특성, 관계중독의 하위구인 및 관계중독의 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 특성 및 여타 행동중독과 달리 관계중독만이 가지는 특성을 도출하기 위하여 실시하였다. 전문가들에게 관계중독이라는 용어 사용에 대한 적합성을 확인한 결과, 주로 동의나 매우 동의한다고 응답하였다(M=4.07, SD=0.70, CVR=0.80). 하위구인으로는 ‘집착’, ‘일상생활문제’, ‘현저성’, ‘부적 정서’, ‘갈등’, ‘금단’, ‘조절력 상실’, ‘재발’ 등이 CVR 0.80 이상으로 합의 과정을 통해 도출되었다. 인지적 특성 6가지, 정서적 특성 10가지, 행동적 특성 11가지가 확인되었고 더불어 관계중독은 물질이나 행동의 중독이 아니라 인간에 대한 중독이기 때문에 문화적 특성 및 발달과정상 시기적 특성에 대한 고려가 필요함에 대해 전문가들의 합의가 있었다. 본 연구는 지금까지 명확하게 합의되지 못하여 이성 관계만의 특성이라고 여겨졌던 관계에서의 어려움에 대해 관계중독이라는 개념을 도출하고 하위 영역 및 특징에 대해 체계화를 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to define relationship addiction and to find out variables of relationship addiction. For this, Delphi Survey was conducted involving 15 counseling psychology and education experts. We have confirmed that it is appropriate to define the relationship difficulties experienced by people experiencing psychological distress who are unable to escape in spite of their relationship being severely adhered to or negatively affecting individuals, in terms of relationship addiction. We also derived the characteristics of relationship addiction, subordinate of relationship addiction, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral characteristics of relationship addiction and how relationship addiction differs from other behavior addiction. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The use of the term relationship addiction was evaluated by the experts. (M = 4.07, SD = 0.70, CVR = 0.80). The subcontractors consisted of consensus process with CVR of more than 0.80 for obsession , daily life problem , salient , negative emotional , conflict , withdrawal , loss of control . There are 6 cognitive characteristics, 10 emotional characteristics, 11 behavioral characteristics, and addiction is not addiction of substance or behavior but addiction to human. Therefore, cultural characteristics and developmental processes need to be considered. This study confirmed the concept of relationship addiction, which had not been clearly agreed upon previously. It is meaningful that this systematized the sub-areas and characteristics of the difficulties that could arise in a more diverse relationship status.

린 서비스를 통한 병원의 서비스 프로세스 개선과 구성원 만족

The healthcare industry is recently one of the most promising areas due to the growth of the aging population, longer life expectancy and increasing chronic patients, which means potential demands for healthcare services. However, at the same time, healthcare organizations face to problems such as low productivity and efficiency, extremely long waiting time and medical incident issues. Hence, healthcare organizations have been implementing innovation techniques such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality Management) and QI (Quality Improvement). Lean process is recently introduced and widely used to increase the efficiency and patient’s satisfaction of a hospital. Lean process was originally developed by Toyota as an improvement approach to reducing non-value-adding activity and improving flow within a system. The purpose of this study is to find key factors of lean process and examine the relationship between lean process and employee satisfaction of a hospital. Statistical analysis is carried out on the 210 samples obtained from hospital employees. Questionnaires have been collected during two weeks in November of 2015. Smart PLS 3.0 and SPSS 22.0 have been utilized for deriving the results. We first identify three factors for the lean process such as innovation-oriented factor, employee management factor and resources management factor and find that these factors have statistically positive effects on the lean process of healthcare service. We also find positive and significance relationship between lean process and employee satisfaction.

