Seat waterproofing materials applied to the roof of a building concrete structure inevitably produce joints and are applied with opposite dam joints or overlapping joints depending on the waterproof material applied to the top of the sheet. In this case, the joint performance is determined by the material at the top, rather than by the superimposed joint. In order to solve this problem, various reinforcements have been used to apply to the connecting parts of the opposite dam, but the problem of attachment between different materials or the lack of reinforcement of the joint tape has not been solved. Therefore, for the purpose of securing tensile performance to the joints, this study is used as a reinforcement for the joints of PP materials with high tensile performance and as a reinforcement for nylon materials.

The purpose of this study is to apply a test method that evaluates durability under wet environment rather than the strength of the material itself to reflect the environment of use and field conditions of silic acid powder applied waterproof material, and to prepare a foundation data for differentiated performance criteria through test verification.
멤브레인 복합 방수재의 현장품질 안정성 확보를 위한 시공성 실증 평가 연구

본 연구에서는 현재 건설신기술로 지정된 복합계방수공법 7개사(A~G)를 대상으로 KS F 2622:멤브레인 방수층성능평가 시험방법 중 현장 적용조건과 유사성이 큰 평가항목을 선정하여 평가한 결과, 모든 시험체가 기본 물성평가에서 KS 기준을 상회하는 성능을 확보했음에도 불구하고, 내피로(균열 거동) 시험을 제외한 방수성(수밀성) 시험, 처짐 저항성 시험, 부풂 저항성 시험에서 점착 도막 계열로 이루어진 공법의 접합부와 수직부 등 취약부위의 현장품질성능을 확보하기 어려운 것으로 확인하였다. In this study, seven companies(A∼G) designated as new construction technology selected and evaluated KS F 2622: Method of test for performance evaluation of membrane roofing systems that are similar to field application conditions. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that although all test specimens exceeded KS standards in the basic physical, it was difficult to obtain field quality performance in weak areas such as joints and vertical parts of the adhesive coating method in water-tightness, sagging resistance, swelling resistance tests except for fatigue(crack behavior) tests.

Waterproofing techniques used in underground structures do not reflect material and construction environments, but rely only on material properties, which inevitably lead to their limits in durable life. In particular, the government intends to investigate the current underground water treatment method and analyze the problems in order to prevent serious corrosion and aging of structures caused by underground water leaks and poor construction.

News reports of the recent incidents of sinkholes in downtown areas and damage from earthquakes have been reported in Korea and around the world, and such social problems are adding to the public"s anxiety and calling for a solution. As a technical measure to improve this situation, the introduction of waterproof technology and non-drain external water materials and construction technologies applicable to the single-side walls section of underground structures are gradually being developed. In addition, frequent seismic damage required countermeasures against the earthquake resistance of external materials and finishes used in buildings as well as structures, which required a design of seismic performance capable of material and technical response throughout construction materials used in construction structures. Therefore, in this study, as a part of the performance design for improving the durability of the single-side walls section and the underground structure among the construction materials used in the construction structures, the method of verifying and testing the quality test of the complex functions such as waterproof, seismic, reinforcement, insulation, and repair of existing waterproof materials after analysis identified its application to introduce an integrated concept proposes an integrated performance evaluation system.
노출형 도막방수재의 열화 후 성능평가 방법 개선을 위한 KS 인장강도와 나노인덴테이션 표면경도의 상관관계 분석

This study analyzes two different physical performance evaluation methods of exposed urethane film type waterproofing material after chemically induced deterioration. For the purpose of enhancing the conventional performance evaluation methods of chemical resistance properties of exposed urethane waterproofing film after chemically induced deterioration processing, this study proposes a tentative study to compare the tensile strength value of the materials and the material hardness value obtained from the nano-indentation analysis method to find a relativity between the two sets of data for a more accurate determination of the chemical resistance performance of the materials. A combined data format composed of surface property analysis and tensile strength performance and hardness value of exposed urethane waterproofing film materials obtained through various physical property testing methods will be used to produce a single relative equation for the purposed of improving the future studies on durability and performance testing methods on exposed urethane waterproofing film materials.
