Based on the concept of eFANgelism developed in Dwyer, Greenhalgh, and LeCrom(2015)’s study, this study aims to develop a Korean version of eFANgelism scale and examine its validity. First of all, 27 items were selected through a thorough review and mutual discussion between researchers of the 32 initial questions reported in Dwyer et al.(2015)s study. Second, exploratory structural equation model analysis was carried out to identify the structure of eFANgelism. Through this analysis, Korean-version of eFANgelism scale was developed with 14 items and 4 sub-factors such as ‘Assimilate’, ‘Advertise’, ‘Advocate’, ‘Antagonize’). In detail, the range of correlation coefficient among the four sub-factors of eFANgelism was from .399 to .546. Also, the range of correlation coefficient between the four sub-factors of eFANgelism and team identification was from .254 to .537. To sum up, the validity of Korean-version of eFANgelism scale which developed in this study was partially proven.

This study aimed at verifying the difference in emotional exhaustion between the two groups of secondary school PE(Physical Education) teachers : one with high awareness level of psychological contract fulfillment and the other with low awareness level. In hypothesizing this, Social Exchange Theory and Conservation of Resources Theory were used, and to prove the hypothesis potential average analysis using Structural Equational Modeling was implemented. As a result of the analysis, the Chohen’s d, which represents the latent mean difference between the tow groups, was -.24, showing a significant difference between the two groups. The higher the awareness level of psychological contract fulfillment was, the lower the degree of emotional exhaustion was. The result of this study reilluminates the role of psychological contract as a reward for emotional exhaustion in the context of secondary school PE teachers and also has its own significance in contributing to reducing emotional exhaustion that secondary school PE teachers experience.