UV라이팅에 나타난 바디페인팅 시각적 효과

21C는 디지털 시대로 3D문화의 발전과 예술문화의 발전으로 예술영역이 다양해지고 있으며, 바디아트의 한 분야인 바디페인팅 또한 3D와 접목되고 3D로 표현되는 UV바디페인팅은 시각적으로 가장 극대화되는 한 장르이다. UV바디페인팅은 단파장과 장파장의 원리를 통해 입체적으로 보여지는 빛을 결합한 과학적인 페인팅기법으로 8가지 색상으로 일반 수성물감보다 색이 한정되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 바디페인팅에 대한 이론적 고찰과 UV바디페인팅의 특성을 파악하여 시각적 효과의 이론을 정립하고자 한다. 또한 연구자가 제작한 점, 선, 면의 UV바디페인팅의 작품을 제시하여 3D원리를 통한 시각적 효과에 대한 결과를 분석하였다. UV바디페인팅은 발광물감을 이용한 페인팅 기법으로 블랙라이트로 인해 UV물감이 발광하고 단파장과 장파장의 원리를 통해 3D로 표현되며, 일반 바디페인팅과는 달리 점과 선에 의한 디자인 형태에 따라 입체적인 작품의 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 효과에 나타난 특이점은 점, 선, 면 중 점과선에 의한 페인팅이 3D효과가 더욱 뚜렷하였으며, 면에 의한 페인팅은 3D효과보다는 인체의 움직임으로 모티브 자체의 변형이 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 UV바디페인팅 3D시각적 효과는 디자인에 의해 다양한 표현이 연출되어진다. 본 연구를 통해서 바디페인터들의 실무적인 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대하며 추후 이에 따른 지속적인 연구가 이루어지기를 바란다. 21C digital culture is now affecting the life of arts and development through our system, as well as body arts and body painting. Body painting is not has been focused through our lives in 21stcentury as one genre. UV body painting is from short to long wave length that demonstrates to us the dimension by science and lighting showing more than 8 colors that are better off being set. From this research the theory of body painting considerate characteristics and vision for it. From the researchers line, dots, and side shows the UV body painting as a one piece of art and analyzing the 3D theory and once again showing vision through what it’s affecting to their result.’ UV body painting is usage of floral paints and using so called ‘black light’ that shows the short and long term wavelength that provides the 3D material, but first, this is different from normal body painting like dots, like, and layers shows more thoroughly and shows focused motive and you can easily tell the difference. As of all UV body painting is showing more 3D vision more than the design itself. From all this research, to all the body painters we await the future practical theory to be used and for the better future.

자궁적출술 후 입원 관리를 한 환자 치험 4례

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean medicine treatments on Postoperative symptoms. Methods: The patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture and electronic moxibustion. The efficacy of treatment was evaluated with visual analogue scale (VAS), the degree of symptom relief and presence or absence of symptoms. Results: After hospital care with korean medicine treatments, symptoms such as fatigue, lower abdominal pain, thirst, hot flush, cold hypersensitivity of hands and feet and tinnitus were disappeared. Conclusions: To promote physical strength and reduction of fatigue, intensive hospital care with korean medicine treatment seems to be effective. After discharge, continued outpatient treatment for complications of surgery and menopausal disorder seems to contribute to quality of life and satisfaction for patient who undergoing hysterectomy.

가미귀비탕(加味歸脾湯)이 경행후기(經行後期)인 여대생들의 기울과 소화장애에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to recognize menstrual pattern, stress, digestive disorder of female college students who have oligomenorrhea and effects of Gamiguibi-tang. Methods: We researched 30 female students who responded to have menstrual irregulation at OO college by questionnaires investigating their menstruation, stress, digestive disorder, and changes of symptoms before and after taking Gamiguibi-tang. Results: 1. There was statistical correlation between menstrual pattern and Qi-Stasis Questionnaire symptoms. 2. There was statistical correlation between menstrual pattern and digestive disorder symptoms. 3. There was statistical correlation between improvement of Qi-Stasis Questionnaire symptoms and usage of Gamiguibi-tang. 4. There was statistical correlation between improvement of digestive disorder symptoms and usage of Gamiguibi-tang. Conclusions: This study showed the stress and digestive disorder symptoms are effectively relieved by Gamiguibi-tang. By this result we expect that Gamiguibi-tang can be used for oligomenorrhea caused by stress or digestive disorder.

산후 갑상선염 진단을 받은 산후신통(産後身痛) 환자 치험 1례

Objectives: Postpartum thyroiditis patient`s symptoms are very similar to symptoms of postpartum disease which can be called sanhupung. This study is to report the effect of herbal medicine on sanhupung patient diagnosed of postpartum thyroiditis. Methods: We treated a 32-year-old female patient who had symptoms of postpartum thyroiditis and sanhupung with Jaeumganghwa-tang and Jayumkeonbi -tang. Results: After herbal medicine treatment the symptoms of postpartum thyroiditis such as general weakness, hot flush on the palms and soles of the feet, fever pattern of malaria and symptoms of sanhupung such as arthralgia, depression, imsomnia, sweating were improved. Conclusions: This case report shows that herbal medicine can be used to treat patient with postpartum thyroiditis and Jaeumganghwa-tang, Jayumkeonbi-tang is effective for mitigating the symptoms of postpartum thyroiditis. However, patient is still in thyroxine treatment, and additional care is required.

용안육(龍眼肉) 물추출물이 대식세포의 염증반응과Cytokine에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of LonganaeArillus water extract (LA) on the production of inflammatory mediators in RAW264.7 cell. LA is used for forgetfulness, insomnia, palpitation symptoms in koreanmedicine. Methods: In order to evaluate cytotoxicity of LA, cell viability was measured. To investigate anti-inflammatory effects of LA in the lipopolysacharide (LPS)-inducedRAW 264.7 cell, the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) and cytokines were measured. And when p-value is below 0.05, it is judged to have the significant difference statistically. Results:1. LA showed no cytotoxicity. 2. LA inhibited significantly the production on NO at the concentration of 50and 200 μg/ml. 3. LA inhibited significantly the production on interleukin (IL)-1β at the concentrationof 25, 50, 100 and 200 μg/ml. 4. LA inhibited significantly the production on tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-αat the concentration of 50, 100 and 200 μg/ml. 5. LA inhibited significantly the production on lipopolysaccharide-induced chemokine(LIX) at the concentration of 25, 100 and 200 μg/ml. 6. LA inhibited significantly the production on regulated on activation normalT cell expressed and secreted (RANTES) at the concentration of 200 μg/ml. Conclusions: These results suggest that LA has anti-inflammatory effect.

미국의 영웅 “슈퍼맨” 서사 해석

“슈퍼맨”의 영웅서사는 현대서사구조에서 나타나는 기독교적 구원의 소명을 가진 희랍영웅에 관한 것이며 영웅의 삶과 운명, 인생과 여정에 관련된 연대기임을 의미한다. “슈퍼맨”의 서사의 가치는 1933년에 10대에게서 시작된 원시적인 메인플롯에서 현대에 이르러 다양한 매체로 전이되고 이동되며 전개되었고, 보다 더 치밀한 서브플롯을 제공함으로서 미국의 대중들의 열망에 맞추어 그들과 가까이 하며 시대적인 위기감을 영웅이란 삶에 투영하거나 투사 하려고 했다는 점에 있다. 그리고 “슈퍼맨”의 서사를 시각화함으로서 대부분의 만화영웅서사에 영향력과 파급효과를 가져왔으며 만화영웅서사의 대표격이자 문화적 아이콘이 되었다. The development and expansion of American?style mass media in 1938 created contemporary narratives comparable with the Greek narrative in the past, and one of the leaders is comic book ‘Superman.’ Although American hegemonism or expansionism was rejected by autonomous independent countries including the Third World nations, the heroic narratives transcending the diverse races and peoples in the U.S. were supported by mass cultures and media and had huge impacts on heroic narratives and various media in many other countries. In particular, ‘Superman’ occupies an epochal position in the history of comic books as it reinterpreted a universal and contemporary heroic narrative model into a Greek hero and a Christian hero and suggested it visually.
